Bimmisaari was just at the border of Sith influence to the south of their expansion. This made things rather easy when it came to time for travel, but more difficult given the fact that the world was still heavily under the influence of the Silver Jedi Order. It was amazing to think that such false derivatives of the force still remained after all the Sith had accomplished. It was the Jedi way and their narrow minded thinking that brought real injustice to the galaxy at large. Others would argue it was the darkside of the force that caused a negative impact on the galaxy, but they were wrong. The darkside had only done what it always meant to...flourish among the stars. Regardless, history had been torn at the seams between such two factions and while it wasn't an uncommon thing to step foot on another influenced planet, it was uncommon to seek them out on their own territory. Some of the most brazen and nefarious warriors the Sith had to offer, wouldn't even think to take on such a task. Although there were few capable, eradicating the opposition on their own playground meant subterfuge.

It would be no easy feat, one that required more than just Orion and his natural affinity for strategic infiltration. There was only one other individual that he had a long standing connection with. A man of few words Garland Kramer Garland Kramer It had been months since the last time they even saw one another. It wasn’t natural for Orion to really care for an individual, let alone other people in general.. Apparently, near-death experiences changed that dynamic for him. He still remembered the sewers and what transpired on Nar Shaddaa, the only thing besides the memories that remained was Fovos Trogon. It seemed that making a pact with a demonic entity was his only way of survival, at least at that time. Now, the demonic fear monger was an everyday battle, but Orion had multiple test subjects aboard his ship. They were perfect for Fovos, mainly in part due to the susceptible traits in regards to their minds. Orion made sure that they were broken individuals ready to be fed on. Lately, thanks to Orion’s preparedness, he’s kept the vile possessor at bay.

Although it wasn't the greatest thing to be possessed by a starving and gluttonous demon, it did have its exceptional perks. Orion became more and more aware of his increased gift of Force Horror and Force Illusion. These new found powers were exceptional and while not fully his own, began to understand the ways of its intricate patterns to attack the mind of his foes. It had proved to be a valuable capability in just a few short months and would continue to be later on. It was ironic, but Orion almost enjoyed utilizing the darkside of the force in this way. He could make others cower to him and allow Fovos to feed off their feeble minds. It was a win win.

Despite everything, the main reason he took the mission was to test. Obviously, the dangers of being in the company of potential Jedi meant he would have to lay low. More so cautious if he were to try and use some of his own creations on the mission at hand. Still, it had to be done. Plus, what better test subjects than rumored sects of Exiled Jedi? It would be a glorious experiment, if the rumors proved to be truthful. In any event that they weren’t, Orion would quickly make his way off the planet, before the SJO got word of his presence. He had already stripped himself of his mask, his delicate white complexion showing the youth of his face. Covering him were grey robes, equipped with a hood that hung over his emerald eyes. The city of Glastro was known for its wine, unfortunately, work came first. Its inhabitants were from all over the galaxy and most were Bimm. The towering stone infrastructures, that spanned for a few miles; crowded the city and its intertwining streets. The less fortunate areas of the city were stuck with dirt roads that led into multiplicative alleyways. It was truly a grand city of stone.

Orion had already been scouring the downtown streets for any rumored signs of the opposing misguided exiles. Rather than aimlessly walking around, he hovered in the downtown section for two main reasons. One, the only information attained was from a sketchy criminal that owed Orion for his services and credits funneled from the empire for his goods. That information mentions three likely individuals part of a sect, a sect that denounces the ways of the darkside. They were an infestation and danger to the Sithly expansion on the southern border. Not to mention if the muse struck to invade Bimmisaari, the Emperor would be happy to hear they were dealt with. Finally, reason two, was the designated meeting spot in the main square of downtown, just outside the only Cantina for miles. It was Garland Kramer he was really waiting for. The only other information Orion had was that other agents might still be stationed on the planet, a precaution and tool for the Empire. So, he waited, biding his time to test out the vials hidden within his robe.

Garland Kramer leaned in on his amphistaff that was assuming the form of a cane as he took steps into the city of Glastro. He liked to play the part of an old man that seemed vulnerable, it was more fun to him. He had arrived on Bimmisaari not that long ago, and was going to meet up with Orion Darkstar Orion Darkstar , his partner on some missions in the past. Most recently and notably was their time on Nar Shaddaa, which had changed Garland in more ways than one. He had become much more cold and hardened in his demeanor since the last time the two had seen each other. While there was no bad blood between Orion and him, work had kept them separated until now.

They had been assigned here to investigate how heavy the influence of Silver Jedi was and if possible, remove such influence. Garland saw the merit in this mission, and accepted without any objection. He was always going to be a bit happy when he got to work with Orion, as it had always meant the mission would be a bit more than the description entailed. This meant that things would be harder and more dangerous, but after what they went through on Nar Shaddaa, nothing worried him these days.

He pulled out his pocket watch that Orion had given him the last time they were together as a gift. The face read 7:45pm. As he put it back into his black robes, he noticed that the sun was almost set and lights began to illuminate the stone pillars and marketplace he had entered. Garland knew that they were supposed to meet here, and if he knew Orion, he was always early. He scanned the crowd and pushed lightly through the masses that were looking to buy a couple last things before heading off for the night but didn't see Orion yet.

Garland took a couple of minutes to look over the shops, most were selling tourist trap stuff, nothing interested him for now. As he made his way into the main downtown square, he felt the force presence of Orion, it wasn't strong but Garland knew his signature anywhere. His face produced a grin as he found where Orion was standing and approached him. He walked up next to Orion and stood side by side to him, placing his amphistaff turned cane in front of him, both hands resting on it. Garland then said in a quiet yet sarcastic tone, "Been a while, Orion, what fun are we going to have this time?"

Orion Darkstar Orion Darkstar Kaine Kaine

Galstro city was still new to Kaine as he had only arrived days ago in search of the Jedi exiles. He was on the hunt for a Jedi padawan, this unique situation provided Kai the opportunity to get up close and personal while he avoided the backlash from the council or Jedi order. Kaine spent the last few years enthralled in Exar Kun's grimoire, the one he stole from Benron during his time on Hoth. The book was a road map that paved the way for Sith Sorcerer's and witches alike. The grimoire was filled with sith magic, spells, history, alchemy and rituals; one specific ritual brought Kai here looking for a sacrifice to complete his sith alchemy.

