To explain why I wish Sko'saht to go to this meeting. The Verpine keep their neutrality for the most part however they also manufacture and sell weapons to anyone interested. In addition Sko'saht is an independent contractor working for the SJO and is a representative of Slayn & Korpil which is a Verpine government owned company. It's rather likely he would have heard of this meeting from either sources in the SJO or the Verpine government would have heard about this through their sources. As such he would have passed along the info and seeing how this would very likely affect neutral systems, and armament manufacturers it's rather likely that a delegation would be sent. To represent the military side of things, since he is already a representative, Slayn & Korpil would very likely be inclined to send along Sko.
