The Calicum Keep
db_destiny_078.jpg

Hollowed out with machinery, each part of the Calicum Keep is made both of the natural Durinium and Titanium, and reinforced with Durasteel to help shape and mold each structure. This is has given the keep, hangar and courtyard both a natural and artificial look. The hangar itself is dug out enough to fit one corvette, two freighters and a dozen star fighters if needed with shields to help keep the dangers of space from sucking anything out. All lights within the bay are produced by Glow Stone so that one can both see enough, and not give away the position so easily of the hidden hangar. The courtyard itself uses larger portions of the Glow Stone, though because it is further within the moon it does not give away it's hidden feature. The courtyard is not special other than it's ascetics to look both Sith, and oddly Mandalorian in nature. Roughly a hundred people can stand in the courtyard comfortably and can house 50 people in the wall barracks. The Calcium Keep itself relies on large torches to produce light. While the largest structure compared to the rest of the area, the keep can only keep 50 people comfortably. This is for essential personnel and guests only. Soldiers and Guards are expected to simply sleep on mats within barracks or docked ships. The keep has guest rooms, a large dining area, a large kitchen, a social area, a library, a sparring/training area, a bath house, a open deck for relaxation, and a master bed room. A small lazy lake has been created around it, with glow stone placed around the shore to give more ascetic looks. Life support systems and vents are everywhere to allow for a breathable, controlled atmosphere of the keep, courtyard and hangar. A large cave, natural in nature, holds the generators for these systems. Because of the Durinium veins all around and in the structures, it's nearly impossible for scanners to pick up this hide away home, but the metals also keep scanners from reaching out to space; a double edge sword.

The Digging Grave

The larger piece of broken moon is a mining site, one of many sources of income for Uriel. While the dome has been shaped with the same metal the hides it, cracks of artificial light do give it away. This mining facility is capable of both mining around it, and processing the metals it obtains for shipment to buyers. The dome itself has small hangars for totaling in 5 for freighter or haulers. Even with this facility being spotted, it's doubtful the larger piece's hide away could be given away from sensors or with the naked eye.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Scientists have studied that this is not the original location of the shattered moon, or the Under Moon as it's been dubbed now. Though unsure, they assumed the moon was original apart of one of the nearby systems and can only hypothesizes that one of the major events that happened within the galaxy destroyed and launched the moon here. The discovery that this moon didnt belong here was the lack of any gravitational pull outside the small effect given by the shattered remnants of the moon itself. Uriel believes that one of the Omega Sith Lords attempted to tractor beam this moon into one of the nearby planets only to fail, though there is little supportive evidence for this. Uriel dug this moon out only a year after the Omega Sith were defeated, construction only but recently being finished.