Kaine infiltrated the exiled Jedi's sect yesterday while using his false light side aura to hide his true nature and intentions. He had expressed to the group that he was and exiled Jedi himself and in search of other Jedi that would accept him, it was the perfect ruse to get into their base. The building was two stories high, windows on all sides of the stone building. The cellar is where the leaders of the group congregated as they had more renown than their followers and did not want to draw attention to themselves. The vanity rose many questions for Kai but now was not the time or place to question their alignment with the force. There was a bigger task at hand, locating a padawan that he could manipulate and isolate thus allowing him to complete the ritual. This was easier said than done as all of the padawans were paired up with their masters studying or training.

Kai looked around the room, the second day with these fanatics really started taking it's toll. No wonder they were exiled from the SJO, they all had this divine right complex that started manifesting as arrogance, overwhelming passion, and the desire to grow stronger...all of which seemed to be flirting with the dark side. This was something he was all to familiar with. There were rumors that a few of the Jedi were spotted in town. This had the potential to pose a risk to this specific sect of Jedi. This was the distraction he needed to start setting his trap. A tall Jedi knight by the name of Nekir was the look out. He was strong and battle tested his long blond hair was tied in a pony tail which allowed his blue eyes to peer out into the streets. The only time there was a crack in his Jedi facade was when he was with his padawan...Meika. Meika was about nineteen years old, over eager, but lacked discipline and intelligence that Nekir desired from his apprentice. He was much smaller than his master, and would be the perfect target for alchemy ritual, now Kai just had to throw some gasoline on the fire.

"Hey Neman have you ever seen a sith?" an ironic question as Kai was holding Nekir's gaze as they spoke.

"Yes I have, why do you ask?" concern and curiosity was present in his tone. The uneasiness he was feeling inside started to leak out of his calm demeanor.

"I heard we may have been spotted in town... I know the sith are always eager to kill exiled Jedi's as we don't have the protection of the order behind us." He needed plant the seeds now. He knew that inciting fear and paranoia would be the perfect smokescreen to cover his abduction.

"Yes. A few of the younger Jedi were careless, I doubt that the sith even know we are here, let alone interested in our business." Nekir lacked conviction in his voice, almost as if he was trying to convince himself of this fact. "Why don't you go speak with Meika. It's apparent you have reached further heights in your Jedi training than him, maybe you can catch him up to speed. Hopefully he will eventually be useful...."

Perfect, now the main threat standing in between Kai and Meika was practically giving his blessing his plans. Now isolating his target would be his main priority. Kai walked over and pulled up a chair next to the apprentice. Meika had his brown robe up over his head, it covered his face as he attempted to get some sleep. With a quick nudge that objection was thwarted and Meika sat straight up, now turning to the left, his eyes locked with Kai's.

"Look I know you are new and all but I'm exhausted. Can't you go bother someone else while I try to get some shut eye?" As his words trailed off, Meika yawned confirming his feelings.

"Yeah, what was I thinking? Get some sleep, I'll go back over to Nekir and talk about all of the promise I see in his pupil." The bait was being set as he waited for a response, and a response is just what he got. The words stung as Meika straightened up and glared with intensity. It was clear his blood started to boil.

"You know what your problem is? You are just the new guy. You sit in corner and watch all of us practice and train without ever putting your hat into the ring." This was working better than he had anticipated. These Jedi have such a weak mind. "If we ever fought I would knock that smirk of your face." His hands gripped his knees as he was clearly getting more and more heated. Kai smirked as he composed his response.

"You know..." Kai's raised his hand and rested it on Meika's shoulder. "It's those types of feeling and ideals that lead you to be exiled from the Jedi in the first place." Meika swung his arm up and rose to his feet. Kaine mirrored his prey as they were now standing face to face, their tension could be cut with a dagger. By this point Nekir had noticed the hostility and decided to step in.

"If you boys need to work something out, why don't you get the training light sabers out back and spar? That was I don't have to listen to this nonsense and maybe you two can put this to rest." A huge grin rested on Kaine's face. One of them would be put to rest tonight, but it would pave the way for something powerful. His right arm now extended toward the back of the hideout. He knew this would not be a fair fight but this avenue may provide a quicker path to the completion of the ritual.

"Lead the way Meika... lets see if you can wipe this smirk off my face..."

After a while people watching could get exhausting, worse than that...boring.

It seemed like the same people kept passing by, almost stuck in an endless loop of mediocrity. What a way to live, churning away to provide some resemblance of a life after tirelessly working to make ends meet. That's all that they were. They were workers, all of them a significant part to make those already rich, more richer. It was funny to Orion though. Not because he enjoyed their mindless depravity for their own thought, but because it was simply boiled down to a choice. That choice for him was true freedom, away from all the mundane and antiquated tasks. Instead, the darkside of the force set him free. It allowed his passion for science and knowledge to flourish. Better yet, being a Sith had made him who he was, not what he was. The code that they taught him early on resonated with him strongly and watching the everyday people of Bimmisaari reminded him of how grateful he was to the Empire. In his eyes he had won that battle long ago. With the sun setting and the hour striking the quarterly tone of chimes and whistles began to harmonize through the city like a symphony of instruments. Just as the tones from clock tower dissipated, the same raspy voice he grew fond of broke into his bubble of reality. Garland Kramer Garland Kramer had finally arrived.

"If what you call what we went through fun, this should be exhilarating." Orion lightly chuckled at his own comment and continued. "Garland, it's great to see you. I'm sure as you've already been briefed following the last few days of travel, we have work to do." Orion paused, taking notice of a young child in odd attire. "In fact..." Orion lifted his arm as the grey robes shifted with his movement, his forearm lightly pressed against Garland moving him to the side. The young child had a sash. Not any sash, it tickled his frontal lobe. The streaming radiance of light side distortion rung true.

Children? They risk exposure with children?

