It is an option. I am curious though as to what would come out of it with concerns to the merger of The Jackals and the Open Circle Armada. If I understood it correctly that would make The Jackals a sub faction of OCA?

No we wouldn't. They are just going to give us contracts, and opportunities to do piraty/mercenary things. So The Jackals will be keeping their independence.
