Description: One dangerous machine. - Some Guy.​

Like any Swoop the operator will be taking their lives into their own hands when behind the controls of this beast. When traveling at hundreds of kilometers and hour, threats are ever present. Structures, outcroppings, trees anything solid you are going to want to avoid. No one wants to rip and engine off let alone maybe explode. The Sunstrider while build robust enough to handle the stresses and bumps and a bit of blaster fire in places is still a very vulnerable vehicle. The turbine engines are exposed, debris or purposed fire can destroy them. That's all an if though. This vehicle is built for speed and maneuverability. It is not a tank. The driver is exposed while driving. Though the front fuselage slides backwards to bring the controls up to the seat and provides full protection from the front. The sides are open, and above. So please take that into consideration.​

Handling of the vehicle is excellent. Over open terrain an experienced pilot should be able to preform a 180 degree turn without rolling the machine. Lesser turns are even easier thanks to computer controlled stability and gyroscopes to keep the vehicle upright barring the most extreme circumstances. And real time adjustments will provide the smoothest ride possible over obstacles and rough terrain. Noting the vehicle type speed is key. With a top speed of 725 Kph The Sunstrider is a top class Swoop. And that's just factory. You'll have no trouble outrunning the competition.​

In the armed model. The Sunstrider is equipped with a forward facing twin barrel laser cannon for forward targets. To attack pursuers or lay a trap. Two proximity mines may be loaded under the rear fuselage to deploy. And modifications may be made to house other types and designs of mines or explosives. The open canopy will allow the pilot to use a personal weapon against anyone to their side or ahead as the vehicle may be operated with just one hand. Defense is in the armored plating over the front and engines of the vehicle, keep in mind this armor is light.​
