  • Homeport: Jutrand
  • Travel Route: Systems and planets under the influence of the Sith Order.
  • Affiliation: The Sith Order

  • Accessibility: Current location and travel intent is considered highly classified information by the Sith Order. Only authorized shuttle pilots, Sith Overseers, and Sith Lords are graced with this information upon request.
  • Description: Small for a Star Destroyer though typical of its class The Tomb appears unremarkable from its exterior. Even in its mundane exterior the starship looks well defended by its bristling turrets. When descending towards the surface of a world the ship takes on a more ominous and eerie air, sharp and aggressive angles contrast in alien ways to many more gentle landscapes.
POINTS OF INTEREST
  • Overseer's Lounge: A finely decorated lounge for the congregation of Overseers to mingle and distance themselves from the duties of their station.
  • Acolyte's Hall: A dull common area and classroom located somewhere in the heart of The Tomb. Both a place of study and conspiracy. It is one of the few places in the academy's hull that the acolytes are allowed to travel and loiter. Overseer Assistants drill Acolytes in the schools of thought and theory should the Acolytes approach them.
  • Main Hangar: A vast hangar filled with parked shuttles ready to bring in and deploy new Acolytes. It acts as grand enterance of sorts for the the academy. Banners of the current Sith Lords and their ideologies hang from the ceilings and adorn the walls.
  • Auxiliary Hangar 1 & 2: Private hangars for the personal shuttles and small starcraft of Sith Lords, Overseers, and authorized dignitaries.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Tomb, so named due to philosophy that only the worthy would emerge while the unworthy would die within its hull, was commissioned by The Sith Order after long deliberations of where an academy should be founded resulted in a general consensus that a fixed location not only had too few of the environments and experiences needed to truly test Acolytes but also would become a target of their enemies. Instead of investing large sums of credits and time into a single location or a multitude of campuses an aged Gladiator II-class Star Destroyer was revived, refurbished, and re-commissioned for service. The Tomb would travel from system to system providing unique trials for Acolytes while also guarding itself against hostile engagement via strict codes of secrecy. Always on the move The Tomb spends little time loitering where it lay and instead will task Acolytes to complete their assignments within an allotted timeframe or be marooned upon the surface of whatever planet they had been dropped on.

The Tomb is supported by a cadre of Sith Overseers and administered by a High Overseer who ultimately determines the course and curriculum of the vessel. Crewmembers are selected from among the most loyal non-Force sensitives that the Order currently has access to even if they are not the most skilled.
