STANDARD FEATURES
Fast Tracking Mounts: All weapons upon the Uhlan-class are mounted upon fast tracks, allowing for constant tracking of enemy vessels.

ADVANCED SYSTEMS
Pack SynergyNet: A fresh innovation from Dosuun’s military planners is the Pack SynergyNet. A system which communicates to other vessels, sensor readings and other data, to provide other vessels with the console, data to be able to plan attacks.

STRENGTHS:
  • Fastest Draw in the Rim: The fast tracking mounts installed upon the Uhlan ensure it has near unprecedented ability to track enemies. The mounts installed are designated to track enemies, and continue firing even if they try to evade detection.
  • Gotta Go Fast!: The Uhlan-Class Corvette can be beaten by few. Its massive engine power, is one of its key tactical advantages.
  • The Quick One-Two: The Uhlan delivers a devastating initial blast of damage with its heavy weapons.

WEAKNESS:
  • Shields Down!: Other than some light shielding, the Uhlan has no real defences, making it vulnerable to enemy attacks.
  • Big Guns Don't Cry: The larger guns on the Uhlan-Class have a long recharge time.
  • Cover me!: Point Defence coverage is limited by the lack of weapons on the Uhlan.

DESCRIPTION:
The Uhlan-Class corvette fits a niche supporting role which most of its larger accompanying vessels can’t or simply don’t fit. A corvette hunter. The type of vessel which is designated to hunt and destroy vessels of a similar to smaller size. As a vessel, it relies upon its speed to track down enemies, and evade the devastating barrages that other, larger vessels would inflict upon them.

The Uhlan makes extensive use of its fast tracked turrets and weaponry to lock onto manoeuvrable enemies, and continue to pepper them with weaponry. However, despite the speed the Uhlan has, it is not well defended, with light shielding used, rather than any thick armour. This makes speed and maneuverability its main defences, rather than any conventional sense. The Uhlan can defend against strike craft, but is weaker against anti-corvette vessels.

The Uhlan is a pack hunter, designed to be deployed in packs. An innovation which has come to the attention of First Order commanders and installed on the Uhlan is that of Rear Admiral Ulfric Jarvald’s, Pack SynergyNet. A computing system aboard the Uhlan which acts as a communications and sensor system. It broadcasts sensor readings to other Uhlan vessels, allowing for coordinated attacks at tracking down and slaughtering prey.

[member="Robogeber"], this is about 3 ratings too high. As with the other corvette submission, having zero fighter squadrons is "average" at this size, which may be part of the reason why this appears to be unbalanced.

I've reworked the submission a little. Would appreciate your thoughts.

[member="Robogeber"], this looks much better. It's still technically one rating too high (a hangar rating of "low" is still the same as "average" at this size level, since they're both equivalent to zero squadrons). But I think that the slow recharge rate of the heavy guns helps balance this out somewhat, though not completely. If you could add another small thing to go with that, or alternatively, you could remove that weakness and lower a rating.

As suggestions for possible weaknesses to add, I think that "few point defenses" would work pretty well for this, given its listed weapons.
