Classification: Urban Centre
Location: Syvris, within one of the moons many craters, relatively near the Shadowport.
Affiliation: Currently Independent. Loosely under control of the current NPC Matron of Pinkport, the most well established Madame.
Population: Always in flux, roughly 600,000
Demographics: 54% Human, 17% Zeltron, 12% Twi'lek, 5% Morganian, 3% Falleen 2% Arkanian, 7% Other

Description:
The 'Pinkport' was named by the matron of it's leading establishment. She thought it was funny, it's best not to argue with her. Smugglers and drug barons need somewhere to spend their ill-gotten loot, and often like a little company if y'know what I mean. This crater is largely dedicated to the galaxies oldest profession, though there are also some rather good medical clinics where you can get anything done if you have the credits, high end fashion stores, florists, jewelers and chocolateers. These are an enterprising folks, and since the working girls and boys are often brought gifts by their patrons, why not make it easy for them to find those gifts?
Compared to the rest of Syvris it's very clean. On the surface it's much more civilized and has a lower rate of observable crime. This is largely to draw in business. Underneath, it's just as corrupt and dangerous as anywhere else on the moon. It is not unusual for patrons on less reputable business to wake up without various body parts or organs, if they wake up at all.
History:
After Syvris rebuilt its Shadowport for the second time following the Gualg plague, smugglers quickly returned to the moon, looking to avoid the higher profile destinations like Nar Shaddaa. With the credits flowing, it wasn't long before enterprising individuals arrived looking to get their cut. Seeing an obvious niche market to exploit, the then unnamed Pinkport was soon established in a nearby crater. It was several decades before it became the seemingly beautiful destination it is today and earned it's name.

The Shadowport most of the patrons of the Pinkport enter Syvris here. If it's not in the Pinkport, inhabitants will usually go to the Shadowport rather than the Rancors Den to find it
The Gentlemen's Club and the Pinkport do not associate as much as one would think. While many members of the Gentlemen's Club have the money too and often choose to frequent the Pinkport, due to tensions between the Matron of Pinkport and the President of the Gentlemen's Club, such associations are kept quiet.
The Rancors Den provide much of the Syvris based custom the Pinkport receives. While very few nhabitants of the Den can afford to visit Pinkport often, they tend to save up so that they can, assuming they do not have any major addictions they waste their credits on.