The thought tugged at him. If the Jedi they were after had any sense they would know not to give their young padawans such freedom. Although, perhaps that was their only choice. Staying hidden, until politicians either sided with the SJO or The Empire. It was a tough call to make. If Orion were in such a masters shoes, that had to utilize errand boys, he'd have his assassins take care of those duties. Armed with lethality by every inch, Jedi weren't that lucky, however. Or, it was the one thing Orion hated. A trap. The last time he brought Kramer along, around every corner there was something else that had to be taken care of. The worst of it all were the consistent traps, the gambles, the risks, the deals that were made & dangerous ex-lovers. The galaxy never seemed to surprise him, but maybe, just maybe; it was as simple as a slip up that would make this mission a little bit easier.

Orion's cold eyes were fixated on the child. The shimmering red hair that lifted into the wind made her easier to track. Like second nature Orion was already riffling through the crowds, careful not to lose his only perceivable in. Leaving Garland to his own devices, he had hoped that he was already following. It was normally a rude gesture to interrupt conversation after the two hadn't seen one another, but this was an exception. The signature from the force continued to exude familiar feelings of the opposition. Although, if this were a trap, child or not. Orion would have their blood.

Orion's response showed him that they still shared a somewhat warped sense of humor. Then Garland saw Orion shift gears immediately. "Garland, it's great to see you. I'm sure as you've already been briefed following the last few days of travel, we have work to do." As Garland was about to answer though, something caught Orion's eye, he let out a "In fact..." Orion lifted his left arm and pressed against Garland, which shifted him to the side a bit. Garland wasn't sure what got Orion's attention until he saw it too, a girl with red hair dressed in robes was moving through the area. Truth be told she looked like an average teenager, that was, until Garland felt something emit from her. It was the force, not a strong presence like the last girl Garland and Orion had faced on Nar Shaddaa, but just enough to give itself away.

Of course, Orion immediately began to follow the girl, leaving Garland alone for only a moment. Work must always come first Garland thought as he straggled behind Orion, close enough to not lose him in the crowd. They kept pace with her until after she left the main square and there were less people to cloak their movements. The girl turned a corner and Orion halted at the corner, his head peered around but he held out a hand to keep Garland from going past him. Garland looked around the corner with just his head in case the girl looked back, the girl rounded another corner and disappeared from their sight. I don't like this, feels too easy. Garland was on edge and didn't want to walk into a trap. The two sith quietly ran up to the next corner that the girl had rounded. They saw her at the end of an unpaved dirt road, entering a small 2 story building. "It's either a trap, or they are all stuffed in that little building, either way, I think we don't have a choice. We need to get in there.

The plan of course, was easier said than done. The silver Jedi would surely be on high alert, being in hiding meant living while always having an escape plan. If they were going to take them out, they had to make sure they got every last one of them, including the padawans like Orion and him had seen. If either of them approached the building they would be sensed immediately and that would trigger a fight and an evacuation of the weaker ones. From what they could see, there were windows on all sides of the building, so scaling it was out of the question. Garland chuckled as he thought of how they were going to get in. He lifted his robe on the left side and smiled at the little ysalamir that sat in it's cage and ate happily. "They will be outdone by their emotions Orion." Garland explained the plan to Orion, and they both agreed it was their best shot. Worst case it failed and they would hunt them down, but hopefully it would easier this way. Orion waited on the corner while Garland went down the street in the direction they had come from. Garland then went up one street so he was on the road of the target building. He snapped his fingers and his ysalamir emitted it's small, invisible bubble that disabled the force.

Garland went up to 4 different building doors and knocked on them, and to the ones that answered he played the part of an old man beggar. He was leaning and fake limping with his amphistaff cane while he asked for spare change or leftover food if they had any. Every place turned him away but he still kept going, after all, he had to play the part if he wanted to convince his enemy. The door next to the final one slammed in his face hard, as it did, Garland scowled. Not surprising, even if I did need help, none of them are willing to give it. Look at where they live though, they are probably lucky to get by as it, spineless rats, not even worth the air they take. Garland was ready though, he headed over to the 2 story building where the girl had gone in. He thought he saw someone staring out one of the front windows but it was too dark to see. He walked in front of the door and motion sensor lights came on, Garland kept his calm and knocked.

A silhouette moved from the window on his right and then the door cracked open. A man peered out into the lit doorstep and looked at Garland. His blue eyes looked a bit confused and his blond ponytail swayed back and forth as he looked around to see if the visitor was alone.
"What is it you want old man? This is private property and you need to leave now." Garland knew that they had found the right place, this man reeked of the light side of the force and was dressed in typical Jedi robes. Garland grinned began his speil. "I'm so sorry to bother you, but my name is John, and I am in need of some help. You see, I've been kicked out of my home and I'm living on the street for now, I was wondering if you had any food or money to spare for me. As soon as I get back on my feet, I will gladly repay you twice over." Garland could see the man looking him over, trying to sense if he was an enemy, he wouldn't be able to, no matter how hard he tried. The man seem convinced of Garland's story and innocence.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a few credits. He handed them to Garland, they both reached out and when the money was in between their hands, Garland grabbed a hold of the man's wrist tightly. His amphistaff came to life and latched onto the man's arm and sunk it's fangs in. The man tried to use the force and shove Garland back to get into the building and sound an alarm but it was no use. He instead dropped and as he was about to scream from the burning venom, the amphistaff sliced up his arm as it moved to his throat where it was immediately cut open by the razor sharp skin on the creature. Garland leaned in and whispered in the ear of the man bleeding from his throat and gasping for air.
"The Empire thanks you for your patronage." Garland couldn't help but laugh as he looked over to the corner where Orion was and waved him over. They had made it into the building, but neither of them were sure what they would find inside in terms of numbers. We can count them when we pile the dead to find out, Garland thought, he really was a different breed of man after Nar Shaddaa.

Orion Darkstar Orion Darkstar Kaine Kaine

Kai followed Meika towards the back door. Just before they exited Kai overheard Nekir's voice

"We just finished telling everyone not to go into town and you are out until dark!" Nekir was not happy as he scolded a young padawan as she entered the house. This was the least of Kai's concerns as he now had the opportunity to injury his target. Though there is not enough separation from Nakir to perform the ritual there is still fun to be had breaking down a foe physically and mentally. As he stepped out the back of the house Meika was standing with a training saber with a huge grin on his face.

