Loyalties: Ultimatum
Role: A person under the protection of Ultimatum, leader of the Redeemed
Development Threads: First appearance: http://starwarsrp.net/topic/70153-into-darkness-fell-his-star/
Age: 47
Species: Nekghoul
Force Sensitivity: Yes, standard for his species

Appearance: Appears like a normal Nekghoul, except for a large scar running from the elbow to the wrist of the right arm, there are also numerous blaster shot marks over his body.
Personality: Protective of his people, distrusting of outsiders
Weapon of Choice: The Force, sharpened metal blade, claws
Wealth: A few credits collected from defeated humans as trophies
Combat Function: Will not be taking part in fights that do not directly concern the Nekghoul group

Skills: Has spent years surviving by moving around with his group, during this time he had become adept at concealing his trails and also honed some of his Force abilities. He has a fairly strong Force push, pull, and can crush objects with the Force.

Notable Possessions: Sharpened Blade, the blade part is somewhat notched from previous battles, gathering tools

Other Notes: Karshen grew up to be the leader of the tribe that was forming. Nekghouls from various places were coming together to create their own village. He helped build many of the ramshackle buildings and temporary structures that the Nekghouls had intended on living in. However a chance meeting with a number of offworlders led to the Nekghouls being hunted, for fear of the Rakghoul Plague spreading. He was captured during this time and almost killed, intended to be an example to the humans and other aliens that no matter how small, they should all die. He was rescued by one of the tribe members of the Nekghouls, that one died in the attempt and Karshen grew a natural distaste for other people. However, he found a liking for their droids, which were more easily manipulated to obey, though he never figured out how to repair them. For a while the new tribe that he formed from the remnants of the old, they were more nomadic in always moving to hide from the hunters, never realizing that eventually they had stopped being hunted.

He worked hard to continue to strengthen his new tribe. It started with only a few of the younger Nekghouls, the elders all having died through the attacks or the strenuous activity of running. He was glad when he found that some were willing to join the tribe, especially when they had had no real reason to, it gave him hope that this would all go well. That perhaps he would succeed where the previous tribe had failed. Karshen led his people to fight human hunting parties more often than not victoriously. However he a number of members as time went on, by the time he met the droid Ultimatum he had hardly had anyone left. He was thankful for the droid's intervention, potentially saving his tribe and he hoped that it would be the start of a new beginning.

Intent: To submit the Nekghouls that Ultimatum moved from Taris and now live under his protection on Mustafar.

Name: Malcurn
Loyalties: Karshen, Ultimatum
Role: The herbalist of the Nekghoul tribe
Development Threads: Same as above
Age: 39
Species: Same as above
Force Sensitivity: Same as above

Appearance: Reddish brown skin, burned skin on both legs below the knees
Personality: Calm, collected, she remains emotionless underneath most circumstances no matter the stress

Weapon of Choice: The Force, poisonous darts
Wealth: None
Combat Function: Same as first, will act something akin to a team medic, though she does better in a more controlled environment. She also can help by using poisonous darts or chemical covered of the same

Skills: From practical experience and some learned knowledge passed down from the previous herbalist she is quite competent in more traditional healing methods. She is also versed in rudimentary Force healing techniques, she is capable of mending small wounds, slowing the bleeding of larger ones, and supporting the bodies various systems to help fight disease and poisons. However to do any of these leaves her quite winded and requiring rest.

Notable Possessions: Pouch for herbs and medicines, pouch for poisonous plants and containers of chemicals, small blade intended for medical use but capable of defending her if needed, small carving equipment for dart making

Other Notes: Malcurn was another of the younger Nekghouls of the old Tribe, she had been the daughter of the herbalist in the old Tribe. Unlike her father, she did not have access to the left over materials such as old Kolto and Bacta, antibiotics, and disinfectants. She was taught some of the craft of how to work with medicinal plants, however most of her knowledge was in the field of contemporary medicine. With the time spent in the wilderness constantly on the move she forgot most of that information and learned more from experience. This led to a number of deaths which she took personally. Much like Karshen she has a distrust of aliens and does not like outsiders.

