- Precision drives allow the Bulk to operate in zero-gravity environments with increased mobility.
- Variability between autonomous engineering and mass-production settings.
- Lower chassis houses an RMT-TR9 Fjell Tractor Beam, which allows for the carrying and manipulation of construction objects.
- Construction Droid: The Bulk is designed for nearly any type of labor, with a wide range and variety of tools that allow the Bulk to do specialized repaired or to assist in constructing massive starship hulls. Its tractor beam allows the droid to 'carry' large parts and resources, as well as put them in place for construction, meaning that properly guided the Bulk can construct nearly anything.
- No Combat, Please: The droid's 'defenses' -- which amount to essentially a hardened duranium shell -- are put in place so the droid can be viable in tough working conditions and not be put in danger of immediate damage from workplace accidents if there be any. Its large size and somewhat clumsy maneuvering, as well as a lack of proper weapons, mean the droid is unsuitable for combat.
The TVL-17 Bulk-type Construction Droids are the backs on which the titans of industry are built. Fully automated, built to take punishment, and able to operate in nearly any type of environment. The first model by Roble Manufacturing to feature their new RMD-B11 Feyr Droid Brain, the Bulk is an extremely advanced model of construction droid designed to change the industry and elevate production across the board.
The Bulk is a large droid, able to handle large cargo loads and stresses of building starships as large as Super Star Destroyers thanks to a scaled RMT-TR9 Fjell Tractor Beam unit installed in the droid's lower part. The tractor beam allows the Bulk to carry and place cargo loads, such as hull plates, generators, or weapon emplacements even if they are larger in mass than the Bulk itself. The Bulk also is equipped with an extremely wide variety of construction tools, allowing individual units to fill a wide variety of manufacturing roles. All-in-all, the Bulk is an able and capable manufacturing droid, sure to be employed in a wide variety of tasks across the galaxy.