"Everyone has a smart mouth...until they get hit, lets see what you got." His over eagerness was very comical as Kai had slaughtered countless Jedi and Sith and no apprentice would be a challenge for him, especially one as ignorant as Meika. Kaine's hand firmly grasped the hilt of the training saber as he inspected his toy. This won't accidentally kill him before the ritual would it? He would just have to enjoy the opportunity while he crafted a plan to achieve more alone time with his victim.

Meika lurched forward looking to land cheap shot before the fight. The move was so sloppy Kai was under the impression he tripped...until he realized the sad excuse for an attack was intentional. With a quick pivot of he body, he was able to avoid the attack all together as he countered with a quick strike to the neck. The wind was taken from him as he stumbled back gasping for air. Kaine was enjoying himself more than he had anticipated. Meika coughed and tried to compose himself express himself clearly.

"That was a lucky shot, I highly doubt that would happen again if-" Meika's stopped mid-sentence. There was concern and anxiety now present through his body language, had Kaine already broken the poor boys will? Meika looked towards the house, he began jogging towards the door. The panic could be seen with every step he took. "Nakir?" the words left his mouth as a whisper, Kaine was barely able to hear them as Meika brushed by him to go back into the house. Kai turned observing this, intrigued on the situation that was developing right in front of his eyes. As Meika opened the back door a thud could be heard hitting the ground, whispers from an unknown figure could be heard only by Kai as the padawan had not yet developed his force senses.

"The Empire thanks you for your patronage."

There was a slight moment of confusion as Kai tried to put the pieces together on what had just happened. Is someone in the main hall? Is there a bounty hunter here to kill the Jedi? How big is the party? Are we surrounded? These thoughts troubled him as he tried to plan out his next move. One thing was certain, he need to get Meika out of that house. He would walk right into someone that would kill him and ruin the ritual. As different plans began to formulate in his head there was only on logical move Kaine could make now...A distraction.

It was finally time to make his move. Kai's hands released the training saber, a quick shrug of his shoulders slid the robe off his back. His left hand grabbed the hilt of his light whip, a quick flick of the wrist sent the bladed fiber cord around Meika's neck. He was unable to speak. A quick tug took Meika off balance, he body was falling out of the doorway towards Kai. Kai's right arm simultaneously extended towards the house. Instantly all of the windows shattered outwards creating a lot noise that emulated an explosion. The training saber hit the ground as all of that had transpired in a matter of seconds.

Kai heard the the response from the Jedi below, they would be upstairs quick. There was no time. He dropped his light whip to allow himself to grab the spine of the grimoire that laggardly rested on the small of his back. He pulled out the book and began shifting through pages to locate the said ritual.

Meika used this time to pull the now loose light whip away from his throat. He was able to breath again. As he arose to his feet arms wrapped around him and he sensed a dark presence. This was something vial that he had never felt before. Subconsciously he could hear an incantation but couldn't tell where it was coming from. As his head slowly turned to see his assailant his eyes widen at his discovery. It was Kaine. His eyes were now orange as he wore a sadistic grin. This terrified Meika, he looked back towards the house and attempted to call out for help. A sharp blade penetrated his chest stopping Meika from completing that action. Kai had sunk the Sith dagger into the offering and the ritual was now complete. Meika's body dropped to the ground and than dissipated from this plane.
Huh I guess he was a Jedi after all.

On the ground now laid his beautiful masterpiece. The sith dagger's hilt now seamlessly transitioned into a flexible fiber cord rope. The dart rope laid about fifteen feet long. The blades that once surrounded the whip have disappeared. The weapon's handle had changed from the original saber hilt to something a lot simpler. This weapon not only combined the strength of a sith sword with the flexibility of a light whip; it also added stealth to the weapon as it was sharp as ever without needing to illuminate the blade for all to see. This is "Kai's Divine Right." and this beauty was ready to be broken in.

The Jedi could be heard bursting through the basement door inside the house. From the sound of it there was at least four Jedi that came up stairs to deal with the intruder. Well than, maybe it's time I christen this blade. Besides, I must extend thanks to the empire for speeding up this process for me. Killing a few Jedi is the least I could do.

The chase came to an abrupt halt. The young girl broke free from the crowd and led Garland and Orion on a wild goose chase. Only for the hidden prize to be revealed like a gift from the force. Orion looked to Garland who quickly sprung into action. The two sith were tucked between two houses in front of the glassy compound. Orion gave the Jedi conclave credit, no one would suspect a glass house to be a covered up operation. They were hiding in plain sight, they even stripped away their own privacy to prove to the locals they were some sort of office. It didn't matter though, Garland already had a plan, a damn good one at that. Acting as a beggar would work, not to mention the markets that sprawled through the dirty streets of Bimmisaari. It would have been common for the townfolk to get beggars here and there. Orion cracked a smile as he watched the old man dupe house after house. He shook his head as he over-heard the response from the last house before the true Target. Orion shifted out from the alley and maintained eye contact with the conclave door. His cover were the crowds of nightly buyers purchasing from the market stands.

The merchants here were ruthless and any effort to bargain with them was like pulling teeth from a Terentatek. It was funny though, to watch the efforts of the inferiors try and haggle their way into a more profitable outcome from their bountiful purchases. It was an art, something that Orion admired. While he wasn't a skilled at the tactics of negotiating for a better sale, he indulged in trying. The only thing he really knew how to do was draw out information from his victims. He considered this for a slight moment, but the thought drifted into the fade. He extended his arm to reach for an antiquity from one of the shelves, the bronze tarnished spots could have been painted over for a better price, but some people chose to sell garbage the way it came. He knew all too well about the sellers standpoint. He dealt with dealers before, some for information, others for scientific high grade materials & others from companies or organizations that wanted to make deals with him for his very own breakthroughs in science. That was if one could even call what horrific practices he preformed on his test subjects "science."

