Resurgent Narrative

Ariel Yvarro admittedly did not want to be anywhere near Mustafar, but it was as they say a necessary evil. In the time of her cousin's regime, there had been a group of Force Users dedicated to the cause. Thus it went without saying that if the First Order was going to attempt some sort of comeback that they would need their mysterious friends once again, but more importantly. When the First Order finally buckled it left a lot of divisions as many went about interpreting the Will of Sieger as their own, and while Sieger may be gone the work of the First Imperials were not.
Bound now by a desire to see her cousin's work finished Ariel found herself on a shuttle bound for the lava-filled planet. A meeting with one Kyrel Ren Kyrel Ren was in order, he needn't necessarily do anything more than agree to come to their aid when it was necessary. There had been other groups of Ren out in the Unknown Regions working without much of a purpose that could be brought in and to that end, another individual was invited to this meeting of the minds.
She sat in the shuttle and looked at the glass of wine on the table. Ariel took the glass by the stem and swirled the melancholy liquid before taking a long sip. Setting the glass back down the self-proclaimed Avalonian looked at the fleur-de-lis patterned bracelet on her wrist. She moved her ringers across the pattern, "don't fail me now cousin." Ariel whispered just as the sight of Mustafar's surface came into view.

Arrik Straden

Let's Have Ourselves a Gunfight
AU-1130 knocked on the side of his helmet, making sure all the systems were fully operational, before strapping on his additional power packs to his LBE. Escorting a diplomat wasn't exactly what Arrik had in mind for his first mission off of Pa'Desh in ages, but it beat patrolling the Old Fort or waiting for another invasion. Resting the barrel of his F-11E on his shoulder, he looked out the viewport at the hellish world getting closer every second. Why anyone would live here was beyond him. Straden turned to look at Ariel, regarding her quietly behind the helmet's faceplate. "I'll be at your side, Ms Yvarro. Not sure what to expect from these Ren guys, but if things get hairy" he said, thumping his chestplate with his other fist, "get behind me and the squad, we'll see that you're safe."
