• Description: Tusken Kitchen and Old Tatooine Store, Inc (abbreviated as just Tusken Kitchen) was a franchise themed restaurant that operated in the Rimward Trade League during the latter part of the 870s ABY. Thematically, the restaurant features some traditional Tatooine cuises alongside modern and ecclectic updates that could be referred to as Outer Rim fusion. Combining this with a gift store, the restaurant leaned into the stereotype of the Outer Rim as a wild frontier by presenting itself as an old time general store, usually with decor sourced or replicated from ORD colonization periods.

POINTS OF INTEREST
While each of the stores represents an independently owned business operating under the brand and model of the Tusken Kitchen and Old Tatooine Store, Inc. As part of the branding, each store follows the same general floorplan.

• The Old Tatooine Store (Gift Shop) - Trinkets, tourist baubles, retro games, and candy can all be found here. The cashier and hostess are both stationed here, forcing customers to begin and end their trip to the restaurant in the gift shop.
• The Restaurant (Dine-In Area). The dining area features a mix of tables and booths, with the walls decorated in all manner of Tatooine and Outer Rim frontier nostalgia, particularly signs and markers dating back to the Old Republic.
• The Kitchen - Where the magic happens. Nothing spectacular here, its a commercial kitchen. In some jurisdictions, like Susefvi, health inspector tours may be frequent, keeping the business in line with modern sanitation requirements. In some other parts, like Sevarcos, you probably don't want to ever see the kitchen (and just accept that neither has a health inspector).

None. It's a restaurant. It relies on whatever local law enforcement may exist in the jurisdiction where the business is located.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
No trip to the Rimward Trade League is complete without a stop at your local Tusken Kitchen. Located throughout the hyperlanes, space ports, and shadowports, the Tusken Kitchen is a franchise operation that spread across the Rimward Trade League starting in 874 ABY.

A franchise operation, the brand and corporate oversight was managed by a business incorporated out of Denon, which was known as Tusken Kitchen and Old Tatooine Store, Inc. This corporation was, in turn, held by another corporation whose investors included a number of corporate entities and private shareholders. The largest stakeholder was Corell Financial, the banking side of the Corellia Digital Corporation, making the Corellian executive Sor-Jan Xantha one of the unseen backers and benefactors of the business. The largest private shareholder was Sev Narcos, though this fact was likely unknown to the independently-owned business operating under the brand license on Sevarcos -- but likely contributed to how the corporation was able to keep the Sevarcos business in line.

From bantha steak and eggs to raider nuggets, the menu seemed to design to appeal to creatures of varying ages and dietary requirements.
