"Alright honey." Alric said with a smile. "I think that should satisfy Mommy."

At least for now.

He frowned for a moment. Danger had said that she would be finished with her meetings a tad earlier than she had first expected, that meant they likely didn't have three hours, more like one or two. He frowned for a moment and did some quick math in his head, something he was still thankfully able to pull off even with his advanced age. After another moment or two he nodded to himself, as if confirming something that he had just thought of. "Okay."

Alric squatted in front of his daughter.

"Mommy will be done with meetings early, but." He began with a smile. "We can still go to the arcade."

Myra gave a slow nod. "Though, this means when I say we have to go, we go, no arguing. Okay?"

Myra once again gave him an emphatic nod, Alric smirking slightly as he slowly rose and took his daughters hand.

"Ah well we can probably just take those three tiers and tie them to our packages."

They tended to get upset if the options were less impressive than other locations, or if the top accommodation wasn't available though company schemes.

"I was more concerned with internal security. We're happy to do so at our own cost, but we'll need doors to certain specifications and assurance to several standards to particular areas are secured to a certain standard. Some of our R&D - the work on the tail end of our prototypes - will likely be moving here."

There was no need to mention that the enemies of those they sold too would put significant effort into attaining those plans.

The Sluissi Department Head led Danger through a high-security door. There were several protocols in place to ensure the safety and security of not only the Research team, the information therein, but also for the station as a whole.

"We have made vast improvements, but the overall design is still quite crude." nothing that Danger hadn't been privy to. Gathering what information they could across several planets within the Unknown regions had taken time. What little they had the Research and Development team had to improve upon using the current technology. It may be no different than an antimatter or a hypermatter reactor -- but it allowed power without having to procure a secondary reactant fuel to power it.

"Even at this scale, the fact that Quintessence is able to be harvested by Dark Energy is spectacular indeed."

"We offer options for internal security provided by our resources, or you may procure your own," Aeri replied.

"The area you are purchasing under contract by all intents will be your property, allowing you to dictate the security as you see fit."

A pause and Aeri went through adding more details. "If you can detail the needs you require for security to ensure they are up to your specifications, I can ensure that it is done."

"Excellent, I'll have the physical security details sent over. If you've ever had to fill out a form for the Alliance to outline how you're keeping their assets secure you'll find the requirements very familiar I'm sure. I think our intention will be multi-layer secure so we'll have to define a border. We'll have a main gate with a check in area and several smaller ones for our staff only. Our security will deal with the inner door, your own can hold responsibility for the outer."

"We'll need to work out which ATC personnel need access inside, where and why. Then we can make decisions on a case by case basis as to whether they're cleared enough already or have to check in and be escorted to carry out maintenance."

This was all relatively standard, but Incom needed to make everything clear when they moved the bleeding edge of their work here.

"We will of course have a handful of too pilots stantioned here and more than a few functional starfighters at any given time."

Alric and Myra wandered down the Corridor of the great stations without so much as a single interruption.

There were few workers on board that weren't droids, mostly because of union concerns, and the few sentient beings they did encounter generally just gave Alric a short bow and gave them a wide birth, not wanting to bother the father and daughter.

The Tetan appreciated it. "Daddy has built lots of stuff like this."

Alric told Myra as they walked.

The little girl seemed enthralled with everything around them, looking at pylons, windows, hangar bays, pretty much everything that she could see. The whole station seemed to fascinate her to some degree, though Alric could easily see why. Though this place wasn't as big as The Foundry, it was certainly almost as impressive. Huge in stature and built for the same titanic purposes as the Shipyards that Alric had created only a short time ago.

"Maybe we'll build more in the future." He commented quietly as they moved into another tram.

"It is sure quite the extraordinary thing." Danger would reply, giving a small smile. It was indeed. The harvester reactor would provide plenty of worlds the much needed sustainable energy. That such a lost technology had been once again discovered was extraordinary and also a benchmark. No one else had attempted to temper this same technology, not since the original First Order many centuries ago. It may not be any stronger that your typical antimatter or hypermatter reactor harvester, but it was a start.

