Tusken Raiders? No thanks...

Tantooine, what a spiteful place. The Tusken raiders owned the lands far out in the deserts. Astrian had received a distress call from a Tusken raider camp, a message not from the Tusken Raiders but from one if their captors, apparently @[member="Rainbow Flowers"] was part of a large group searching for some artifices but were attacked by Sand people. Astrian was always willing to help, especially when it came to cutting down a few sand people. He already had to bypass two patrols on his way here. He wasn't one for rescue missions, but when it came from what sounded like, a lovely lady. How could he resist?

Why oh why had Rainbow agreed to this? She had never been a physical person, and she couldn't lift anything they found anyway. Even before the attack she'd been struggling, too frail to walk long in the sun, and frankly, somebody should have told her stiletto boots were a bad choice in desert sand. But it had seemed like easy credits, and she desperately needed credits to keep her ship going, it had stalled again and she couldn't get it started no matter what she did, so unless she wanted to be stuck on Tatooine forever, she had to get some credits to pay to get it going.

And now, here she was, a prisoner of the sand people. She was sat in one of their pens, heavy metal manacles around her skinny wrists, unable to move. The others were just shackled, but for Rainbow, those shackles were too heavy, and she couldn't move at all. Worse yet, ghostly pale, she was burning something terrible under the twin suns. She'd be peeling for a month! Her only hope was the emergency transmission she'd gotten off.

The other prisoners were gathered in a group, whispering, as Rainbow tried to hear. They nodded to each other, and the ringleader looked over at her.
"Hey, princess, we're gonna make a break for it while they're eating. You coming?" He nodded, crouched, ready to run, still shackled but able to move. Rainbow wriggled around, straining, but failing to lift her shackles.
"I can't!" She said helplessly. "They're... too heavy.... I can't lift them!" She gestured to the shackles, utterly unable to move. The man seemed to scoff at this.
"C'mon, I get it, you're kinda small, but nobody's that weak. Just, lift 'em up and we can get out of here..." He laughed. Rainbow strained and tried her best, making a show of how she really couldn't. The man shook his head in disbelief. "God, well, hey, maybe if you get out of this, book a session at the gym?" He suggested, to which the others sniggered. "C'mon lads, let's go!" She watched as the group snuck to the edge of the pen, only a wooden gate keeping it shut. With a vicious kick they broke it open, and ran.

Seconds later, she heard the howl of Tusken Raiders giving chase, and minutes later, gunshots and screams. She sighed, rolling over, pinned by the shackles. Now she was on her own. She supposed she should be glad. They were goners. At least this way she had a few more hours, before the Raiders did with her whatever it is they did with prisoners like herself.

Before Astrian lay the Tusken raider encampment, several smoking bodies lay strewed across the desert floor. Mangled corpses, none female. The distress call he had received came from a female, she may be still alive or they could've keeping her as a pet. Sand people were complete savages. You couldn't possibly trust such primitives.

Astrian carefully creeped along the edges of the camp, slowly moving his way closer to the Tusken on watch. His eyes switching between the main entrance and the sniper sat atop a pillar of sand and stone. His form hidden under the wraps, his sniper still recoiling from a final blast that had landed in the chest of a twitching body. He roared viciously, raising his rifle in what Astrian suspected was joy, but cared little for it as he leaped up with his saber in hand, his entire body a blur of motion as the Tusken raiders body toppled, the orange blade almost blended with the desert behind him, however the wails of the Tusken raider called the others, then however as the sand people turned in confusion, he raised his hand. Unleashing a wave of force energy, it picked up a few sand people, the others running. Astrian launched down towards the Tusken raiders, the orange blade coursing through the air towards them, sluggishly the Tuskens returned fire. However, they were too slow to keep up.

Rainbow heard the sudden sound of buzzing, a noise that she was certain was a lightsaber, and the howl of tusken raiders. A Jedi? A Sith? Was somebody coming to rescue her? She suddenly realised it was vital that she got out of there and found him, and so she threw all of her strength in to moving. She tried everything to lift the shackles, she strained, she heaved, she tried to just drag them, her heels scraping uselessly in the sand as her too light body weight failed to move them, but it was all futile. She couldn't budge them. Four hundred years of muscle atrophy was too much.

"HELLO! HELP ME! PLEASE! HELP!" She yelled instead, deciding the best thing she could was attract attention. She wasn't going anywhere under her own power, after all, and this was one of the rare occasions on which she thought it was okay to scream for help.

