Military: There is no military of any kind. Each individual does what they want in their own territory and has to defend it or lose it on their own.
Technology: Technology is nearly nonexistent. Most forms of technology are powered by force imbued ligjtsaber crystals but very little above a light is needed.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The entire Izka system would have likely gone untouched by the galaxy forever if not for a turn of fate. Nearly, 3000 years ago when the Neti peoples were more common in the galaxy a small branch of darksiders took root among them. In there skewed view they decided that they alone should be the dominant species of the galaxy. They viewed animals as lesser lifeforms that deserved subjugation and control rather than freedoms. The fact that Neti were an entirely Force sensitive race was was their primary point for this belief but they even came to view animals manners forms of procreation to be repulsive.
To reach their ends the group, lead by former Jedi Master Kai Izka, took a ship and travelled beyond the known galaxy of the time and arrived on Theta Kai. When they arrived they immediately began work on a weapon that they could use to wipe out or subjugate all animal life. However, a small team of Jedi, led by a young Neti Knight and sapling of Kai Izka, Kal Izka followed. The Jedi pursued the Darkside Neti for years finally tracking them to Theta Kai. The Jedi team landed and engaged the darksiders in a clearing where the Darksiders had gone to work their Darkside techniques to forge their weapon.
The battle was swift and brutal and the extreme application of darker energies had turned the clearing into a stagging point for their final solution. The battle was won by the Jedi partially when the Neti Knight Kal Izka used the technique shatterpoint on the Darksider's weapon. The weapon was destroyed and with it a great amount of work.
The Jedi team fled from the field and returned to their transport. The Neti darksiders followed in an bid for swift revenge but failed when the Jedi cruiser in orbit waiting on the strike team opened fire on the single Neti ship. The Darksiders went down in a cloud of black smoke to crash to the world below. The Jedi in their shortsightedness left the Neti darksiders alone against the council of the Neti Knight who warned that the Neti Darksiders would one day rise again to try their genocidal plans again.
