  • Provides a similar level of protection to durasteel.
  • When an electric current is passed through the material it turns varying degrees of opaque depending on the current used.
  • Can display images on either side of the Theiaglass, allowing it to be used as HUD, a window, monitor etc.

  • Provides a glass-like material that can choose to alter its colour and tint according to current passed through the smartfilm.
  • Can display images on either side of the theiaglass.
  • Can be turned into a one-way mirror.

  • Requires an electric current to be more than a sheet of plain ceraglass.

In the construction of their latest products Locke and Key mechanics found that they had started using the ceramic Ceraglass more and more often. It had been used in armour, in starships, even to construct a canopy of a speeder out of.

Since they had started using the material so much, the engineers at Locke and Key Mechanics decided to look to the material. To create a specialised material which could take the material which they'd started using so much. They knew that they wanted a material to use in windows and visors, something that could adjust to the changing light, could display any information they needed.

So Theiaglass was formed, a basic material, but one the engineers knew they could use again and again.

THE smart glass. Resistances rival that of durasteel, with the added benefit of changing colors and presenting information or becoming a one-way mirror. A cool material that seems like it has many creative uses in roleplay. Weaknesses and ratings check out perfectly.

Nicely done. Approved.
