Corvus Raaf
Adieu...

Corvus walked on the grass in one of the many clearings in the gardens of the Jedi Academy on Ossus. She unfolded a picnic blanket and placed it on the ground and then examined the hamper she’d also brought with her. It contained a variety of nibbles – including some ryshcate that the kitchens here had started making since the fall of Corellia. It wasn’t quite the same, but it was good. And then there was a selection of hot and cold drinks – including her favoured iced tea.
And so she sat back, feeling the rays of the sun on her face and enjoying the warmth. Over the past six years she’d been unable to continue to train Padawans – all Jedi had. And recent events had made the Force unstable, so still no learning was possible for Padawans. But some of those that had called her Master were still around and others had come forward to be guided in their development – and so she decided the best option was for something of a fresh start.
And that called for a celebration – for they’d had precious few of those over the past half a dozen years. So she’d invited the Padawans to join her, chat, get to know each other and most importantly agree a way ahead – as a team. For when she was a Padawan, it was her fellow apprentices that made the most difference. Of course she had great teachers and a wonderful Master, but it was Jedi like [member="Kana Truden"] that made her what she was today. And of course, she’d gained a best friend too.
So she almost dozed as the sun beat down and she waited…
