Strengths:

  • You heard o' Sanic? - The ship was designed with speed in mind. It is fast, able to outrun most other capital ships, and many types of fighters and bombers. Only the fastest of ships can catch it, if it gets a head start.

  • Passive Stealth: The Vanish 2 and secondary stealth systems, help make the ship hard to spot on sensors, especially at distance. The black paint job helps make it blend into space from a distance as well.

  • Home: This ship is designed to serve as Allya's Home, and it has a large number of amenities that help with this.

  • Large Modular Cargo Bays: The Cargo bays are very large, able to house a wide range of cargo, troops, droids, or even all of the above. These bays are accessible by internal elevators, large cargo bay doors and an external droid tube to the outside of the ship.

  • Droid Run: The ship uses a small crew of sentient beings, and a lot of droids and droid brains to keep control of the ship.

  • Able to land – The ship is easily able to dock to stations, other ships, or to enter atmosphere and land on the planet.

  • Powerful internal security: To defend against boarders, and other attacks from inside, the ship has powerful reinforced durasteel blast doors, to cut off the ship into small sections, paralyzing gas that can be released, cameras, remotely operated light turrets, scanners, sensors, and regular security droid patrols. Add into this, the Padlocke system, and socketguards, and it makes it very difficult to take over the ship using electronic warfare.

  • Hyperdrive Safety Switches: The ship can manually toggle the fail safes for the hyperdrive that keep it from entering hyperspace when in a gravity well, or that automatically pull the ship out of hyperspace due to gravity wells. This allows it to effectively escape from Interdictors, and gravity wells, in times of extreme emergency.

Weaknesses:

  • Stealth: While it's a stealthy ship, its only a passive stealth system, that protects it from a distance. However, it never disappears from sight, and when up close, it is very much visible on sensors, meaning, it can't just sneak in under the nose of other ships. Especially if they are already on guard.

  • Large target: The ship is quite large for its class, meaning it's far easier for fighters that can keep up with it, to hit it with their weapons.

  • Hangerbay shields: While the hanger can close, the shields over the hanger are designed to allow the ships to get in and out, meaning the shields are weaker there.

  • Unique: This ship is a unique ship, it is expensive, and there is only one. Due to its mission, its also rarely in a fleet unless something special is going on.

  • Turbolasers: Once the shields are down, the turbolasers are easy to target and destroy due to their size.

  • Bridge Dependent: If the bridge is destroyed, the ship is taken over by an onboard droid brain, and its abilities go down very significantly.

  • Needs space to land: The ship has to have significant space to land, meaning, it has to be picky about where it sets down.

  • Droid Hatch: The external droid hatch into the underbelly of the ship, is a place that is easier for people to infiltrate into the ship be it in space or on the ground. Still difficult without tripping the internal alarms, but easier than the other ways in.

  • Far faster than it is maneuverable: This ship must take care, especially when planet side, or in asteroid fields, as it's speed far outmatches its agility.

  • Hyperdrive Fail-safes: If the ship flips off the safeties, there is a lot of danger involved. It becomes very dangerous for them to travel anything more than short distances, due to the difficulty of not hitting stars and the like. It also takes time to compute the course to leave, meaning it can't just be flipped off and then take off into hyperspace when stuck by a interdiction field. It also takes a small amount time for the hyperdrive to reinitialize after the jump.

Description:

The Unyielding Faith is a two-hundred meter long corvette class Blockade Runner. It was a large ship for its class, designed with military grade technology, and with protection in mind. the ship in and of itself serves a singular purpose. It is the mobile home of Allya Vi'Dreya and Jerek Zenduu. As such, it's designed with a handful of basic thoughts in mind. The first is security. This is why it has military grade hardware, armor, shielding and the like, as well as an average amount of weaponry for such a ship. It has two large forward facing turbo lasers, various laser cannons, missile launchers, and a good number of defensive octets and point defense cannons. While it won't win any awards for being able to give or take damage, it isn't deficient in those areas either for a ship of it's size. Add into this, heavy internal security measures, such as reinforced durasteel blast doors in the hallways (And in every other doorway), alarms, door locks, automated blaster turrets with a stun setting, the ability to release paralyzing gas into areas, internal scanners and sensors, and a large number of security droids, and the ship was practically a mobile fortress in some ways.

