"You can't fight the will of the Force."

He had no other choice now. She was forcing him out of her body, and he couldn't simply attack her mind either. There were few things left for him to do. Well, there were a lot of things that he could do, but most of them would either kill her or just do some ridiculously painful things that would result in her being in such agony that he would hate himself for doing it to her.

There was something more simple to be tried first. Lifting a hand, he pointed it at her, and lightning erupted from his fingers aimed towards her. If this didn't work, he would go to one last resort before doing something that would hurt her.

Lightning this wasn't the first time someone had shot this at her. Knowing what she needed, the girl caught the plant man's attack with her own channeling against it. Though in a lightning vs lightning, she would lose.. It was the flaw of the generalist and she knew this from her training with Velok. Though, this move would allow her to have a moment to draw her saber to conduct the lightning too. The blade drawn emitting a dim red light, her crystal showing its corruption as she danced between the light and the dark. Releasing her own dim green lightning, she caught the attack with her saber.

"I'll show you I can fight it, Meric I'm not coming with you. I've faced a lot like you coming to collet my bounty. Its pretty nice and a bit challenging. Having to bring me in alive, its quite the challenge."

The sparks returned to her free hand as she shot the lightning back at him. He was her new target. She had to keep fighting him off, there had to be a way to defeat him. There weren't that many that had gotten this far in facing her. Usually she was able to fend them off long enough for them to realize she wasn't that great of a trophy or she figured out how to out run them when the time came.

Meric reached his hand towards the returning energy and absorbed it for a specific purpose.

"I will capture you, Spencer. I won't lose you again. I can't..."

To be honest, the bounty didn't matter as much to him anymore. He didn't need the money anyways. Someone like him could get what they wanted without the need for money, especially since he didn't really have any moral obligation not to do certain things. That lack of morality was the entire reason that all of the people in this very establishment were now dead.

Anyway, that energy he'd drawn in crackled across his hand, charring it a bit. He drew in the Force towards him in a strong bubble that was created around him. His eyes were focused right on Spencer. This was his last resort before he was forced to get drastic and he truly hoped this worked. It would be best if it did.

Once he had it drawn in enough, objects around him, even the bodies of the now dead, rose from the ground to swirl about him. He continued as he stared at her until suddenly he flung his arms out in a burst of electricity and Force. Force Maelstrom was probably the most powerful skill Meric had in his repertoire that wasn't instantly deadly. Either way, he was hoping it would do enough, maybe knock her out, so that he could capture her.

"Well this was unexpected."

She watched as he drew in everything, cursing she knew she needed to find something to protect herself with. Turning she ripped down some of the shelves that hung off the wall. She braced herself agaisnt the wall of the shop and used the shelves to cover her body. He had no control where anything went, she would just have to brave the storm for this one. The building shook and Spencer used force drain to catch anything electrical coming her way. Debris from the attack were flung in her diretion and she felt bits of glass shower her, some of it cutting against her face.

Things started to pile upon her make-shift fort and in turn helped protect her a bit more. Reaching up she healed her face from the glass and waited for the attack to die down. Spencer remained quiet and contemplated her next move. If this was his last attack she wondered where this was going to head now that she was proving she was more than just difficult.

Well, she was buried at least. She couldn't run away, and that was good as he didn't particularly want to go chase her down. But it also meant that she wasn't down for the count. She'd successfully defended herself better than the former version of herself had. She'd grown. He wasn't sure whether that was good, as it meant she could defend herself from other people, or bad, because it kept him from being able to do what he needed.

Xaphen was trying to fight through, but Meric slammed his hand to his head and used the Force to seal the being back. Then he turned towards the pile of stuff and sighed. There wasn't much else to be done here. He was going to have to hurt her.

"I didn't want to do this...."

But he had to. He lifted his hand and coalesced the darkside of the Force into two invisible, penetrating spears. He didn't want to hurt her, but he had to win. She was too resistant to everything. Before he threw them, though, he released a cloud of pheromones, hoping to calm her down somewhat, to make her, possibly, feel the pain less, but still be debilitated if this worked. Then he threw the spears into the massive pile. They would pierce the debris, and, since he'd targeted them not to kill her, hopefully cut through her somewhere she wouldn't die.

Spencer stopped hearing the storm and blinked. Seemed everything had calmed down a bit which meant she was somewhat safe. Before she pushed everything aside she felt her body become warmer. Recognizing this she remembered what Ashin had told her when she felt this. It meant he was using pheremones to try and get her to give in. Frowning, by instinct she protected herself with a force bubble and pushed the debris from her giving her enough room to see him.

"Then go away and leave me alone"

Reaching out she opened her palm strands of gold spurred from her palm. It wasn't like the lightning that she had attacked him with moments ago. No, this time she was focusing her force drain on the attacker. She wanted him to go away, she wanted to be left alone. He had mad her mad for killing all these people here just to draw her out. Everything she fed off of him as well. For some reason he was more determined to capture her.

It probably had to do with who she looked like in his past.

