Post Scriptum : done, ill just be dumping templates i tweak/upgrade a little
not an expert on html/css/bbcode so if you have any reccomendations drop a comment !!

You're using semi-colons between your hex colour codes for the gradient, that's the issue; you need to use commas, and only after the first and second hex codes.

Here's something I polished up
its a template from a char I used. I cannot seem to use any tabs after +/-, weird.

it's a veeeeryy forgiving template EXCEPT for the second div which I do not reccomend to touch tbh.
will edit and add comments # if needed/when you need to put smth

I cannot seem to use any tabs after +/-, weird.

All those [/color] closing tags between [/slide] at the end of your +/- tab and [slide=Possessions] at the start of the next tab are what's causing your other tabs to not appear. All content has to between [slide] and [/slide] until you close the tabs off entirely with [/tabs], or it causes this issue of tabs that come after the error not appearing.

Always, always, always clean up your code if duplication like this happens, or you or other users may encounter similar issues.

In fact, I recommend editing your code with the BBcode toggled off as much as possible. Notice and remember what the output of your code should look like, and get used to using preview to actually see the output of your code, rather than switching back and forth between BBcode toggled on/off. This should help you avoid encountering these issues, and get you to a place where you can (more or less) tell what the issue is from the visual output alone, if issues occur.