The second thought was speed and stealth. It was not designed for long term conflicts. Instead, this ship is designed to be fast, very fast. Only a handful of other capital ships could keep up with it, and even fewer could out run it. Even most fighters and bombers had trouble keeping up with the ship. Add onto this an advanced and expensive stealth system, that helped make the ship blend into the background at longer ranges. This made it less likely to attract attention to itself. It also had a squadron of fighters that it could launch from its hangers, in case of emergency.

While all of these systems were nice, and kept the ship safe and secure, that was only a means to an end. It was above anything else, a home, a sanctuary for a girl, and her boy. And it was furnished to be such.

Bridge:

The bridge of the ship was small compared to the bridges of other capital class ships. It was made to comfortably have a bridge crew of about ten people. It was packed with consoles to either side of the helm, and throughout the room, to house the mass of information and commands going through it. There was a Captains chair, at the back, overseeing all operations of the ship itself. There was a low amount of light on the bridge, just enough so that one could maneuver around it but it was still relatively easy to view the screens and the information on them. Compared to much of the rest of the ship, the room was designed with no nonsense in mind. This was a place for professionalism, rather than the whimsy of the girl who created it.

Comm/Sensor Room:

While all information was routed through the bridge, off to the side of it, was the comm and sensor room. This room was a quiet place, where serious crew members who were tasked with all tasks related to the advanced comm units and sensors were placed. Like the bridge it was not designed with aesthetics in mind. It was manned by five crew members, who sat at consoles around the edge of the room. The center of the room was a large holomap. This room also served as the main strategic room during combat planning.

Barracks:

Continuing the theme of no nonsense rooms, the large barracks were built to hold most of the crew members and the clones that made up her biological security team. It was close to the bridge, and was designed heavily from the military barracks found on the Dauntless' Angelic Fury, another ship Allya designed. The beds were built into the walls, with one above the other. Each bed was comfortable, and warm, and each had a personal locker on either side of the beds. There were full refreshers with showers. There was also a small game room for games of chance and the like, as well as a caf maker. At the edge of the barracks was an armory. While militaristic, it was comfortable.

Allya's Room:

This space was a bit larger than the others, and near the back of the ship. It had a full refresher, with a bit larger than normal shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The room had low lighting, and contained mostly earth tone colors. It had a large closet, as well as a specialized closet near the door for her beskar'garm and weapons. Inside were many screens, gaming systems, consoles, as well as datapads scattered around. The floor was always a bit cluttered with clothes and the like. A few stuffed animals sat on a large queen sized bed. The walls were covered in posters of various bands, and famous Jedi. On a large book shelf, were a massive number of figurines of various Jedi and lots of holocomics. Coren Starchaser and Josh Dragonsflame had more than one figurine each. In the corner of the room, some piece of technology was always being tinkered with, and various books on genetics could be seen strewn about. On the desk next to her bed, was a holophoto of Jerek. This was her safe place, as such, her clothes were always optional. It was next door to Jerek's room.

Jerek's Quarters:

Designed in a spartan manner, Jerek's ship quarters are functional but comfortable. A double-sized bed occupies the far side of the room, on the wall behind it is a printed image of Ossus as it appeared during the days of the Republic and Silver Jedi. Next to the bed is an ornamental rug, atop which are several pillows that function as seats for meditative purposes. An organizer against the wall opposite the bed functions as a dresser and storage space. In the middle of the room is a couch and low table, on which is often kept a printed book of Jedi teachings. The forefront of the room is functionally a walkway between a hanging closet on one side and the refresher on the other. No screens exist in this room, only a simple comm connecting it to the rest of the ship, leaving it as a space only for Jerek's rest, relaxation and contemplation. It was right next to Allya's room.

Training Room:

This large room was above the massive cargo bays near the center of the ship. It was roughly spherical, and was easily modifiable, using a large freight turbolift in the center of the room. The floor could also fall away, using large lifts in the bay area. Various shields, turrets, and other equipment could be activated. Droids could simulate many types of attacks, terrain, and obstacles, and other situations here. It was also connected to a ysalamir, to allow for training without access to the force. The room was heavily modifiable, able to create the ideal situations for training, be they peace and quiet, or battling in a quickly collapsing building.

