Strengths:

Stealth System- the Stealth package allows the ship to sneak around with relative ease. Vassara can normally get in and out of hot zones. However advanced military scanners will pick her vessel up.

Rounded Armaments- With a plethora of well balanced weapons, but not overboard amount, Vassara has options on what to do for any given situation. The Witcher defense system, combined with the Unique Plasma cannon and Ion cannon make it a vessel that can hold its own. Useful in deep space against enemies of unknown origin.

Abundance of Versatility- A lot of smaller features were built in allowing many different functions. The vessel can take on wounded, receive deliveries from small ships, deliver supplies to the surface in emergencies, act as a training platform and primarily a solid platform for exploring far flung reaches of space.

Weaknesses:


Horrible power Draw- The backside of having the Retribution Plasma Cannon and Conqeuror Ion cannon is the massive power draw. when these two systems are put into operation the shields tend to drop drastically leaving the vessel exposed

Weaker hull- The ship is not built for blazing broadside combat. The trade-off for being stealthy and fast is reduced hull plating count. In addition the materials that make it are nothing out of the ordinary




Description:

The Void runner was made from an old downed Pirate Frigate Vassara stumbled across in her travels. She hired a Salvage team from Tatooine to come pick it up and sank a considerable amount of her lifes savings into the craft. Seeking to design something unique to her character and ultimately functional the Void runner was born.

Modified with various techs from around the galaxy it is a formidable vessel.

From the blackest night:

The electronics and Reflec used in the system make it exorbitantly expensive to use on a massive scale, and the LLT-13 are almost exclusively used on small production runs of exceptional subcapital ships, especially since it is ineffective at disguising anything larger.

So whilst I'm content that at a fantastic price you can apply this to the frigate, it's not going to provide protection against advanced military scanners actively searching for this vessel. You'd need a cloaking device for that.