Orion examined the tiny antique for only a moment before the shopkeeper rushed over and started in.
"Found that in a cave off the coast, got that old thing inspected by a antiquities expert, best I can do for you is twelve-hundred credits." Orion pulled on the top of it as the cylindrical item twisted and extended. It seemed to be an old telescope of sorts. He thought on it for only a breif moment before placing it back down and walking away. The shopkeeper yelled at him as he made his exit. "You won't find a better buy!" Darkstar ignored such mindless efforts. There wasn't any resonating energies from the item, which was unfortunate. He was always looking for new artifices to expand the core of his alchemy, most of that knowledge was locked away in ancient items or holocrons. In fact, if the extra rumors about these Jedi he may get lucky. He stopped at the corner of the next house and turned away from the markets, his eyes fixated on Garland, who had just reached the door.

This was it, if Garland could take out the doorman and sneak his way in the infiltration would be easier. Orion kept his eyes on movement inside the windows, but only a few shadows creased over the shimmering glass. There was little movement. Orions eyes widened with intrigue as the front door opened, the man at the door shifting his body back and forth. His legs went limp and just as Orion caught on Garland waved him forward. The dirt street was packed with the late night crowds, but none caught on to the muffled screams of a man dying in the distance. With ease he made his way toward Garland, breaking free from the crowd his grey robes sifted through he dirt. Before he continued he was stunned by a fast approaching figure inside the compound. He couldn't make out who or what it was, but as quickly as it came it almost was yanked back into the depths of the building itself.

That's when it happened, the sudden crackle of the darkside. It was heavy with influence. Orion grinned, the feeling was all too familiar. The swirling energies of corruption and abhorrence filtered through the force. Its manifestation was hidden by its own skilled alchemist. Orion picked up on the energy immediately. He had used alchemy time and time again, enough to know that whatever was going on, there was another sith among them. The energy grew rapidly and as Orion felt it dissipate from existence. A shattering blast of pure darkside vibrations rippled through reality. Orion's eyes widened in anticipation for what came next. he lifted his arm upwards as he shielded himself from an invisible threat. What was once visible turned to a forecast of raining glass shards ripping through the air. The loud ringing began to muffle the screams that filtered in around him. Tiny and large, the translucent shards mainly found a new home on the ground. this didn't mean there were a few stray pieces that found a different residence. Orion turned to look around him, his robe dropping to the ground in succession. The devastation that lay before him was magnificent and a wicked smile stretched along his face. The only victim he took note of was the impaled shopkeeper that nagged him for a price on a old metal telescope.

You won't find a better deal than that...that's for sure. I guess sneaking in is no longer an option. Hmm.

His own thought was interrupted with a completely opposite signature in the force. Jedi. They were blinded by the weakness of their contained emotions. While the death that was spread among his own feet, they could do nothing for them. Labeled as heroes or heroines was ridiculous. They would even argue that it was a necessary loss for their order to prosper, but Orion would make sure they would all be eradicated. Expunged from the galaxy like those that were innocent bystanders to a beautiful coincidence moments ago. The blood stained his boots as he marched forward careful to not take a misstep. his agile movements were assisted by the force as he reached the bottom most window frame of the compound. His once green eyes flared with a intense golden sun. The soft complexion of his face showed little kindness as his head snapped upward to meet the first Jedi to ascend from the steps. This was perfect, any skilled Jedi wouldn't be able to stop the preparation that hung in the air by Orion.

Suspended in the space above and slowly turning were perfectly shaped spears crafted from the devastation behind the sith. Orion's eyes locked onto the Jedi and without hesitation a storm of razor sharp glass unleashed itself forward. The sweet activation of a green humming saber released itself from the adversary in effort to stop any fatal blows. Orion stepped inside another batch flying quickly behind the first. The crystal clear pieces finally penetrated the Jedi's defenses. Orion's fingers swiveled through the air and changed the trajectory of a smaller piece above. It found its mark as it sunk into the useless whelp. The rest of the crystal weapons pinned the limp body to the wall with a tiny splatter of blood. It was then, that the second Jedi revealed herself. Orion picked up the pace and his black hair rose as he jumped.

The twirling motion of his lengthy body found solace as his first boot touched the ground. Like a magic trick he pivoted and increased his chances of dodging the first of many attacks. What ripped through the air in fast motion was an erupting violent red, the static hiss finally meeting the oppositions stained blue weapon of choice. The two blades sparked on contact, rejecting one another in fast succession. This pleased Orion, because as he continued to parry and plan attack after attack, he felt her containment. A slave to an emotionless life. It made her weak, her face still pale from the impaled art Orion created behind her. Another flare of sparks slid off the tip of his saber as he retracted it, the vibrant red disappearing as the other saber swung into the empty space that should have been meet with his own saber. Instead, Orion grinned and feinted for her opening, the steel hilt changing trajectory closer to his body. Someone as tall as Orion wouldn't normally pulled off what transpired seconds later. He ducked under her arch to block the false attack. His knees hit the ground. His motion turned his body sideways, until his lightsaber reactivated and sliced at her heel as he glided passed her. His eyes followed her blade and before he saw contact he was rebuked backwards with a ferocity that sent him slamming into the side wall. It gave way, the cascading dry wall slammed over into the empty space they were just fighting in. Orion coughed, trying to find himself in the cloud of smoke. The only thing that was revealed to everyone was the old man Garland Kramer Garland Kramer standing at the door.

Even after the force push sent him through a wall, Orion managed to still have his lightsaber on him. He could see through the smoke two sabers. Each displaying the egregious colors of yellow and blue. Finding his way back to his feet he looked at Garland and smiled. "You asked for fun." Orion paused, gesturing toward the two Jedi across from them. "Please whenever you're ready." Orion's faced showed little pain, but nothing that would slow him down. Wiping the blood free from his lip, he clenched tightly onto the steel hilt of his precious weapon. His instinct was to charge back in, but waiting for Garland could prove useful. He took a step forward, the debris crumbling beneath him. A chill met his neck, his concentration completely scrambled as it befell him.

I HUNGER!!!!

