Convict promised freedom to the victors of such combat, with the requisite requirement that such victors join the Sith military.
B ) The “Blood Hunt” Order: In 837 ABY, convict did wilfully, knowingly and purposefuly order and organize the release of a 92 prisoners of war from the Bluehawks into the western mountains of Prakith. Convict ordered two subordinate acolytes to hunt down and murder each and every prisoner to the last. In the course of the hunt, one of the acolytes was killed by a prisoner. Convict ordered that prisoner spared. The rest were murdered.
Count Two: War Crimes - Crimes Against Civilians
Convict is personally responsible for the murders of 18 civilians at various times and occasions from 835 to 837 ABY. Such murders did occur in a variety of manners including use of claws, fangs and the Force. They were all deemed murder in the second degree.
Psychological Profile:
Inmate Ri’Shajirr exhibits symptoms of narcissism and impulsive rage. Many of the civilian murders at his hands are likely attributable to sudden outbursts of anger. Inmate Ri’Shajirr does not appear troubled by knowledge of his complicity and guilt in murders because he considers the victims to have the same status as animals. The murders of civilians occurred because the inmate deemed them an irritation, or because he believed they had overstepped their place. Once severed from the Force, the inmate’s symptoms and outbursts lessened significantly. Inmate Ri’Shajirr only expressed regret at his murder of a fellow Sith whom he respected. However, he deems the murder to have been necessary to his own survival.
Inmate Ri’Shajirr intensely believes in a hierarchical order of the galaxy based on survival of the fittest. He thus ascribes value to beings based on where they fall within such a system. The more strength an individual possesses, whether willpower or physical, the more worth he accords the individual.