The orange blade flickered in action as the Knights body was a blur, catching a Tusken on the end of his blade, it's body exploding as the blade caught across the Tuskens rifle and chest, his body spasmed in pain as the Tusken fell to the desert floor. Astrian moved quickly, counting two Tuskens standing and three others lying in the sand, one motionless the other two slowly returning to their feet. He could not take advantage of this situation as the two Tuskens continued to fire at him, Astrian switched to Makashi, deflecting the blaster a bolts as he pressed forward towards the two, however the three who lay in the sand of which two were moving were getting up slowly, Astrian would have to move quickly. Dashing forward with the aid of the force, he released a force push that knocked back one if the two raiders, then this allowed him to focus on one. Deflecting the blaster bolts, he presses hard. A bolt finally landed in the forehead of the Tusken and his body twisted and fell, his fellow Raider growled in frustration as he moved into a crouched position, the other two were now getting to their feet however, Astrian ran towards the crouched Raider, his leg swinging around towards the creature, his augments and the force enhancing his speed; his armoured foot landed directly in the Raiders neck, there was a violent wail as the Raider collapsed, the two now at their feet were priming their rifles as Astriab threw his blade, it flew through the air ferociously towards the duo, the first was cut to shreds as the blade spiralled in a restricted pattern.

The second attempted to run, but was cut down shortly by the spinning blade, then as all fell silent the blade redirected and sped back to its owner. Astrians hand grasped the heavy hilt, the blade deactivated and Astrian quickly made haste towards the Tusken Raider encampment.

Rainbow was still heaving, and still going nowhere as she heard more screams and more cries from Tusken Raiders. And then, silence. They had all gone! Whether dead or to deal with the intruder she really didn't know, but either way, this was her big chance! If only she could move! But the blasted shackles were simply too heavy for her frail body. She kicked, she struggled, and she strained until her arms hurt, but she couldn't go anywhere, and in the end she broke down over them, trying not to cry. But it was hopeless. Her one chance to get away, and she was just too weak. The story of her life, ever since the cryo.

She looked around, and decided calling for help again was her only chance.
"HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!" She screamed. She didn't care if the Raiders heard. The mysterious saviour was her only hope.

Astrian almost jumped as he heard the screams of a woman, she must be the one who had sent out the distress call. The voice was close. Into the encampment he went, Lightsaber in hand however deactivated. He could sense more sand people ahead near the pens. They were on the move towards the open pen, was the girl still in there? Had she simply not the will to run from the Raiders? Astrian would find his assumptions to be as close to an answer as he would get.

The Tusken raiders were moving in pairs towards the open pen, inside they found a young blonde haired girl; her body was thin and small, her eyes hung exhausted in their sockets, tears slipped down her cheeks as she screamed for help, the Tusken pen keeper carried a Gaffi Stick, he was bigger than the other whom looked to be carrying the modified blaster one of the mercenaries they had took with them had owned, now it belonged to the Tusken Raider, whom followed directions by the pen keeper to go looking for the others, running down the circular buildings corridor, the pen keeper jumped into a toon as he heard the wild howl of a Lightsaber and a dying gasp of his fellow Tusken, then as the girl continued to wail, he turned to her. His Gaffi stick pointed at her, he tensed his arms, pulling back the Gaffi stick, ready to plunge the spear into the girls neck. However, as the raider howled in excitement it was soon followed by a sudden blaster bolt to the arm, with a worried cry the Tuaken turned to be confronted by a volley of blaster bolts that violently shook his body until he fell. The cries of other Tusken raiders came from the corridors as a massive towering figure appeared outside of the pen.

Astrian stood in a sand camouflaged durasteel alloy suit. His cloak was brown with patches of silky sand like colours, his durasteel armour covered with blaster scarring and wraps of sand coloured leather, almost maki ng his armour look like that of a Tusken raider, however he was clearly identifiable as a human due to his face. Which allowed for two yellow tiger like eyes to almost reflect the glow if the desert, all 7 feet and 10 inches of his body visible from outside the pen, including his active saber which he soon deactivated and attached to his belt, quickly he made his way into the pen, crouching down beside the girl. She was beautiful, but her tears and bruises shown pain and the large thick shackles looked as though they suckled tightly on her skin. Astrian looked over her, his mouth gaping for a moment before he spoke. "Did you send he distress call?" He asked, gripping his massive hand tightly over the metals, he yanked the shackles from her easily, breaking them with his own hands. Sometimes his size and augments were so useful.

And in a moment, it was over. Rainbow's voice was hoarse from screaming, and she was trembling still, but the Tusken Raider that had been about to kill her was gone, and in his place, a giant of a man who broke her free with his bare hands. Was it possible to have two more opposite people? One young, with pink highlighted hair, four foot ten and too weak to lift her shackles, and one almost eight foot tall, old looking, with grey hair and yellow eyes, and strong enough to shatter it with his bare hands.