Garland had barely just finished gesturing to Orion to come up on the building when all of a sudden, all of the building's windows shattered. It sounded like an explosion and Garland was completely caught off guard. WHO DID THIS? Garland thought as he quickly hid under the doorway to not get punctured by large glass shards that were now raining down around him. As he stood there, his amphistaff wrapped around his waist, then he felt what had caused this mess, it was undoubtedly the dark side of the force. Did the Empire send more than just us? Perhaps, or maybe this is a traitor trying to refuge with these outcasts to hide from the empire as well. When the sounds of shattering finally ceased, Garland saw Orion running up to the building with spears made from the glass on the ground hovering around him. Of course, nothing Orion can't adapt to. Garland relied on Orion's resourcefulness in times like these, when plans went awry. Garland then felt the presence they had been sent to hunt down, Jedi, and more than one of them seemed to be approaching. Orion wasted no time and was ready to use his newly crafted spears when they saw their first target.

The Jedi blocked the first set with his green lightsaber but he wasn't fast enough for the second round of spears. They punctured him and sliced up his body before finally pinning him up against the wall. Garland smiled and spoke to Orion telepathically, <If they're all trained that well, this will be done in no time.> Orion moved into the building as another Jedi appeared. Orion immediately went into action and performed his style of fighting like that of a complicated dance. Garland knew that Orion was a fierce fighter, as they had sparred plenty before. The most dangerous thing about Orion was his speed in both mind and body. He watched as the blades of Orion and the Jedi sparked and then something Garland didn't expect happened. Orion turned off his lightsaber which forced the Jedi to overswing, that was when Orion went to the ground and swung for her ankles.

Then in that same instant, Orion was flung across the room and through a wall. The Jedi had been faster than Orion and used force push to protect herself. Gotta say, didn't see that one coming. Orion appeared from the cloud of dust and debris then turned to Garland. "You asked for fun." He then turned to the Jedi and her new comrade, donning a yellow lightsaber of his own. He taunted them to make the first move. "Please whenever you're ready." Garland knew that Orion must feel that hit to the wall but figured that the thing hurt most was his pride. Garland responded to Orion telepathically, <Would've been a lot more fun if someone didn't let the whole neighborhood know we were here, I know you felt it too, there is another dark side force user somewhere in this complex. Keep your guard up, if they are here, there is a chance they are hiding from the Empire.>

Garland walked over next to Orion, facing the Jedi scum and turned on his lightsaber, the red light showed the grin on his face from under his hood. "Let's make this a fair fight shall we. Allow me to introduce myself, Garland Kramer." The girl with the blue lightsaber seemed rattled despite having gotten a shot in on Orion. The other one though, the man who wielded the yellow lightsaber was completely composed and was breathing steadily. Looks like we found who's in charge. Let's see how good you truly are. Garland lifted his lightsaber and pointed to the man. "You're mine, and my friend here can exterminate your little pet." It was the man's turn to smile. "I accept your challenge Sith, my name is Dakos and when I defeat you with my mastery of the force, you will realize that you have chosen the wrong side." The two Jedi split up to opposite sides of the room, Garland mirrored the man's movements and went to the right. Garland sent Orion one final message telepathically. <My ysalamir has it's power activated, it should be large enough to cover the room, no more tricks from your opponent. We'll crush them and then find our aligned friend that is still around here.>

Garland and Dakos ran towards each other, both swung their lightsabers overhead towards the other. They clashed and sparks shot out as the blades hissed from the collision. Dakos spun and swung his lightsaber to left side of Garland, but it was stopped once more by Garland's lightsaber. "Come now master Jedi, show me your strength." Garland hissed at him through his teeth while keeping Dakos' beam at bay. "As you wish, Sith rat." Dakos jumped back and put his left hand up, palm open, facing Garland. Nothing happened though, Dakos was shocked and confused as Garland rushed him. "What have you done, some sort of Sith trick?" Dakos blocked the swing of Garland just in time, the blades were near his chest and his clothes were getting holes burned into them from the sparks flying off. Garland laughed, "Maybe your connection to the force isn't as strong as you'd like to think it is." Dakos scowled, he was losing his composure from Garland's taunting.

Dakos pushed Garland away with his strength and regained his composure. The two men circled each other, neither were backing down, Dakos lunged for Garland again, but Garland didn't follow suit, instead, he snapped his fingers. Dakos wasn't sure what Garland had done but he now had the advantage, he was mere inches from Garland's chest when force lightning shot out from Garland's hands and blasted him away. It was a hard hit to take, Dakos felt his energy waning as he lay there. Garland didn't approach him though, he instead fired another blast of force lightning towards him. Dakos wouldn't be let it hit twice though, he created a force barrier and absorbed the attack. He then lifted himself up and Garland snapped, both the force lightning and the barrier vanished. "You think you're so clever, using a ysalamir to your advantage Garland, let me tell you something, those who rely on tricks will never win." Garland wasn't phased at the Jedi's words, instead he snapped back instantly. "I'm impressed that you figured out what was happening, unfortunately for you, it doesn't change the fact that you won't leave here alive." Dakos spit some blood on the floor, he knew that he was at a disadvantage, he was handicapped, unable to use his force powers, forced to fight how Garland wanted.

Dakos had come to the conclusion that he needed to outspeed his opponent, Garland was an older man, that meant that he took longer to react, even if he was a Sith. Dakos rushed in on Garland once more and their lightsabers clashed, just as it had the last time. Dakos was ready though, Garland was so focused on the lightsabers that when Dakos swept his leg, Garland immediately fell and landed on his back. Gotcha. Garland was trying to defend from the repeated blows of the lightsaber coming down towards him, he couldn't keep up though. One of the swings got through and Dakos heard the seering of flesh as Garland's right hand came off, flying to the side with the lightsaber still in it. Garland was turned over, face towards the floor, screaming loudly. 'AHHH, MY HAND, YOU FILTHY JEDI, YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS. Dakos knealt down next to Garland, his lightsaber was next to Garland's neck. "I told you Garland, tricks never win."

What happened next confused Dakos, Garland starting to laugh. Garland turned around to face Dakos. The yellow lightsaber was still at his throat. The humming was very loud in Garland's ears. 'What's so funny, you've lost Garland." Dakos lifted his lightsaber for a brief second to swing down on Garland. That was the mistake though, as he did, his eyes moved to Garland's arm where he had severed the hand. He saw cybernetics and some sparks. NO Dakos realized his mistake, as the lightsaber came down to finish the job, Garland's sash sprung to life and spat venom into Dakos' eyes. He stumbled back from the attack and began to swing wildly. He began to scream in pain, his eyes were burning from the venom, "MY EYES, I CAN'T SEE!!!" At this moment he felt fear, he couldn't see anymore. Then he felt something hit his chest, it felt like a row of blades. He felt blood seep from his body as something moved towards his head. The last thing he heard was hissing, and then a bite punctured his neck.

