The Outer Rim Coalition

Beyond the borders of any Republic or Empire exists something different. Along the Rim of the galaxy, people are free. Free to live their lives how they want, free to exist and work on their own set of rules. Out here the rules are different, out here there are no rules.

Situated on the Outer Rim of the galaxy, along worlds of such mystery and folklore, exists a different kind of group. A group that knows that their own skill can help change the day, and working with your neighbors is not something you do because of some overreaching government, but because out away from the Core, the galaxy is a little more unforgiving, and you have yourself and those around you to depend on.

A bizarre mixture of beings, from former high profile Force users, to spacers, bounty hunters, and explorers, the Outer Rim Coalition has no centralized government save for the heroes who make it their purpose to patrol space to protect the innocent and strike back at those seeking to upset the peace of Coalition Space.

While there is no set government, that isn’t to say there are no set rules. The Coalition worlds have entered a treaty to assist those around them but are not forced to. And the Outer Rim Coalition does ‘employ’ a number of beings, some Force sensitive, others not, who patrol the space lanes, offer aid and assistance, and work as mediators on disputes within borders. These same Judges are also seen leading volunteer fighting forces into battle against enemies of the Coalition.

Within the Coalition, life is just as varied as one would expect. With the type of space trash and riff-raff, there are those who will fight for their freedoms, for their anonymity, and those fighting because they don’t know any better.

Housing a number of smaller groups, from the Kathol Outback to the Alliance-in-Exile, the loose collection of people in ORC space have, at times, a tested treaty, when one group doesn’t see eye-to-eye with others.

This is the land where legal discussion and duels with blasters at noon are equally acceptable ways to settle an argument. Where highly trained military units fight back ragtag pirates, and undertrained and understaffed militia use local wildlife to turn back the tide of highly trained Imperials.

Chaos and Opportunity await you in the Outer Rim
