A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...​

For one woman an era of freedom has begun. The woman, an alien mutant experiment called Subject 19, has escaped the mind bending clutches of the evil Sith Lord Jagos.

With the stench of his death fresh on her hands, she is now wanted for Crimes of War against what remains of the Sith Empire. Subject 19, who has taken the name 'Ran', must now find a way to keep her newfound freedom all while being hunted by agents and bounty hunters in the employ of the Sith Legions.

With the forces of evil hot on her tale, Ran looks to explore the cosmos in search of time, resources, and the right allies to help free her fellow experiments and keep her own head above water.

Hey y'all! This is the introduction for the first episode of The Song of Ran. I'd love to have some company along the way so if you'd like to be involved in the story, let me know. I have some ideas for threads.

Here is one of 'em.
Chapter 1. A bounty is only worth as much as you can handle. - I have an idea for a story where Ran has to escape or fend off a bounty hunter. For this I'm either looking for a bounty hunter or an ally that can help me escape one, or both.

That's just one idea. I've got plenty and I'm sure that two heads are better than one, so if you want to collaborate on an idea just let me know. I'm down for almost anything, especially a blockbuster action movie.​

Ran Serys If y'all still need a bounty hunter, I have Rocho Krul who could pose a problem. He's my first character. Not as dangerous as Salis but he's talented both in most bounty hunter/hunter/merceneary things, as well as a fairly skilled force user. Especially when it comes to force sense and self enhancement.

For helping her, Nox Kovhorn could work well. He absolutely despises sith and would defenitely kill on sight. He could help her JUST to spite the sith. Not a force user, but a well armored and armed mandalorian. He's more a merc than a bounty hunter. While less used than Rocho Krul and defenitely less of a dangerous person in 1v1's he'd still be good.

For a smaller character, maybe Mariah Marr. SHe'd do this using droids and not directly, so they might not even meet her unless they got to her ship. But she does have a lot of drones and a droid she uses directly (so I'd kind of use that as her and the drones kind of as npcs guided by me). She might be there trying to accomplish both objectives, protect her from the sith, but maybe bring her into the galactic alliance. She doesn't generally go on those kinds of objectives though. She tends to avoid conflict. Maybe it just came up though, and she chose to help. Mariah isn't a force user, but she's a lot older, knows a great deal, and does and has done many types of jobs. So throwing her somewhere is really easy.

Salis Wow! Just wow! Those all sound like great characters and putting Ran in a story with any of them would be great. I think my personal favorite of the three is Mariah Marr but Rocho Krul definitely fits the story I want to tell. That's tough.

Let's have Ran vs Rocho. I'd love to see Mariah in action in the future though.

Ran Serys Lol, glad you like them! Can always do Mariah sometime later along. Well then, how'd you like to get into it? Rocho just being on the hunt? Chance encounter in which he realizes who she is? Up for mostly anything for that.

Great question! I don't know if I have anything particular in mind, but Alana has some knight-errantry type of things, so they could run into each other somewhere, and she used to be a bounty hunter, so could work with that angle somehow, perhaps.

Alana Sunrider I think I'm at my personal thread limit with what I've agreed to with others, but once one of 'em is finished I've got a pretty awesome idea that I think Alana would be perfect for! I'll pm you about it.
