SPECIAL FEATURES

  • A THOUSAND SCREAMS: This ancient weapon has the ability to consume and store the emotions of those it kills in their last moments. It swirls with a gross concoction of sheer terror, anger, regret, humiliation, and hopelessness. Whoever grips this sword uninitiated in the ways of the Force will be gripped by the final emotions of thousands of souls, dragging them to the Dark Side with hundreds of cold hands.

STRENGTHS

  • The stronger and more refined the wielder's connection to the Dark Side of the Force, the more this sword's power can be drawn out and used efficiently, scaling up an increase to the wielder's strength and speed accordingly.
  • An alchemized Sith Sword from ancient times, this blade was made to clash with lightsabers, and is resistant to the standard lightsaber. It can also block incoming blaster fire, though it cannot redirect it, but rather dissipates the energy.
  • One who's power in the Force equals that of a Sith knight could, for limited spans of time, imbue the red blade with a black swirling energy, allowing it to cut through mundane surfaces in a manner similar to a standard lightsaber, and deflect blaster shots with precision.
  • For one trained to the level of a Master of the Force, this sword tremendously amplifies the power of all sound-based Force skills.

WEAKNESSES

  • The less training the wielder of this sword has had in the Dark Side of the Force, the more they will be effected by the emotional deluge this sword contains. Voices in their heads screaming, unexplained bouts of emotional imbalance, mental illness, suicidal thoughts, and horrific nightmares. For those more experienced in the ways of the Force, the sword's assault on the psyche is greatly lessened.... so long as the user is awake.
  • As a product of Sith Alchemy, The Sword Cacophonous is susceptible to blasts of pure Force Light, which destabilize and damage the sword's spell. Prolonged exposure to such a technique could result in irreparable, irreversible damage.
  • Any effect that neutralizes or quiets the voice of the Force will render this blade temporarily inert and ordinary, though still lightsaber-resistant.
  • This sword's blade is forged of an extremely dense crystal which has been permanently molecularly altered by Sith Alchemy; this means it is noticeably heavier than a steel sword of its dimensions. Masters and Knights may not notice this weight as the sword increases their strength, but apprentices and laymen will have a devil of a time hefting this thing.

DESCRIPTION

When Raxtos delved into the tomb of Darth Malignus Darth Malignus , he hoped to find answers as to the nature of the Force, the strange power that had been with him all his life. Instead, he found power. A raw, horrific, all-consuming power that filled his head with unending screaming. The Sword Cacophonous. The weapon turned him from a reckless criminal into a fearless terrorist. Lost in the Dark Side, he was not a Sith, or a Dark Jedi. He was an animal. A murderer. And a genuine lunatic.

Yeah I'm sorry about that. The original art is signed with his name, and links to an account under his name. But the account at the link is broken, defunct. All his new webpages only feature select and recent pieces by him. Best I can figure, he uploaded it to a site, someone grabbed it for Pinterest, and then he deleted that account. Google Lens has me goin in circles. Not sure what else to try.
