Strengths:
• Lightweight eukgar'gam suitable for wear by children.
• Lots of pockets for holding blaster cartridges, cool rocks, or small amphibians.
Weaknesses:
• Thin plated. The Mandalorian steel plates are thinner than usual, sacrificing quality on the core body protection.
• No Air Supply. Helmet filters air, but has no independent air supply and thus is unsuitable to Type II atmospheres or vacuum.
• Simplified Design. As a training armor, this eukgar'gam slims down the number of accessories and options for ease of use. This is meant for training, not war.
• Geo Tagged. Unlike traditional eukgar'gam, which has a stealth/camouflage coating, Mandalorians need to be able to track where their kids are. Particularly if things get harrowing.
Description: Mandalorians aren't born knowing how to wear the armor. This eukgar'gam serves as an introductory medium for training future Mandalorian warriors how to properly wear, use, and care for their armor in accordance with the tenants of the Resol'nare. To save on weight, only the chest and back plates are fabricated from Mandalorian Steel. The shoulders, bracers, leg, and shin guards are all constructed of duraplast. Additionally, in lieu of armorweave, a layer of Kinetic Weave fabric is substituted. While greatly reducing the durability of the armor, the weight savings results in a suit nearly half the weight of traditional eukgar'gam.
Three's eukgar'gam is based on the armor worn by Jango Fett, the prime clone for the Grand Army of the Galactic Republic. The breast plate bears a symbol of the United Clans of Mandalore on the left side of the chest, while the left pauldron boasts the 'reared cobra' insignia of Clan Munin. The back is a modular plate designed to accomodate either a magnetic holster, such as for a DC-15A blaster carbine, or a jetpack. In lieu of retractable blades, flamethrowers, or miniature rocket launchers the armor featured a paddle beamer and a whipcord launcher on the wrists. A shoulder mounted rocket dart launcher could be directed and aimed through the helmet's HUD, and loaded with non-lethal rounds for training purposes when conducting field exercises with the Clan.
