Intent: The white palace will serve as base of operations for the post cataclysm Hutt Cartel and a staging point to retake control over the outer Rim and especially Hutt space. Members will be able to use this location for faction RP and non- faction members can use it to seek out the Cartel for whatever RP reason. The building is not a canon structure but I will leave some of its ancient history connected with hutt lore and for interested and creative players it could be a location to rediscover lost lore and/or find hidden rooms which may or may not lead to further RP, in the vast hallways of the structure.

Classification: Ancient Hutt Palace.

Location: The white palace is located on the Weequay homeplanet Sriluur. Sriluurs harsh and unforgiving nature is marked with great deserts and rocky mountains. The northern hemisphere suffers from the occational meteor shower which have marked the landscape and is a brutal reminder to the planetary inhabitans about the planets rough and deadly way of life.
The White palace is situated in between the southern cutting mountains and the vast white deserts. There it rests on a strategic location where several of the old Weequay trading routes cross paths. To the south there is a tableland stretching far until the foot of the mountains. To the north the desert spreads out, the white sand makes the palace shine when the sun sets giving the structure its name, the white palace.

Affiliation: The Hutt Cartel, currently run by the Hutt Sempra Besadii Dhakun.

Description: The white palace is a large structure spreading over vast hallways to deep corridors of several floors and cellar levels.

Notable areas:

The Palace holds five domed rooftops all connected via huge hallways with plenty of space even for hutts to traverse. Theese domed rooms holds the main activity of the palace but beneath them are deep tunnels leading to minor areas of the palace containing humanoid private rooms and offices for the hutt servants and guests. Some of the more important and wealthy residents hold larger apartments situated on the second floors of the palace. The third floor is the floor where most defensive positions, some containing laser turrets, can be found. It is from here one can reach the rooftops as well. A few thin but high towers are spread across the roof for observation and defence purposes.

The central largest dome dominates the entire shiluette of the structure from afar and is a reminder to approaching of the ancient power that the palace represents. Beneath it a Hutt audiance room with five Hutt Thrones placed in a half circle embraces a lower floor. The entire room is a giant audiance. Chamber. In old times the council of Kossak met on occation in this room. Hence it breathes a royal athmossphere of old, albeit the statues in the alcoves carries cracks and the increadible luxuary that ones coloured the room is long lost treasures, spirited away by grave robers and archelogists.

Underneath the most eastern dome one can find a throne room, dedicated to The Huttt managing the palace. Currently this is Sempra the Hutts personal throne room from where he directs and oversees the bulk of his and the cartels operations.

The northern sphere holds a large arena with an extra thick large gate, making it possible to bring in larger beasts into the dens resting beneath the arean. The floor of the arena is covered in sand and dirt blown in from the desert outside.

The western dome contains the most popular area of the palace - a cantina with tables and bars spread out. Here guests can find alcoves to conduct private bussiness as well as enjoy the entertainment provided by the palace.

The southern dome was a large emtpy area when the modern Cartel retook thhe palace. Its original purpose unknown, today the cartel uses it as a large garage and workshop for the various droids and veichles.

Via the cellar one can reach the palace prison containing a torture room as well as well as cells for various species.

Palace defence:
The palace has 12 laser turrets and 4 turbolasers for defensive purposes. They are slightly outdated but still proves a big threat to anyone trying to attack the palace head on. The turrets are manned by the palace guard:
100 Weequay warriors
40 Nikto guards
20 Gamorean bruisers
50 Azuchi Guards
50 Crimson Avengers
100 Crimson Walkers

Inhabitants
The palace is the home of hutts, hence the sight of a hutt passing in the vast hallways is not uncommon. A smaller Weequay tribe dominated by the cartel consider the palace their home along some gamorean and Nikto enforcers. But many races are represented in the palace as guards, slaves or associates of the hutts. Every member of the Cartel has a sanctuary in these halls and more prominent members might even hold private chambers depending on their status within the cartel.

Ambassadors
The Hutt Cartel conducts bussiness with other factions and those who have decided to deepen their cooperation with the Cartel are welcome to send their ambasadors to the palace. The term ambassadors is a sign of the Hutts own view on the Cartel as not a simple criminal activity but rather a nation of sorts. These ambassadors can be anything from representatives from other criminal organisations, companies or even diplomats from entities seeking to hold an eye on Hutt movements.

List of current factions, organisations or companies who are welcome to come and go to the palace with ambassador status:
- The Jackals
(Contact the Cartel if you are interested in having a direct line via an ambassador)

History: The white palace was built during the great Hutt - Xim conflict. Sriluur was an important provider of Weequay warriors for Kossak, the Hutt leader during that era. It was meant to make sure the Weequay was properly dominated and reminded about who their masters was he issued the task of constructing a hutt landmark and symbol of power on the planet. The task was given to one of his generals, Giyas the hutt who set forth constructing the palace using armies of slaves to speed up the process. Despite this it was only at the end of the Xim conflict that the palace stood operational and it only played a marginal role for the war effort itself.
Despite this Kossak rewarded Giya the Hutt by letting her manage the palace in the name of the Hutt Empire and the palace served as ground for the occational hutt council meeting for some time. , However, since the location of the palace was rather remote the eyes of the Hutt turned toward the center of hutt space and Nal Hutta where the council soon found itself at home. The palace remained a powerful hutt base for centuries and served as a secret meeting ground or simply a place to withdraw to when things got to heated for a hutt.
Giya held her own court there during her entire life span, actively contributing as a provider of Weequay tribal warriors to hutt courts around the galaxy.
Her downfall came at the height of her power as she died of high age, most likely in combination with excessive inhalation of pain killing fumes, necessary for old war wounds she had gotten during her long militaristic career.

The palace remained as a semi active hutt base for some time even after her death. Various rulers coming and going. During the Hutt Cartels prime time the palace kept its role as a symbolic manifistation of Hutt prescence in the outskirts of Hutt space but its importance as a meeting place for hutt councils stopped during this time.

After the most recent hutt civil war the palace was abandoned and was more or less forgotten for a time. Fortune seekers and archelogists dared its ancient security system and over several years the palace was mote or less plundered until local Weequay warrior tribe took residence in the palace. Their fearsome Queen declared the palace her own and after several bloody failed attempts the Weequay managed to shut down the automated defence and even partly slice the system to fit their own purposes. Although not using the palace full potential claimed the right to rule other Weequay since they now ruled the symbol of their ancient masters.

During the time when the Hutt Cartel - broken from conflict with each other and outside forces - tried to reform one Hutt stumbled across the rumor about this ancient place. Sempra Besadii Dhakun with the aid of a force made up by mercenaries and pirates along with the Hutt Mongo Boshii Mella invaded the palace, defeated the Weequay tribe and reclaimed the White Palace as a manifestation and reminder of the Hutts ancient heritage.

Awesome submission, I really love the idea of Hutts being roleplayed and more so I think this is a very well-made submission to bring the cartel back to the spotlight.

Just one request: Could you link to what kind of defenses the palace has and how many of them it has?

For example... If you have turrets, list how many and what kind they are with canon and/or factory links :)