Her legs were burned during a night raid within a year of the old tribe being destroyed by the humans, incendiary devices were used and burned down a larger area of the forest including the camp that they had made at the time. She had been caught in the middle of a blaze and had been saved by who would later be her mate, she could never feel anything below her knees, requiring more often than not someone to tell her if she had stepped on something.

Name: Brekash
Loyalties: Same as above
Role: Hunter of the Nekghoul Tribe
Development Threads: Same as above
Age: 41
Species: Same as above
Force Sensitivity: Same as above

Appearance: Dark brown rippled skin, covered in the scars from claws, spikes, and thorns.
Personality: Quick thinking, very fast at seeing weak points in armor or hide, tends to speak what it is on his mind
Weapon of Choice: Long Dagger, spear, poisons
Wealth: Same as above
Combat Function: Same as first, more prone to taking on the larger enemies, will leave the lesser ones to his fellows

Skills: Good at tracking creatures, sentient and otherwise, very good at keeping himself hidden and stealthily killing things
With the Force he is only slightly trained, he subliminally quiets himself and his movements making it difficult to detect him by sound along, which in the forests of Taris that was the main concern

Notable Possessions: Spear, Long Dagger, poison kit supplied by Malcurn

Other Notes: Brekash was one of the Nekghouls whose family decided not to join the old Tribe, instead relying upon their own stregnth to survive and fearing that coming together would attract the attention of the humans and other aliens. His mother and father had both been hunters of a high caliber and their techniques and traits were taught to their son who accepted them to become a great hunter. He lost both of his parents during the same raid in which he rescued Malcurn, both were killed while trying to fend off the human attackers.

Soon after this he decided to join the tribe that Malcurn became part of. He liked the Nekghoul he had saved and told her as such, they together decided that if they survived for the next decade then they would be mates. That was thirteen years ago. The two often spent time together during this period, Malcurn mending his wounds and Brekash bringing her the herbs she wanted and showed him how to find.

Intent: Same as above

Name: Arketh
Loyalties: Same as above
Role: Mystic
Development Threads: Same as above
Age: 24
Species: Yes, more so than most of his species
Force Sensitivity: Same as above
Appearance: Light white-brown skin, lame in one leg

Personality: Trying to fit in with the tribe that is more physical than himself, somewhat more thoughtful than the others, prefers to meditate than to fight, enjoys hunts for the ability to test his abilities
Weapon of Choice: The Force
Wealth: Same as above
Combat Function: Same as first. Heavily reliant on Force capabilities, capable of a greater range of abilities and in strengths that surpass his kin.

Skills: His skills are mostly related to the Force, specifically he is quite adept at visions, interpreting them. He is capable of the normal abilities such as pushing and pulling with the Force but also he learned how to channel the Force into electricity and controlled telekinesis. His abilities are almost equal to that of a trained padawan or apprentice. He has also learned the inner workings of lightsabers and knows the basic construction techniques and the parts necessary, though he does not know the names of the pieces so he recognizes them by sight rather than name.

Notable Possessions: Two Force crystals on a necklace, one from a Sith's lightsaber and the other from a Jedi's, a Jedi's lightsaber, without the crystal

Other Notes: Arketh was picked up after the old Tribe had already dissipated, he had grown up sufficiently far away that he had not heard of the Nekghouls coming together, or the monstrous acts of the humans soon thereafter. He joined after being found and cared for Karshen. The leader of the group was careful for a time to make certain that the newest member could keep up with the new tribe. Arketh soon proved to be less physically proficient compared to the rest, but he was quite strong in the arts that helped them in severe situations.

It was a few years before he learned how to keep up with the others with his disability, using the strange powers to push him onwards. It was during a hunting trip that he met his first outsider, it was a Sith Pureblood. The man had apparently been hunting for some Sith relic, however when he saw the Nekghoul his attention turned to trying to get a new and powerful follower. This Sith was apparently nothing more than an apprentice trying to find something for his master, his powers were only a little better than Arketh and the duel of the Force between the two was exhausting to both. When it came to a physical battle, Arketh's strength proved to be too much, eventually leading to the Sith falling before him. The Sith died and his ligthsaber was the trophy collected. Arketh felt a strange draw towards the crystal hidden within and in his haste damaged the lightsaber while saving the crystal. This he kept while leaving the remains of the lightsaber behind.