Cargo bays:

The Cargo Bays onboard the ship were large modular rooms, able to hold a wide variety of goods. They could be used for cargo, weapons, troops, droids, and vehicles, or an almost endless combination there of. It was here that the supplies for the training room were kept, the droids that protect the ship were located, and the various items to repair the ship, store the food, and all the other supplies needed to run the ship, were located. It had a port for droids to exit the ship to the ground, or to the outer hull. This space was everything Allya needed to accomplish the missions she was assigned, or to buy up tons of rare collectible holocards to sell on worlds where they were harder to buy.

Dining Room/Galley

The dining room was a grand affair. It was a space Allya could hold dances in, entertain guests, or just have a lovely morning talking with Jerek in her PJ's while she sipped caf and ate breakfast. It had a grand view of space outside, and beautiful tables that were magnetically fastened to the floor. Various plants filled the space. There was also a small bar, and a serving counter. The Galley was state of the art for food preparation. It contained a large pantry, and coolers. There was a large selection of alcohol, tea, and caf, and a near endless supply of Fizzyglug to feed Jerek's addiction, along with almost everything Allya and the crew could need food wise. There was also a keybed.

Hanger:

The hanger was cavernous. It held an entire squadron of fighters, though, far more often than not, two of them would be replaced by Allya and Jerek's personal fighters. It contained everything needed to fuel, repair, maintain and arm the ships. There was a small break room, refresher, locker rooms for the pilots, a basic medstation, and a small office.

Gaming Room:

Perhaps the singular most important room on the ship, the gaming room was the favorite haunt of Allya and Jerek. Inside it was a large holoscreen with access to the holonet, a super comfortable couch, a caf machine, a small cooling chamber that held bottles of fizzyglug, and various alcoholic beverages. A small shelf held various types of snacks. The room had surround sound. It also held various hologame consoles, and stacks of hologames. Book shelves also contained a lot of holocomics, and various datapads. This was the place they played games, talked, cuddled, and holoflix and chilled.

It contains:
Holostation 4
2 Holostation Switch
CHX 5.0 Acoustic Theater

Medbay:

The medical center onboard the ship was a decent sized space, with a number of beds, bacta tanks, medical droids, surgical devices and the like. It was up to date with the latest in medical technology, and practices. It held an office for the onboard medic, who also served as the ship's councilor. The CIS deemed it critical that only a doctor who could serve as primary care, surgeon, and ship psychiatrist could fill the role, due to the sensitive nature of it being the residence of a Mandalorian Sith, and the issues this caused mentally and physically. For Allya....and the entire crew.

Library:

The ship's library functions as a repository of any non-digitized knowledge collected by Allya, as well as for any personal books, flimsiplast books, holocrons or digi-tapes that she owned. Most of these items stored on freestanding, cat-hair resistant shelves and secured against any damages that might occur in flight. Ringing the rows of shelves are three small alcoves, two of them only big enough for an upholstered chair, and the third larger to accommodate a desk as well. The shelves take up two-thirds of the room, leaving a multipurpose space in the remainder that can utilized as necessary depending on mission or cat requirements. There are boxes, fluffy blankets, heating pads, cat toys, and a heating lamp.

Greenhouse:

Even stocked with supplies and rations, the ship houses a greenhouse used to grow various plants to provide foodstuffs and oxygen recycling for the crew. Plants are arranged in trays under powerful grow lights, able to be quickly swapped to various stations at different stages of their growth. The room is arranged in a circular fashion, with the stock growths taking up the walls, and experimental growths or special cultivations occurring in the center, allowing pet projects to have the focus and attention they need.

Miscellaneous space:

There are dozens of rooms for guests, and passengers, as well as officers and captains quarters. Many store rooms, closets, refreshers, break rooms, small armories, droid repair shops, engineering compartments, maintenance and janitorial facilities, offices, and much more across the ship. There is also a small Caf shop, with even higher quality caf compared to the shop on the Dread Queen, due to the ship's ability to travel from place to place and pick up the best supplies.
