The Theed Palace Engineering Corps is a Naboo design firm and starship manufacturer based out of Theed Hangar. It helps maintain several capital scale shipyards throughout Republic space.
Through patronage from the royal family and powerful noble houses talented minds from all over the galaxy are gathered to assemble practical starships that also resemble works of art.
Continues a proud tradition of philanthropic and humanitarian projects on worlds across the Republic.
Old connections have awarded the company several high-profile government and military contracts.
Maintains a close business relationship with Nubia Star Drives that has only been strengthened by large investments from Naboo since Nubia joined the Republic.
Theed Palace has profited from Naboo's economic growth and scaled up operations to better serve a new center of galactic democracy.
Once the primary source of starships when Naboo was just a regional power, as the world grows in influence Theed Palace must now compete with powerful institutions like Priddy General Engineering who also seek to build the Republic into a stronger economic machine with access to the most advanced technology.
In exchange for investments from noble houses the design firm pays large salaries to attract some of the galaxy's best engineers such as genius inventor
Native naboo and alien architects work together as a think tank on all kinds of designs giving Theed Palace a reputation for being a company filled with mad scientists. This reputation is not entirely undeserved.