Later he came across a Jedi who believed the Nekghoul to be a Sithspawn. Arketh's powers had grown considerably from the constant training he had put himself through. He defeated this Jedi, with the help of Brekash, who was returning from a hunt at the time and used his poisoned blade to weaken the Jedi. This one's lightsaber called him as well, but the other crystal from the Sith seemed to be repelled away from the first. It was a strange thing to the Nekghoul who knew nothing of the Force beyond what it allowed him to accomplish. He was more meticulous in the collection of this lightsaber's crystal, this time keeping the lightsaber almost entirely intact. He kept the ligthsaber as a puzzle for him to solve. He would take it apart and put it back together quite often, until he knew the construction inside and out, though he did not know how to activate or use it. The two crystals he stuck together in a tree's sap and used the newly formed single crystal as a necklace. The two seemed to help him become stronger and while they conflicted often he found it worth it.

Name: Lobarch
Loyalties: Same as above
Role: Tamer, animal manipulator
Development Threads: Same as aboave
Age: 17
Species: Same as above
Force Sensitivity: Same as above
Appearance: Dark Red skin, scars along the left arm mostly pierce in shape

Personality: Relaxed, moves quick when needed, but otherwise enjoys slowing down
Weapon of Choice: The Force, animals
Wealth: None
Combat Function: Same as first, if he has learned how to call and tame animals of a region he can use those against his enemies

Skills: He has become adept at finding how to tame or at least calm animals. He can replicate most sounds, allowing him to teach the animals he learns how to tame to follow a large number of various tasks. Within the Force he has learned how to calm animals and to make them more open to suggestion on his part, making it somewhat easier to control and order the creatures. He also has the ability to transmit his thoughts to the receptive mind.

Notable Possessions: What was once a door lock with many openings punched into, he uses it as a sound making device, it can create a wide range of sounds depending on how he blows into it and how far open the lock is.

Other Notes: Lobarch was a much later addition to the tribe, having been found near a toxic lake some time after the old Tribe had been destroyed. The Nekghoul had had years of experience living on his own and had grown used to scavenging for his food. He came across a strange Rakghoul at one point, one who walked like a Nekghoul and seemed capable of speech and higher thought than even Lobarch could. That Rakghoul was considered leader of a clan of Rakghouls nearby, and would often lead them in hunts and gathering parties. At one point the two came into conflict and the Rakghoul easily defeated Lobarch, wounding his left arm quite badly before leaving.

The Nekghoul began to work on trying to control other animals, teaching them to do what he could not. His first achievement was a Nexu, which he taught to hunt and bring its kills back to him, as well as to attack a target on command. It was after coming across another Rakghoul that he realized that he could calm creatures, it was a combination of the familiar scents to the creature as well as a strange ability to make it less aggressive to himself. It was then that he began to truly experiment with the extent of his abilities. He found that it was quite extensive, if he knew the type of animal he was dealing with and had experience with them in the past he found that he could control them fairly quickly. Through the right stimuli, noises, and the manipulation through his powers they would be more willing to listen to him. Within a week he could have the animal obeying basic commands and well on its way to following complex orders. He also honed the method of orders being sent from words and sounds to certain animal noises as well as thoughts in the best of creatures.

A human attack on his camp ruined his progress with the local wildlife. He had trained two Nexu, a Ferrazid, and four Bogstalkers. Most of them perished in the flames and blaster fire the humans used to try and kill the Nekghoul. He escaped on a Nexu while the rest of the surviving animals scattered, he never saw them again. After he left the humans behind, he took time to strengthen the bond with his Nexu, hoping to get to the point that they could think and act as one. It was another year, but over that time he had the creature so well trained that it took little more than a thought and gesture and the creature acted perfectly. They hunted together and they take turns resting at night, one always keeping guard while the other slept.

This unfortunately would not last, during an expedition, a human hunting party came across the two and the Nexu was killed, Lobarch was saved only the timely intrusion of the Karshen and his new tribe. The Nekghoul joined the tribe after burying his Nexu. He decided to work towards getting revenge for his Nexu, the chance never arose. However, in the time that he joined the tribe he began to give up the hope and turned his attention to using his experience and abilities to help gather creatures to help strengthen the group.
