Illaria Woodlands, Commenor
Ruchuck Sector
To the public eye of the world, the Illaria Woodlands was of no real significance other than it's beauty being owned upon Government land, private and restricted from the commen folk of the trade world. To Veiere's mind however, it was a place of security through secrecy for people alike himself, force practitioners who sought a place of peace to train and explore the intricacies of the Force. Nature here was lush and dense, it complimented the power of the Force through the evidence of life in it's purest form.

Many times Veiere had called together a conclave, a congregation of peoples who he sought to discuss the future of peoples in their position, however it was a first for him here that he'd do so on Commenor, with the construction of a praxeum well underway in the background behind him whilst he found himself standing in the center of a clearing enveloped with tree's and bush, flora and forna of all kinds that spanned as far as the eyes could see. He had delivered the Co-ordinates of the meeting to all significant parties and boasted the transmission through Lady Kay's political channel targeting personnel frequencies of whom he knew he could trust to keep things private.

This new avenue that Veiere had set to work on, to develop through the approval and the co-operation from Kay herself would be nothing short of interesting to say the least. It wasn't to be shaped in the same light as the Jedi, nor follow in the self destructive ways of the Sith Empire, but to remain neutral with Commenor's interests being put first and foremost alongside the will of the Force itself, whatever they may believe that to be through their individual experience. While the Jedi Order restricted themselves to following the light side of the Force and abolishing all else, the Sith doing the opposite of this, the Order of Commenor would encourage those within it's shelter to pursue their own interests whilst keeping themselves safely guarded, mediating their efforts with the advice and counsel of peoples having experienced both sides. At the end of the day, it was all for the sake of Commenor, the planet of trade who's peoples counted in the millions. This was in some way a tribute to the path of the Jedi of old who didn't solely deal in glorious battles or stories of galactic warfare, but held the small people up on high, respecting and prioritizing even the smallest of assignments such as aiding the security forces in enforcing peace in the city limits, helping to provide a better future for the civilians as well as working with the Government to better enable Commenor to protect itself against any would be enemy or government looking to threaten it's neutrality.

He had become to entwined with political parties of the past; the Conclave of the Republic had started off with the best of intentions and yet he had gone out of his way to redicule those who found themselves mixed up in matters of both elements, later finding himself fallen into that same habit by the work that he had started to do for Kay, now Queen and Monarch of Commenor. The Silver Jedi of Voss had too offered him a way to separate himself from the lure of governance in the galaxy, and at any other time he would have cherished and taken them up on it though with the collapse of Commenor's presidency, he had tried yet ultimately failed to stay away, in the end letting down Coci who had offered him so much, to return at the news of Kay's reappearance and emergence alongside the Sith. Much later, he had tried to follow in Cyril Grayson's footsteps, calling fourth another Conclave on Eol Sha, only to which he butted heads with the order of things in the North and quietly stepped away to return once again to Commenor. By all accounts it seemed he was destined to stay on this world, a world that was unique for which he thought of as home where nothing else had held such a place of interest to him. Engaged to the Queen Monarch, he had been given the tools and the political reach to once again bring into fruition an Order of Force Practitioners, only this time, they would differ from the others. Their ideals would pave the way for their future, their integrity would remain strong for the continuity of Commenor's future days while too not stepping outside of their means nor painting a picture too big for them to fulfill. They would later become known as Commenor's front lines defending against opposition unnatural to a society ignorant to the Force, where typical sentience wasn't enough, that they might intervene. Only at the need of the World of Commenor and only under the leadership of their Queen of whom the Masters of the Order, Veiere hoped would one day act as her advisers.

Imahalyan
Stardusts house

Hard at work with the many things that came to her, keeping back the memories of recent with the battle on mustafar. After such she had dove back into her work rarely being seen out unless it was for a meeting or to get some food for the house

However as she was typing away a notification came up on her hud, she looked it over as she opened it on her pad and read it. A meeting with a old friend whom she hadn't seen in awhile, she gave a smile as she stood and looked to her child sleeping in his crib. She sighed and picked him up as she rocked him back and forth humming before she nodded to herself.

She called up a servant and told them where she was going and to take care of the child, quickly she was to her fighter and out again

She arrived probably within a day given she was hurrying, she made her way to the location as she landed and jumped out, dressed in her mandalorian armor sabers in her sides, sword in her left hip as she adjusted it and westars complimenting the sabers.

She walked as she called out with a smile

you know friend it's quite rude to call a meeting so suddenly without saying hi before hand

She said in a hearty tone before she laughed

Any excuse to wear robes was just fine by Darlyn, if you were to ask him what he thought of [member="Veiere Arenais"]'s proposition to the Queen. Quite honestly he despised uniforms, to the point that it was a running joke in the guardsmen that if they all stopped acting like it, no one would know he was their boss. His black, sith like robes betrayed his upbringing and save for the Commenor seal on his left chest, he'd have appeared like nothing more than just that. A sith, or ex sith.

Though he didn't mind that much, the cloak was pretty good looking on him.

Wandering through the woodlands, he couldn't help but appreciate the location chosen by the man that had proposed to [member="Lady Kay"], even though his darkness stood out against the backdrop to the natural force energies here, that would only be detectable from the ground. From above, well, there was so much energy even he would blend in, at least enough. It was well thought out, and the man could appreciate that in someone who would be technically out-ranking him in the near-ish future.

Passing by the construction, one of the stones and construction workers fell from above, prompting Darlyn to catch both with the Force, with some effort of course. The stones weren't terribly large, considering their density, so it was entirely something he could do as he let the worker down gently. Then of course, he lifted the stone up back onto its place, securing it before moving on. Mistakes happened, the advantage of working with force users though was a limit to damages.