No... He wasn't going to give into that. And now he was starting to get annoyed. This fight wasn't going the way he wanted. It seemed like she had the answer to everything. She was not invulnerable. And she was trying to drain the Force from him, but he wasn't going to let that happen so he decided to do something a bit different, utilizing his controlled body.

Pushing the Force into himself, he forced his own body to grow outwards, tendrils reaching out and wrapping down towards her. The benefits of a plant body. The tendrils reached towards her, one moving towards her throat intent on choking her. The other moved towards her weapon hand, intent on keeping her from using her blade against him. And he himself moved towards her. She was going to Force him to resort to being a brute.

She felt the slither of his tendrils wrap around her throat. She coudln't avoid that and her hand kept a grip on her saber, never letting it go for one second. Closing her eyes she whispered the code of the Jedaii, the ones that were the basis of the Jedi that were known today. She continued to whisper their code, a code she had adopted for her own. The tighteness soon came as she stood there helpless. Despite all of this, the situation she was in. The girl kept her cool and waited till the right moment.

When he was good and tightly bound on her, she called upon her force lightining once more. The sparks surged from her focusing on the points he was holding her. She wasn't going to give in and she wasn't going to let him just take her. She had the defenses and she was going to put up one hell of a fight. He should have come better prepared in facing someone like her. Someone who was known as the Empress' First Apprentice.

He yelped when the lightning shot out and hit him where he was contacting her, but he didn't focus on it. The tendrils swiftly withdrew. He was already moving towards her, and he was going to win this fight no matter what it took now. Minus killing her, of course. He was going to have to hurt her, he didn't have a choice. She wouldn't go quietly, she wouldn't concede, she wouldn't surrender. That meant that he had to bloody her.

A nudge of the Force to keep her sword hand off to the side was applied as he leaned down towards her. As he did so, his hand had drawn back, and he snapped it forward towards her face, intent on slamming his fist into it. If everything he did with the Force was rebuffed, he would resort to Force enhanced fist fighting.

"Ack!"

Spencer ducked seeing him pull back his fist. She knew where this was going and it didn't take a genius to know what he had intended to do to her. Waiting for him to swing, hopefully he would be off balance know that his fist wouldn't be connecting with her face. She has a pretty face, she couldn't let it get messed up. Wanting to get him away from her so she could think of something else to do and make an attack, she used the force to push him away from her.

The push would also move the debris from her allowing her a bit of freedom from the little fort she had created for herself.

He flew back, but as he did so, he coalesced another spear of the darkside and sent it flying at her, without even a movement to signify he was doing it. He didn't need the body to do anything but get around. He didn't have to use it to direct things. It was aimed at her leg, so if it did hit it wasn't going to do much but rip a hole through it. She'd survive, so long as it didn't hit the femoral artery.

When he landed, he rolled, and then looked across at her on all fours. She was fighting a lot. He didn't like it because her fighting meant he had to hurt her, which was the exact opposite of what he wanted. At the same time, he couldn't let her go. She was forcing him to do something he didn't want to do, and that made him angry.

Seeing that he had been thrown aside Spencer quickly regained her composure and headed towards the door. She ran as fast as she could, if she was able to get into the streets she should be able to lose him in the crowds on the street. As she ran, something grazed her leg and caused her to stumble as she skidded on her knees. Cursing she placed her hand over the graze and began to heal it.

Looking over at him, she started to stand and while she did she threw her hand across her body pushing the force again at him. The farther away he was the better of a chance she had of getting out the door.

She threw him away again, trying to escape. He landed, hard, Xaphen crying out in pain. He was focused on Spencer though. If she escaped it would ruin everything and he could not allow that to happen. He reached out through the Force towards her, moving to grip her body with it. Not from the outside, though. No, he was moving to grip her insides, to pull her back towards him instead of letting her escape.

"Stop running. Just stop. You're making me angry, and I know that somewhere in there you know what that does."

Meric didn't want to get angry. Whatever it was, when he'd been around her in the past, she'd managed to keep him calm. In fact, he'd been rather subservient when it came to her, in a few ways at least. But if he got angry... the whole world would suffer for it.

Spencer felt the constriction on her insides once again; she recognized the feeling and knew what it was. The girl was a quick learner, no wonder Ashin had picked her up as a student. Focusing her force Aura she pushed out his influence again. The sickening feeling of him constantly invading her was starting to infuriate her. She didn’t like having him be so intimate with her. She needed to keep him out of her. Moving towards the door, her leg was already bothering her.

“I’ll stop running once you leave me alone. Go away, just stop it…stay out and go away!’

She used an over turned counter and pushed on it to support her stance. Gathering the force along her hand, she conducted the force lightning again. It cracked and snapped as she started to use her own emotions, her growing anger for the man that persisted to invade her with the force. The lightning shot out from her hand as she focused on him. She needed to move and get out of the building.

“Just give up already!”

"No... NO!"

