- The leather belt possesses many pouches than can hold many different small items along with a blaster holster on the right hip, clips to hold his lightsabers, and a belt-buckle engraved with an ancient Sith symbol.

The Dark Lord Carnifex had always been a purveyor of high-class Sith apparel, often wearing flamboyant vestments that showcase both his opulent wealth and stature as a powerful Sith Lord and noble. He is no stranger to long-flowing maroon cloaks and wide hoods ringed with Sith runes and other written symbols of long lost power and prestige. But, being a soldier-king and Lord of the Sith, Carnifex has often blended stylism with battlefield practicality, covering his decadent robes with segments of armor marred by carbon scoring and intersecting rivers of shallow cuts inflicted by the blade of a Jedi's lightsaber. He takes great pride in the accumulation of damage to his armor, and can recall nearly each and every one with perfect detail; who inflicted it, how they inflicted it, and how he killed them afterwards.
