Private Twin Suns and Hollow Promises {Valery Noble}

Rolcor leaned back in the pilot's seat of the Broken-Vow, the soft hum of hyperspace travel filling the cockpit. Valery's presence beside him was both comforting and invigorating, her confidence evident in her relaxed posture.

He glanced at her, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips. "Well, Trouble," he began, using the nickname he'd come to favor, "Reema's not exactly known for its hospitality. I'd say you've got about an hour before we drop out of hyperspace. Plenty of time for a nap, but I'd keep those boots within reach."

He turned his attention back to the controls, dancing his fingers over the console as he checked their trajectory. The stars outside stretched into lines, and the familiar sight of hyperspace always reminded him of the galaxy's vastness.

"But knowing our luck," he added, "we'll be greeted by a welcoming committee the moment we arrive."

He glanced at her again, the smirk deepening. "So.....round two?" The scoundrel insinuated that they had time for coupling before arriving. "Or do you have other plans for the next hour? In this small boat floating through the vastness of the abyss?

Rolcor Wildstar watched as Valery disappeared into the crew cabin, her confident stride leaving a trail of intrigue in her wake. He leaned back in his seat, a smirk playing on his lips as he took a slow sip from his glass. The hum of the ship's systems filled the silence, a steady rhythm that matched the anticipation building within him.

He stood, stretching his limbs before making his way toward the cabin. The corridor was dimly lit, the soft glow of the overhead lights casting long shadows along the walls. As he reached the doorway, he paused for a moment, collecting his thoughts.

"Round two," he murmured to himself, a chuckle escaping his lips. "Let's see what you've got, Trouble."

He stepped into the cabin, the door sliding shut behind him with a soft hiss.
