Solan stared as he witnessed all that was shown him, seeing it and carefully keeping silent, even if he couldn't talk anyways. It was something he knew too well, that he himself had experienced more than a few times. He knew what taking a life meant and as she stated how that was her beginning he watched her with careful eyes. She was someone who pushed off what she had just shown him without a change in her expression, something that made him all the more curious before standing up and looking over the machine she was fiddling with.
"What happened to any family you had?" The subject would be a sore one, he understood that all too well and he knew there was little he could do to really change that fact. But he wanted to understand how she had gotten to this point and see if he could understand her in the complexity that came with the human mind. He himself had more than enough of those stories, each making his hesitation lesser by the kill and yet she seemed to be absolutely void of being phased. He was curious why and what caused this change in her.
