SPECIAL FEATURES
A heavy cloak crafted specially for members of the Silver Watch, Members of the Order that demonstrate bravery and valor, and as a gift for dignitaries and allies – the cloak offers protection against a number of different types of attacks.
Blaster resistance: The Duramesh interlining provides a high level of protection against blasters, the Shell Spider silk lining has been added as an additional measure of protection against blasters and vibroblades.
Lightsaber resistance: Like above, Duraplast itself offers some resistance against lightsabers, as this material is present in the Duramesh, this is true for the cloak as well.
EMP/ION resistance: The fibres running through the Duramesh fabric provide increased protection against EMP and Ion attacks.
Sonic: Offers little to no protection against these types of attacks.
Biological/acidic: These types of damage will ruin the cloak completely, rendering it useless.
Limited area: While the cloak is hooded and long, it does leave areas of the body exposed to attack – face, hands, feet.
Created an award for members of the Order that demonstrate loyalty, bravery, and valor, the Silver Mantle was made to be truly special. It is a sleek design crafted with a warm outer shell of Govath Wool and a lining of luxurious Shell Spider Silk, which does offer a measure of protection against attacks. As an added layer of protection, an interlining of Duramesh was added as well, giving the garment a boost when it comes to defense against blaster and even lightsaber attack.
While the cloak is a protective piece of clothing, it is still quite vulnerable to acids, as it can severely damage the fabric. Also, this cloak offers an average level of protection against kinetic attacks, but little in the way to defend against sonic damage.
Made in a tranquil dark gray with lighter accents, the cloak features a hood and a clasp in the shape of the Order's symbol. This item will be available to members of the Silver Watch. In addition, this cloak may be awarded to members of the Order, allies, and dignitaries.