Rainbow looked up at him, wide eyed and obviously frightened, but he seemed her only chance.
"Y-yes." She sniffled. "A-are you here to rescue me?" She asked hopefully, too frightened to say anything else. She'd usually of tried to say something cheerful or witty, but this entire experience had somewhat shattered her spirit.

Astrians eyes fell upon the girl. Pity engulfed them, she was so scared... He could tell just by the sound of her voice how traumatised she was. His massive hand reached out to her, stopping inches away from her. "Yes, you can trust me." He said reassuringly, however his gruff and gritty voice did him no service. He sat motionless awaiting her reply, "We're going to have to move fast, and in your state I wouldn't force you to run.." He was thinking of carrying her as he heard the blood thirsty howl of more Tusken Raiders draw closer, his right arm still offered to her. His left clenching the hilt of the saber. His eyes looked to the corridor for a second then suddenly jumped back to the girl. His eyes firmly placed on her, he urged his hand towards her. Not jumping at her as he wished not to scare her, but nevertheless she needed to take his hand. "Time is slipping away girl.." He stressed her again, time was precious.

Rainbow nodded, standing a little shakily.
"I've been pinned down for days. I ... couldn't lift the shackles." She admitted awkwardly. Now was not the time to lie about her physical limitations. "I ... don't know how fast I can move." She had taken his arm automatically, but her legs felt weak, and with every step she wobbled a little. She sighed, closing her eyes a little, and then she looked up at him. He was huge and she only weighed 60 pounds.

"....I'm even lighter than I look." She said pointedly. She didn't say anymore. She hated asking for help, and to be carried was the ultimate humiliation, but she really needed it right now.

Astrian took her hand, gently to her feet she went. Her entire body felt like a leaf in his grasp, her legs a d arms shook violently as she took a few steps, she was so weak. Not that this was a bad thing, but an average level of strength was always advised, Thai girl was far below the average. She looked up to him with desperation and shams in her eyes as she spoke again, Astrian simply nodded in reply. But, as she stopped speaking entirely he could sense her humiliation. He pulled her close to him, "It's alright little one.." He spoke, looking down to her he released the arm he was holding and took a firm grasp of her boney hip. "Wrap you arm around my neck, I will carry you." He bent down a little, allowing his arm to move and his wrist to sit under her knee joints, her legs folding over his wrist. His arm was like a chair, his wrist vertically covered thigh to knee joint, the upper half of his arm bent across her back to its socket lifting her entire body up like he was carrying a child in his arm, he raised her high enough to wrap her arms around his neck to give her a safer grip, so that incase he needed to run or jump, she would not fall.

He could feel the boney structure of her body, her thighs less meat and more bone, her back having a visible spinal cord. He almost felt sorry for the young girl. He knew what next he would do, after they got out of this. He would get her a proper meal, she deserved that much.

Rainbow wrapped her arms around his neck, but even that was difficult. Weak as she was, Rainbow was even more drained than usual from the ordeal, and clinging on was difficult. But still she held tightly. It had only been a day, and it was still obvious that Rainbow was no ordinary girl. Her hair still had its pink highlights, her make-up, smeared, was still heavy, and it took longer than a day for the scent of her heavy perfume to disappear. And she still had her heels on, which again gave away the type of girl she was. Not the usual for tangling with Tusken Raiders, that was for sure.

"Who are you?" She asked, wide eyed, at her saviour. She was still terrified, of course, still very much the victim. Rainbow's usual cheerfulness and wit would return later. Right now, it was all she could do to not burst in to tears. She could have been the dictionary definition of 'damsel in distress'. It wasn't a pleasant experience for her.

@[member="Astrian Callus"]

Astrian began to move, the girls boney arms barely clinging to him. "My name is Astrian Callus, and I'm getting you out of here." He could feel her arms shaking around his neck, tightening his grip around her. He began moving forward, the girl in his arm. Moving back down the corridor he had came from, he was running fast. His long strides lead them to the entrance to the encampment quickly, he held his saber in one hand. Watching for any Tusken raiders, however he was faster than they were; but they knew this land. They would come after them, they would have to hide. As he continued his sprint, he could not find shelter.

Rainbow clung to him as he ran, which wasn't entirely reassuring. Did he not have an escape plan? Was just running with everybody chasing them the best that he had? Part of her wanted him to put her down so that she could find somewhere effective to hide, but she decided her chances were better with the ridiculously gigantic Jedi warrior.

"Do you have a ship?" She asked hopefully. If not, her's wasn't too far, but she doubted they'd ever make it on foot.