She was firing lightning at him again. He lifted his hands and it crackled across a shield in front of him. He was angry now. It wasn't like before. Before he'd been holding himself back by the desire to not harm her, but the powerful urge to not let her go was greater than the urge to not hurt her. He couldn't hold back anymore. He couldn't hold HIMSELF back anymore. Xaphen's eyes had turned a nigh red in his rage.

The bubble tightened around him to the point where everything else in the place moved. The building quaked from his grasp of the darkside. It shook, rattled, parts of it that were loose fell down. Glass shattered and flew inward and he began to walk towards Spencer with rage filled eyes. Debris swirled about him as he approached her. People in the street outside cried out. They'd been watching through the windows. He stalked closer, staring at her. She would not escape.

Power was suddenly unleashed. If she thought the last use of this was tough, this one was worse. Debris flew everywhere, and she had nowhere to hide now. Shards of class slit throats outside. Debris smashed skulls. People screamed and yelled as they were pelted and thrown away. Walls blew out of the building and parts of it began tumbling down. Meric still radiated power and continued towards her even after unleashing the powerful blast of debris and lightning.

Spencer fell as the building shook. Curling up in a little ball she did her best to protect herself from the rage that encircled the man. Everything flew around and outside people were dying and it was her fault. All she had to do was walk out with him and all of the people outside wouldn’t be dying. She felt the way they cried out in terror, their fear surged through her, his anger mixing with it fueling her own anger. The young empath felt everything, the loss of the lives and the pure unadulterated hate. Closing her eyes she did her best to protect herself, lightning struck her and her little force bubble took a beating.

She had to do something; she had to keep him at bay. Spencer had to stop this someway somehow. Her arms bruised and cut from the glass and debris flying around fell to the ground as she crouched trying to get some sort of protection from everything. Closing her eyes she focused on everything that was happening. Her emotions, his emotions, everyone outside, everything piled up and fueled her force power. The elegance of the Sith, their driving power within the force was fueled by emotions. With her teachings she learned to use not only her own, but everyone else’s.

Her hazel eyes locked onto his red, he was angry and without him knowing he was helping her. Surging the force through her body, she focused on his mind sending every ounce of the force to perform Force Subjugate. She used the technique to drain his force energy, but not from his body, this time she would attempt to drain him from his mind and psyche. She wanted him to hurt and to feel the pain that he was causing. Every ounce of her focus was on the force attack to his mind and psyche.

He felt her in his mind. Inside. She was inside. And she was doing something, making him feel everything around him. There was a problem with that move, though. It was a good idea, but the wrong person. One, Meric relished pain. It made him feel good. Two, he was already torn apart, hurt, and feeling pain. She only intensified some of the strongest emotions that a Sith had to draw upon.

Suffice to say, she made him stronger.

He screamed in rage at her, and moved swiftly with the assistance of the force across the room towards her. As he neared her, he unleashed a torrential barrage of lightning upon her, moving at her with rage and anger. He wanted to destroy her. The rage, the pain, the hurt, all of it was driving him through the wall of reason. She had unleashed the beast, so to speak, and she was going to regret doing so if she didn't already.

She heard the rage and felt that it was probably the worst thing she could have done. Nodding she made a mental note of this. Using her position in the crouch she used the force to fuel her flip backwards landing on her feet. She didn’t go very far, but as he drew closer she waited. Her body hurt and she would need time to heal before she could return to Korriban and to Ashin. The bounty hunter had been quite the persistent fellow. Cringing, she felt the overload of rage.

The her blade ignited and she caught most of the lightning with it. She used her other hand to emit her own catching the torrent of sparks. He was getting stronger and she felt that this wasn’t going to end well if she stayed much longer. She felt the sparks lick against her body and she fought the pain off the best she could. She would deal with it later, but her focus remained on getting out.

It was time for her to make her exit; things were getting out of hand. Waiting till the last possible moment, her body emitted a blinding white light. Turning on her heel she used the force once the light died down to move quickly through the shattered windows of the shop. There wasn’t a need for her to run through the door, since there were lots of doors now.

Their lightning danced. Some struck him, but he ignored the pain, feeding it into his rage. He would heal later and be fine. But then she unleashed a blinding white light, which completely irritated Xaphen's eyes. It irritated him, too, because it actually kind of stung. And she was running away. But he saw, still, because he himself was a mere Force Ghost. When he saw, he saw through the Force. The blinding white light was an annoyance, but she was still out there.

Pushing the Force into his legs, he leaped through the shattered windows and tore after her. People were in the way, so he quickly killed them with whatever method he saw fit. A wake of destruction and mayhem followed him, and it was all because she'd refused to go with him. People were dying. Lots of people of all ages.

"You can't hide from me! I will catch you, and I will find you!"

Spencer kept running she focused on pouring the force into her necklace, the talisman was blessed with Sith Magic which was created for helping hide her identity in the Empire. Her force aura scrambled helping her fall off his radar hopefully. To make this work even more, she closed her eyes while she continued to move through the streets and crowds. She used a form of Force Illusions called Masquerade and changed the outlook of her features. The girl lost her youth and her blonde hair, age set in along with wispy white hair. She moved to a large crowd running from the destruction Meric was creating.
