To begin the fight, you need position (Theo)

An opportunity had come up, one that Rianna felt needed her special attention and was urgent enough that she flew home to Alderaan in order to start trying to convince her nephew of what he could do, to help further strengthen the position of their house.

Flying straight through had taken a bit of a toll, but once the familiar view of Alderaan filled her view she was ready to talk, if only her nephew would listen.

Within the hour Rianna was walking up the steps of the house on the coast, she looked about remembering why she did not want to live in the large spacious palace. Inside servants scrambled trying to see to her needs, she shook her head, "point me to where Lord Theo is at" They bowed and showed the way.

It was the weeks end and later in the day. A proper time for the young lord to spend the eve in the parlor. The clear liquid slipped out of the lip of the crystal decanter. Theo did not drink hard liquor. This eve was such an occasion as the crystal clear liquid started to fill the clear glass. “Aunt Rianna, welcome home”, he heard her foot step as she came in the room. He was no longer blessed with the Force and could not sense the Master Jedi behind him. He was blessed with servants though and they did warn him she was here and on his way to find him.

"Theo its good to see you" She crossed the room to hug her nephew, the poor man worked so hard at everything and now she was here to make his job tougher. She would hate herself for it, but she just felt that they needed to do this.

But would he agree, or would he look at her as if she were daft. "How are you doing?" Rianna took off her robe and laid it across the back of the chair, only to have a servant come and pick it up. Rianna smiled, she forgot sometimes about the servants.

Hugs? Yes! Theo returned the hug squeezing his Aunt a bit tightly to show his affection. “I’m doing well. I’m a little upset I see you did not bring my new uncle for me to meet.” He was teasing trying to keep the mood a bit light. He was not acutely upset with his Aunt.

Rianna laughed nervously, "No not this time he's off doing what he must for his clan, but soon I will bring him. Though we'll have to prepare everyone, he is mandalorian and he wears his armor as they are asked to do"

Rianna looked around, sometimes this place felt strange to her, "You're wondering why I came home so quickly, yes?" She turned and looked at him, he was still very receptive even without the force.

Seating gingerly back in one of the plush chairs Theo sigh getting relaxed in the moment even though he knew his Aunt was here for some reason of importance. “He is my uncle. I’m not upset. He is family though. I would like to meet him soon. You know the armor will not bother me.” Theo took a drink.

@[member="Rianna Organa"]

"I know, but it might bother the people we care for" Rianna paused, "Have you heard from Faith and Dar'yaim?" Rianna was doing badly making small talk in order to work up what she wanted to say to Theo as she wanted to say it right.

Rianna sat down as well, putting her hands into her lap.

Theo finger rhythmically tapped at the arm of the couch. “So your saying I can’t met my uncle because you fear a few my be bothered by his presence.”

Theo leaned forward getting rather accustomed to his position in life. “You know how important family is to us. We are in both in agreement I shall met my uncle soon.”

Setting back in his chair he took another drink and looked at his Aunt for a moment. “I speak to my sister at least once a week by Holocom. Her and Dar are doing well.”

@[member="Rianna Organa"]

Rianna sensed it more than anything else. "Yes Family is very important to us, and your Uncle feels that way too." Rianna inched a little, "You know my view on things here at home. However, now with the Queen installed in her new office, there would be a conflict of interest for her to remain Senator."

Rianna looked over to Theo, "perhaps you should consider the post nephew" She smiled.

Quietly Theo rubbed at his chin with his free hand. His eyes were still upon his Aunt as he thought over the situation. Alderaan needed all of its loyal children. He methodically pondered of the positives and negatives. “If Alderaan and the Republic needs me who am I to say no?”

@[member="Rianna Organa"]

"You are a young man with his own aspirations, and may not want to do this" Rianna really did not want to ask Theo to do something that would interfere with his life. Did he understand that about her, that she appreciated all he did.

"Do you want to do it?"

@[member="Theodosius"]

Setting the glass on the arm of the chair Theo’s fingers loosely held the glass as he listened. “My aspirations should be very clear by now”, he got up walked over to the crystal decanter and started to fill up his glass again. “Alderaan, our family and our people. Even the Republic. Our family our fighters Rianna. I’m exactly were I’m supposed to be. If the Force has willed it I will become the Senator if that is what Alderaan and the Republic needs.”

Rianna looked over at him, one thing she tried was not to read her family. "They have been clear since the moment you agreed to take care of House Organa while I remain a Jedi." She watched him, so careful he was, always he presented the right face, the right tone.

