Two Cracks, And A Diner (Grayson/DragonsFlame)

He smiled faintly. "It's fine" he assured. "You misunderstood. I didn't word it as well as I'd have liked, but the story was a mouthful. I was bound to make a mistake at some point"

He took a breath as he played with his food. "I'm a very committed guy, you'll find" he said with a smirk as he eyed her. "If Asha, who I had a force bond with before she died, couldn't get me into her bedroom, then I don't think anybody can if I'm with somebody. Especially since Asha was Tracyn's wife. Or fiance at the time... I don't know, their timeline is incredibly complicated"

"I told Tracyn the full truth before I brought him to the Jedi. He actually went after me that day that we'd met up at that cantina, thinking I'd slept with her. Welp, Asha was dead so Tracyn couldn't strangle her, and he had already gone mad anyways, so the point of protecting him from the truth kind of faded away" he admitted with a sigh.

"I just hope we can fix him. The guy deserves better then the bantha garters that he got" he said, eying the rough group behind them, his mind partially on what they had spoke of.

He took a breath again, calming himself, managing to reach toward Kiskla through the Force.

"So, I'm guessing you're up for some adventure then?" rang through Kiskla's mind in Josh's voice, referring to what they had heard.

Kiskla went to run her hands through her hair, but realized it was pulled back. She swept back a loose strand as an alternative as she nodded at Josh's explanation.

"He seems like he could be a very sincere person." The blonde acknowledged, taking the final bit of her burger. While Josh had been speaking, it'd given her time to polish it off. As it stood, she was a quick eater. But, as important as this topic was, it was becoming boring and with the discussion that was going on the table behind them, she was growing antsy.

When @[member="Joshua DragonsFlame"] penetrated her mind, she smirked devilishly in response. Projecting her own message back. How good of a driver, are you?

But in reality, she looked at his plate of food before wiping her eyes absently "We should probably get going soon. I have a feeling Master Alince doesn't like to be kept waiting." It was the first time she had met the master, but even the thought of the woman shifting her weight anxiously brought a grin to her lips.

He chuckled and finished his food quickly.

"I never told you I used to be a podracer, did I?" sounded through her head, as a devilish grin to match hers crossed Josh's lips.

"Yeah...." he said, aloud. "Though I'm sure she can wait" he said with a smirk. "She needs time to think of her witty comebacks after all" he jested.

He got up, paying the bill as he did so and leaving a tip. He flashed her a cheeky smile.

"I'd hold your hand and elegantly escort you out like a gentleman, but Sao would probably kill me" he jested with a smile. "Most-Likely-Pregnant Miraluka aren't ones to mess with"

Of course, since this takes place before her death (I dun goofed with the timeline of it by accident last page, I edited that post to account for it), he didn't realize that the next time he saw Sao would be his last.