Garland stared at Dakos for a moment, his limp body had slumped over. Garland got up from off the ground as his amphistaff returned to it's spot on his waist. Closer than I would've liked, but still got the job done. Garland walked over to his severed mechanical hand and picked it up. he then removed the lightsaber from it and put both items on the inside of his robes. I'll have to get it reattached again, the synthskin did come in handy though. Garland looked around the room, He had been so consumed with his own fight that now he was eager to see how Orion fared with his opponent.

As the brave Jedi ran up the stairs to face their intruders, the two Jedi knights took all of the padawans out the other exit of the basement. A set of stairs lead up to a cellar door in the rear of the compound. The two Jedi came out first as the dark presence in the force kept them on edge, there were 2-3 dark side force users and two were currently being held off inside. The full moon reflected off of the shards of glass illuminating the yard. The Cellar doors were wide open as multiple padawans began roaming onto the back yard. A quick survey of the area revealed shards of glass everywhere, two training sabers and a person in a Jedi robe laying face down on the ground. Jedi Master Farna went over to investigate the body. He was about 5'`11", lean and in his late forties. His silver hair shined under the moon. The boy appeared to have weak energy, he must have taken a fatal blow. Farna knelt down and rolled the body over, it was their new apprentice Kai, poor kid must have been a casualty of this battle. His eyes were closed and mouth was open, he didn't make it. Than he felt a disturbance in the force, he turned to Jedi master Barnett to see if he could sense it as well.

"Do you feel that.....it's so close." Farna scanned their surroundings as he attempted to locate the source of the disturbance. Chills rippled down his spine as he realized that all Jedi fade to the afterlife upon death. His head turned slowly to examine the body once more, only this time Kai's orange eyes were staring up at him. He was a sith!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kaine could no longer contain his excitement, with a quick thrust from underneath his robe Kai jammed the tip of his rope dart into the Jedi's ribs. The crimson blood ran from his body and now covered him. The ruse had worked, using light side aura to quickly hide himself while laying in a bed of glass was enough to fool the Jedi. A green glow illuminated the entire yard as Barnett could now see Kai for what he really was, a sith. Kai scanned his surroundings noticing five padawans and one Jedi Knight. Barnett had short brown hair, was more compact and built that his friend, and judging by his current stance he was ready to fight. The rage and passion flowing from Barnett was comparable to that of a sith. His true nature was finally being revealed.

"I have to say I am impressed," Kaine smiled as he spoke to his audience. "It has been less than 5 minutes and this blade already has killed two Jedi." He Validated his claim as he wiped his hand on his robe, painting it with more Jedi blood. Barnett's rage slightly subsided as he stepped forward positioning himself between Kai and the padawans. He removed his robe as Kai mirrored his actions. Barnett began to slowly walk towards Kai, he was extremely cautious as he did not want to walk into another Sith trap. Kai smiled as he stood confidently before the Jedi, his sleeveless shirt exposed his slender but toned body. His pale arms were down by his side. The fiber cord stretched from his left hand to his right palm, the remaining slack dropped to the ground from the weight of the Sith's dagger. Kai's right arm rose and began to make a circular motion, the rope and blade was now swinging like a propeller on his dominate side. Barnett stopped in his tracks, he had never seen a weapon like this before, it moved so fluid and the could see the sith blade on the tip, it would be sharp enough to split him in two.

Kai began getting more comfortable as he swung his rope, he now started to move his forearm left to right as he tucked his left arm to his chest. The rope was now swinging rapidly in a figure 8 pattern going back and forth on both sides of his body. It must have taken everything Barnett had to concentrate on motion of the weapon. Kai quickly switched up his formation, raising his right leg he swung the fiber cord around his thigh and quickly jumped straight into the air. The blade now rested on Kai's left foot as he kicked it towards the Jedi. The color of "Kai's Devine Right" blended in darkness of the night, only slightly illuminated by the glow of a green saber. The blade rifled though the air as Barnett dodged to the side barely dodging the attack. Without hesitation Kaine pulled the blade back swinging it around his back and now as he turned his waist thus channeling the momentum. The blade whistled through the air with a barrage of attacks. Barnett channeled the force dodging most of the attacks, he received a couple of gashes from the blade being pulled back to the user. The excitement rose in Kai as he truly started to fall into his own during this fight. This was everything he had worked towards and more.

Barnett found an opening to force dash within striking distance of Kai. He landed a combination of punches (as he drew back his saber to throw off kai.) and ended with a force push into the stone wall of the neighboring house. Kai's back slammed into the stone, a sharp pain stuck his upper chest, a piece of his collar bone was now protruding through his chest. The taste of iron filled Kai's mouth as he swallowed his own blood. He may have internal injuries from that last blow. Barnett walked towards Kai now illuminating his light saber once more.

"You sith trick, deceive, and manipulate your way through life. You will never flourish in this galaxy." He continued approaching Kaine's body rested against the impression it made when it collided with the stone wall. "I will strike you down and purge you from this world." He spoke with conviction and confidence, the Jedi finally felt as if he had the upper hand. Kai coughed up blood and wiped his mouth before speaking.

"You Jedi are consistent if nothing else." He managed a crooked smirk while trying to catch his breath, he was in a bad position for sure, but he always managed to see the silver lining in every situation. "Well at least you don't have to worry about traumatizing the younglings." Barnett's heart sank, he glanced over his shoulder to see all of the padawans robes on the ground. In the Jedi's efforts to narrowly dodge the attacks, he was too distracted to see what Kai was really up to. In rapid succession he was strategically placing his attacks to kill them all quickly without alerting Barnett of the strikes. Barnett turned back to Kaine with an anger that quickly escalated to rage.

"I AM GOING TO RIP YOU APART SITH SCUM!!!!!!" Barnett set into a sprint towards his injured adversary.