"You're becoming a Senator would do many things for Alderaan, it would give us a feel for how others see Alderaan, and its....." she paused for effect, "royal family" There she had said it, the most political thing she could say in the presence of those she trusted. As Dutchess she feared for her family, and all of Alderaan. "It perhaps is time to start seeking audience with the new Queen, to" Rianna took a breath, "get to know her"

"What do you think @[member="Theodosius"]?"

Royal family. Theo smiled, a knowing smile as he stopped pouring the liquid into his glass.

“Yes to met the Queen”, Theo came back over and sat down. “Thinking tactical I think we should go and met her at different times. Not only do people open up differently when it is a smaller crowd it is no secrete that you are a Jedi. She will most certainty act different around a Jedi. Maybe we can get her to open up. If it is to you or me she opens up it makes no difference. Not to mention two opportunities is better then having just one.”

Rianna slid back to rest against the back of her seat as she watched the deliberate efforts of her nephew. "Yes, I suppose it is time for me to meet the Queen, she would not show when she was a Senator, who knows maybe she has some hidden secret" Rianna smiled, she did not know it just seemed to be the words that needed to be said.

"yes, and then when you are comfortable, you should meet her on your own, form an opinion and" She nodded "We will go from there" Rianna then realized there was someone missing from the house, "Theo, where is your mother?"

“My mother”, Theo paused to take a sip. After taking the drink he rested the glass between his hand and the arm rest of the chair, “She comes and goes as whimsically my dear Aunt. It is easier to discern where you maybe as your with the Jedi Order. That makes security for you less an of issue as your so near Jedi and also your husband and your clan. My mother on the other hand is a little more difficult as is likely inclined to think she needs a security detail to follow her around.”

“The Queen having secrets? Don’t we all”, he watched his Aunt for a second not mentioning the holo recording of her mysteriously leaving with a Atrisin male who had stayed for days at her private home, "Although with the Queen it is what her and her parents have shown that is most alarming. It is something I and other nobles as well as you have taken a great interest in. The Royal family had been slowly turning Alderaan from a democracy to a tyrannical monarchy. What others have failed to discern I have seen. It should have been something easy to see but had stayed hidden because nobles are naturally secretive. In order for a monarchy nobles are needed to maintain control. Nobles are not quick to say if they are not loyal or if they do not agree with what the ruling family has done. The ruling family changed Alderaan parliament and has taken the democratic voices of the nobles and the people of Alderaan. No votes were sought. Nothing was given in exchange for the masses to just give up their freedom. The Royal family were not even nobles or from the people of Alderaan before they found their position. I have seen these questions in the eyes and sometimes hidden in the voices of Alderaan, even in its people. I do not think it would be difficult to gain more support then we have already found. The nobles houses live in fear currently building up their security. We should they not fear for what may come tomorrow that the Royal family may do? I have even heard whispers that some people believe the attack on the house of Organa is link with Alderaan state of affaires. I have not seen any evidence the Royal family had anything had to do with the attack on the House of Organa. It could have just been born out of their current fears.”

Rianna considered the words of her nephew, yes. Everyone had secrets. Yokuni. Her secret even Ordo did not know. Rianna tried nit to think on it, she was married and happily.

As for Arianna, "I feel like something is wrong with her, except I can't see what it is." Rianna pursed her lips together and closed her eyes finding balance.

"Yes the Queen. Made our government more imperial, again. Conscripting our young ones, and not meeting with the nobles, what is she hiding?"

Rianna was affected by thus her family died because of the throne of Alderaan. Could she see her family go through it again? She looked at Theo, she knew she could not bear it.

"Have you spoken with other nobles?" It was something they had discussed

@[member="Theodosius"]

Yes it was a strong confidant smile he gave when she asked if he had talked to other nobles. “Yes I have spoken. I think I will have their support to run for the Senate. Many have concerns that are shared with us.”

His mother. This troubled him what his Aunt was sensing but what could he do? “Do you think we should look into my mother’s whereabouts? Not to interfere in her personal life but out of concern for her safety?”

@[member="Rianna Organa"]

Rianna stared off for a moment, darkness clouded her vision. "Concern for her life." Rianna looked at Theo, "I can't see her it's like she's behind a wall. "

This was terrible, her family had always been hidden from her but this sensation that she couldn't shake that feeling. "Do you know a general idea of where she went?"

@[member="Theodosius"]

Theo frowned, “I do not have the time to follow you around myself. Myself that is. I’m sorry but I do have reasons for taking action that could be deemed paranoid. Our family was nearly all killed off and now Alderaan is not only in jeopardy of losing its freedom but its very essence of its culture. I know the date and day when she left the space port. I even know the time and whom she left with or did not leave with. Every craft leaves with a destination in mind and it is standard galactic transport protocol. We could start to track her that way. Maybe we can also hire a bounty hunter just to help track her. It could speed up the process.”
