Backstory​

Thelann Garm was born on the arid and dusty planet of Lothal, into a family of humble herders. Life on Lothal was tough, but it instilled in him a strong work ethic and resilience. His early years were marked by helping his family tend to their livestock, and he often felt a deep connection to the land and its creatures.

However, Thelann's life took an unexpected turn when it was discovered that he possessed a rare and potent gift - he was Force-sensitive. This revelation led to his departure from Lothal as he was taken under the wing of the Jedi Order for training on the distant moon of Jedha.

As a young Padawan of around 17 years, he found himself within the sacred halls of the Jedi temple on Jedha. It was there that his fate took a dark and treacherous twist. The temple came under attack by the ruthless Brotherhood of the Maw. Despite his best efforts, Thelann was defeated and captured by the marauders.

For years, he endured unimaginable torment and torture at the hands of the Brotherhood. The darkness that surrounded him slowly crept into his soul, and he began to embrace the very power he had once vowed to resist. Thelann's fall to the Dark Side became inevitable as he used his burgeoning abilities to escape the clutches of his enslavers when their powerbase weakened.

Now a Dark Jedi, he rejected the ideologies of both the Sith and the Light Jedi. He walked a path uniquely his own, fueled by a desire for personal power and revenge against those who had wronged him. Thelann became a mercenary, using his formidable talents for his own gain rather than any noble cause.

Strengths​

Force Wielder: Thelann's initial Jedi training was marked by a promising affinity for the Force. Under the guidance of wise Jedi mentors, cultivating a strong connection to the Light Side. However, his training was abruptly cut short during the harrowing attack on the Jedha temple, leading to a fractured path where he was forced to adapt, learning dark side techniques through painful trial and error as he navigated the treacherous realm between light and shadow.
Duelist: Like many taught in the Jedi Arts, he has learned the ways of the lightsaber. He seems to favor a form similar to Djem So, opting for aggressive yet concise strikes. Yet, as he sometimes becomes chaotic in his form when overly frustrated or angered.

Weaknesses​

Darksider: His rejection of the established dogmas make him an unpredictable and dangerous opponent. This renegade path puts him at odds with the Jedi he once called his brethren, and with the Sith whom he outright rejects due to their connections with Brotherhood.
Mercenary: As a mercenary, Thelann has shed any semblance of compassion, becoming a cold and calculating operative who values only personal gain. He ruthlessly pursues contracts and missions solely for his benefit, without regard for the collateral damage or the suffering of others. His path as a self-serving agent of darkness has left behind the empathetic principles of his Jedi training, making him a relentless force driven only by his own desires.