"There are still plenty of areas of concern, I am sure Miss Vyn went over them."

"She did," Danger replied. The Sluissi slithered onward, giving her the tour of the facility. All the while he would elaborate more on the weaknesses of the design and how they were attempting to improve on it. Only time and more research and development would help.

"That is perfectly alright. We can provide a list of employees and request access from Incom itself when any Arceneau Trade employees have a need to be within your property. Typically we give advanced notice through a request and funnel it back down. All employees in such a classification have been properly vetted through their backgrounds. You are more than welcomed to request additional reasonable security measures for Incom's security."

If anything Arceneau Trade was very malleable when it came to such requests. It was a business and this was a service for a new business partner.

"With that in mind, is there anything else you may require?"

"Come on come on come on." Alric said as the two of them rushed down the halls of the staiton, both of them moving as fast as the other could.

Alric's leg was crippled, so he slowed them, but at the same time Myra was rather tiny. That difference meant they both moved at relatively the same speed. This was a good thing since the two of them were holding hands. Myra let out a giggle as Alric rushed her forward, his knee already aching by the time they reached the Arcade at the other then of the station. His finger raised and he pointed towards the bright neon lights that were already ringing out.

"There!" He told her as they gradually came to a stop. "Now remember, we don't tell Mommy."

Danger wasn't the biggest fan of holo-games, said they rotted the brain.

But Alric? Alric liked spoiling his daughter.

"That sounds like everything we need in place to start moving forwards," Pella said with a nod. She turned towards the Zeltron to offer her hand. "If you can get the formalities drawn up in writing and I'll stand up my team to get everything signed off."

"It's done," Pella returned back to [member="Kelly Perris"]. "I guess the question is: is this where you want to go next?" The test pilot was done with running operations now, wanted to get back to his roots. A new facility for building and testing prototypes was perhaps the perfect place for him to move onto.

The rest of the tour took about one more hour, a little longer than Danger had originally anticipated. Nonetheless, by the end of the tour, the Queen of Trade was more than confident in the extent of utilizing what bits of the old Quintessence technology and combining it with the new.

The Dark Energy Harvester would by no means ever be at the strength that the snippets of history have said of the former Starkiller base. However, it would be the start of a new journey. Of a new shift. Of sustainable, green energy that could be plucked from the very 'verse itself, refined into Quintenece, and used for the betterment of the galaxy.

Perhaps, the long dead Galen Erso would have finally smiled in pleasure at the culmination of an energy project that would finally be what he had set to create so many centuries ago.

Incom HQ
Eriadu

He looked up from the desk at which he sat, when the familiar voice spoke. Though Kelly had run the corporation for a handful of years now, his decisions were never the be all and end all. [member="Pella Vun"] was one such party with a vested interest in Incom, and one of the very few he trusted to do right by this establishment he held so close to his heart, for its creations and his lifelong familiarity with them, and to take risks. Nothing ever got far by playing it safe.

“Thank you, Pella. Still to this day, I don't know what Alyesa Organa was thinking, leaving it all in my hands, but I like to believe I've done good by this corporation, despite being a fish out of water,” he chuckled, “but it's time for me to go back to what I know best, while my mind is still sharp, and my body still compliant.”

He could always take a laugh at himself. He wasn't some young jock… no, those years were behind him, but his knowledge and skills were still a boon to younger generations, and a pain in their rear-ends, when they needed a motivational whoopin’.

“I’m thinkin’ I’ll go back to testing, maybe get involved with the navy again,” he decided, rising from his seat to round the desk, plucking a ‘pad off the desktop as he did, “it hasn’t been long enough for me to forget what it’s like to be an officer, and what it means.” He held out the datapad to the Nautolan, with a stylus. “Just one last signature, Pella, and the legal stuff is taken care of. Then it’s just the flashy bits of the changeover, which are already in the works, as you know,” something that he didn’t have all that much of with his takeover, considering the circumstances, “in the meantime, could I interest you in a drink?”
