-Accessibility: While easy to find, as it points into the atmosphere and is visible in most of the Northern hemisphere, it is much harder to get into. Laser Cannons, and Guards are used to keep unwanted visitors out, with thick durasteel doors, capable of being deadlock sealed, blocking unwanted visitors from getting in. There is constant 24 hour security with probe droids augmenting the security cameras that can see every inch of the facility. Turbolasers, and hypervelocity guns were used as deterrents for larger ships and it retained several squadrons of starfighters, point defense cannons and land vehicles as deterrents for land and star fighter assaults.
-Description: The Storm Fortress a nearly impregnable fortress, based in the waters of the lake in about the middle of the plateau of Mt. Tellec, is under the complete control of the Spintiri government, at least officially. In reality it is the fortress of the current leader of Spintir, Arctorius, built as soon as his reign started in case the people ever turned on him. It houses Arctorius's workshop and private quarters as well as the throne room. The Storm Fortress is staffed entirely by people loyal to Arctorius first and the Sky Kingdomsecond. It houses deadlock sealed durasteel doors several meters thick in order to slow down the tactic of using lightsabers to cut through doors. About 30 Air Defense Towers were mounted, as was a single hyper velocity gun at the top of the tower in order to deter enemy capital ships, these were augumented by around 300 laser cannons and point defense cannons total. The building also housed nine starfighter squadrons and had enough room for four speeder squadrons. There was also a private docking bay for Arctorius to store his private ship, the Desolate, in, it lead directly to his workshop. It had several energy bridges leading to three sides of the lake. One leading to Frost wall village, now much larger and housing production facilities for several companies, including the Spintiri Warefare Corporation. One leading to the Caves of Light and Shadow, and one to the path down. It is regarded as an impregnable fortress, impossible to break into, that will stand forever as a tribute to the first Sky King of the Spintiri, though its staff knows not to believe that too firmly.