Orion could feel the tingle sensation. His body was submerged in a cold sweat. The power of an ancient demon wasn't exactly the healthiest thing for his body. He had been searching for ways to deal with Fovos. The only issue was he had no leads as of late. Orion knew of other sith dealing with spiritual encounters and being able to extract and convert them to their cause. The only reason they were able to perform such dangerous processes was Because they knew what they were dealing with. Orion did not. Out of all the scriptures, tablets, & holocrons, nothing came to light. It had been a grueling seven months and when Fovos was hungry, Orion made sure he ate.

She looks delicious, look at her! You really did a number on her, I can feel it. The sound of a deep inhale clouded Orion's mind. Oh, it smells delightful! Shall we!? The excitement in Fovos Trogon's voice made Orion grin with distaste. There were few things that frustrated the sith. A demon capable of interrupting at the worse time ever was one of them. Orion had done well to keep him at bay, but the long days of travel and the mission at hand made it difficult to find useless whelps to sustain the devouring process. Orion broke free from his internal curse and watched as Garland was already mid-fight. The Jedi Knight across from him remained steadfast, waiting for Orion to strike.

Garland had telepathically explained during the rude intrusion of Fovos, but made a mental note of his Ysalamir. The fading sensation of the force was probably the biggest tell. This was perfect for his Juyo form, lack of force enabling powers would prove advantageous against the Jedi Knight. Hoping to no longer be interrupted, he darted forward, his speed shifting to the Jedi's right side. In common Juyo fashion, he felt his own fear fuel him. Fovos made such things easier when you were reminded everyday during rest. It was amazing how even in motion, Orion's state of mind allowed him to maneuver the way he did. He leaped forward his first arm swaying in a downward arc. As he spun, the momentum allowed him to turn his while body sideways and the second arm came furiously downward. The erupting blast of red light slashed violently on top of the Jedi Knight. As his feet hit the ground only strength pushed into the contact with the lightsaber as they were crossing blades. Their faces leaned in towards the other as they leaned.

"I can see it already." Orion calmly stated, a quirky smile reaching his face. "No wonder he wants you so bad."

"Your efforts with words will not suffice!" The Jedi Knight screamed, her voice filled with uncertainty. "I Cecila.." Her voice grew determined as she pushed harder onto Orion's saber with her own. "Guardian of Light will not let the dark consume me!"

Orion sneered, she was tougher than she looked. The plasma blades continued to slide as more pressure was applied. His free hand tried to grab onto her, but it was met with her own hand. They gripped onto one another and they were locked into place. Orion could feel Cecila's nails dig deeper into his skin. He gripped harder and mocked her. "I Orion Darkstar.." He paused, the smile growing on his face. "Guardian of the Darkside, will kill you!" He twisted his wrist and broke free from her grip. Orion finally found motion with his blade and knocked Cecila's backwards with fury. She wanted them to stay in a stalemate, clearly she thought her master would be able to win against Garland, but Orion knew the old man was too stubborn to die. His blade rose above him, his free hand slanted across his waist. The stance centered him as he took a deep breath.

Cecila concentrated, the thrum of her heart began to gain speed as she charged forward. Her body extended in a lengthy manner as her blue saber lunged forward. The tip of the blade seared through one of Orion's wrist wraps. Then she felt it, the connection to the force for a breif moment. This was it her chance to destory the sith for his unrightful, disgusting, & vile existence. Cecila thought back on all the atrocities that the Empire had caused. What stood before her was a direct result of so many lost lives. She was fearful that it would happen again if she didn't stop Orion now. There were padawans remaining below, it was her duty. As she extended her arm, she took notice of a sharp hook behind the sith. The force swelled up in her and just as the energy was about to be released, she was frozen. Incapable of moving, her eyes vegan to strain and her saver fell dead on the floor as she was lifted in the air. The voices that flooded her mind began to tease her. A wave of fright washed over her and she was lost to a world of death and despair.

Qmjg6JV.png

Orion felt the searing pain in his wrist, only a few more inches to the left and her saber would have been parried. As the pain reverberated through him, so too did the Darkside. A storm of pain and anger surmounted through his entire being. He saw the fear in Cecila's eyes as she tried to contain her emotions. The fact that Garland gave him the spilt second option to eviscerate her mind turned his smile into a wicked grin. Batting away Cecila's blue saber before he lost his arm, he gave the mental command

Vartoti

Fovos shuddered at the order. A black flame erupted within Orion. Cecila stretched her arm forward, but Fovos already projected the painful attack on her mind. The infestation grew till Fovos finally took hold of her greatest fear. Images of destruction manifested around her. Cecila's eyes widened with horror, she was reliving it all over again. Her body went limp, the cold brush of Fovos's energy blanketed her aura as he began to feed. Her mind was shackeled to an imaginary world. Orion watched as her body was violently flung upwards. Her back arched in a way that seemed inhuman. The bones began to crack and twist. Cecila let out a hurtling scream as Fovos consumed the last of her existence from her own mind. The demonic presence slipped away and growled as it did so. The thirst for fear finally satiated by the ashy monster that lived inside Orion.

The Jedi Knight dropped to the floor, her knees slamming down as her body almost gave out. Cecila no longer looked like she used to. All color was stripped from her skin, the indentation around her check bones showed signs of decomposition. The stress from the hellish landscape Fovos created in mere seconds turned her into a shell of what she once was. The only expression that remained on Cecila's face was stone filled fright. Her eyes didn't blink and her sockets were sunk deeply into her boney structure. The whites of her eyes filled with blood as her drained body could only allow one function. The only neural response left in her while body allowed her to cry a river off red. Orion examined her, enough to remind himself of what true evil could do. His teeth clicked as he approached Cecila. Orion lifted his saber his mind carelessly filtering the right thing to say.

"Those who guard the light only know fear." The saber struck blindingly fast. Cecila a once graceful Jedi was that of a statue as the blade was inserted into her heart. Orion watched as the body hit the floor like a ton of bricks. There was no time to reminisce about their fight, there were still other signatures coming from the back of the building.

"Garland, Quick to the back!" Orion yelled, the two sith ran for the back door. The burst of lightside energy seeking through the doorway as Orion found the hidden sith.

Found you.
