Contruum was a place that was famous for its powerful industry, its hard-working denizens, and their rebellious attitude. Along the Vaathkree Trade Corridor different species came to learn from the technical and applied science academies. A hub for all things manufacturing, shipyards, foundries, and mines. Jobs were easy to find and often sort out by promising hopefuls. Torian City was one major area that had all of these things. Not with the towering skyscrapers of some core worlds, it was a close second for how densely populated and busy the streets were. A brown world even before the industrial factories and buildings dotting the landscape.

Local news networks were beginning to pick up a small story of six disappearances in two months, all low-level workers involved in metallurgy. Staff working on engineering new alloys for the many different shipyards and corporations here. A Seventh incident had happened today, its crime scene was in an unremarkable-looking warehouse, if not for being surrounded by holotape and a dozen officers. A couple of curious onlookers had gathered but this was not a major story yet. MGS, the Metals and Gear for Ships Corporation wanted to keep it that way! Outside investigators were being let in if they signed an NDA to not talk to the press.

That is where we found our unlikely paired detectives. One a Silver Jedi Master who was arriving on request of the governor, much to some of the local securities aggravation. MGS or concerned families might have hired their own help too to look for missing loved ones. While this was silver Jedi space, some saw this as a local or corporate matter, red tape, and bureaucracy in situations like this. Most just wanted the media to stay out, but finding a body was something that was much harder to ignore.

Other than a few boxes or crates that were covered, the body lay still in the center of the warehouse face down, around it the current pieces of evidence, perhaps more could be found? There were some obvious pieces still to be investigated!

Crime Scene
1 x Half-finished Cigarra, looked expensive.
1 x Identity Card, showing the victim's supposed name. A Bothan named Caird Viaqur, a technician working for MSG Alloys. He had a long grey coat and shirt on, with scruffy black trousers and old shoes.
3 x Blaster Marks ahead of the body scattered
2 x Blaster Marks behind the body on a large crate.
1 x Empty Grey Briefcase
1 x Scramble Key from his pocket.