The only question regarding Darlyn's presence, as he pulled a flask out of his robes, was if he came as a representative of the palace or a member of the Praxeum being made at that moment.

Finally reaching Veiere, he noted the presence of [member="Stardust Raxis"] and smiled lightly, nodding his head to her. Then of course, he turned his head to the man that had called him there. "I almost feel bad for whoever gets stuck out here for the long run. It's a long walk back for a decent drink."

Kay-Larr

Sphaera Tea Company Owner
Kay was a bit surprised when [member="Veiere Arenais"] had proposed the idea of putting together a praxeum for study of the ways of the Force. She had wondered if it had been a hint of sorts, in order to better herself, or at the very least, earn some trust from others.

She had arrived early, wanting some time on her own to take everything in and wrap herself up in the comfort of the life all around the structure. The abundant Force energies of the trees and animals provided a cover for them, hiding them from detection by possible threats. It felt...safe.

Always with her crutch, a cup of warm Sapir Tea in her hand, she waited for the others to step inside. She didn't hide her Force Signature today, didn't wear any contacts. Kay didn't plan to hide today. This was her home, her planet, her place of refuge. Politics was left at the door.

And she had some explaining to do...

Pain. It would ultimately make you stronger, make you fight harder, and fight longer. Pain was like a virus, and when you were inoculated to it, you ultimately became immune. As his dropship broke through atmosphere, Ardgal stood by the pilot's seat, watching the clouds fly by the viewport. He stood clad from head to foot in his armor, blade by his side and stun grenades on his belt. The warrior came here to teach, he came here to share what he knew. He had been built from the ground up with one purpose: to kill everything that stood in front of him.

Project Madman had warped and twisted him into nothing more than a living war machine. He had begun to live for more, to be more, to become greater than that, but deep in his heart Ardgal knew he would only be the killer that was made on their operating table when they put the cyborg parts into his body and perverted his flesh. Now he was just a soulless killer, and a damn good one at that.

As the drop ship settled on the field next to the Praxium, the loading ramp lowered. Soldiers, clad from head to toe in matrix armor stormed out, spreading to cover the area with their shatter rifles and taking up defensive vantage points. Not far behind them, Ardgal strode down the ramp. His coretosis boots rang out as the hit the durasteel with each powered step. He reached the base of the ramp and scanned the area, looking at everyone present before giving a nod, "At ease, Godkillers."

The troops snapped to attention, all twenty of them forming around their lord. He strode out, if not his height, than his armor and pure size would have most likely made him stand out from anything most beings would ever encounter in this lifetime. To those sensitive in the Force, his vong shaping would most likely scream out like the horrific hole in reality it was--not just a giant blip of nothing, but a jagged hole torn open and sucked dry. He greeted [member="Lady Kay"] with a smart salute, pressing his gauntlet-clad finger tips against his helmet. She was the woman in charge here, not just of the event, but the planet. Respect was in order.

"It is an honor to finally meet you in person, ma'am," he said, his voice unaltered by vocalizers. When she had returned the salute, Ardgal removed his helmet, tucking it under his arm so they could look eye to eye. "I believe I was requested to help with training in anti-force user tactics."

Bradshaw Ku

Crown Prince of Commenor
The speeder bike swerved in and out of trees, some coming closer than others. Bradshaw steered only half awake. Fortunately for him, that was enough. He’d be late to the meeting, as usual. His com had woken him and seeing who’d sent it and figuring everyone would be there, he’d forced himself out of bed and crawled into his clothes – black pants and shirt, a knee length coat pulled over it all and finished with blasters, gloves, and goggles. Nothing special.

Restless, sleepless nights started to become increasingly common lately and not because of his usual drinking and womanizing ways. If only that were the case, he’d surely be much happier. Instead, like his temper, he was plagued more and more by nightmares. Most he couldn’t remember. The ones he could were of a foggy scene, a couple dueling a dark figure and losing, a blaster always at vision's edge. Nothing more. He didn’t know where the ghastly scene originated, but it started to make him angry, like everything else – and tired.

Even his eyes began revealing this new source of stress and not just because they were baggier than normal. Flecks of gold corruption, more advanced than his training or power in the force should warrant, speckled his dark green eyes, slowly overtaking the natural color, replacing it with the signature of the dark side.

Roaring up to the meeting area, the forest’s life-force and beauty going unnoticed to the sleepy, distracted Bradshaw, he recognized some of the people gathered, [member="Veiere Arenais"], [member="Lady Kay"], and [member="Darlyn Excron"] of course, but also [member="Stardust Raxis"] and [member="Ardgal Raxis"]. With less enthusiasm than he'd normally commit to the maneuver, the bike swung around to a quick stop and he dismounted. Actually, he wasn't exactly sure why he was here or what this meeting was about. He'd only paid attention to the where and when of the summons and little else, assuming it was important... or something. He'd find out soon enough.

Walking up to the group, his approach was marked not by what he said or did, but rather, the fact that he didn't say or do anything of note.

Kay-Larr

Sphaera Tea Company Owner
Kay raised a brow as [member="Ardgal Raxis"] approached. She saluted him back, but still wasn't quite sure about him. He had removed his helmet, yet she still wasn't quite certain of who he was. The fact that he recognized her at all was a moot point. She wasn't exactly hidden out of the public eye. "You weren't summoned by me, but by another. And the honour is all mine Mister...?" She paused to give him time to introduce himself.

But then [member="Bradshaw Ku"] showed up. He was dishevelled, and the corruption in his eyes nearly matched her own. Whereas hers was fading, however, his was growing. The bags under his eyes did little to help ease her concern either. "Everything alright, Brad? You look a little....out of sorts. Would you like some tea? It could help." Tea was always good. Yet she was unsure as to whether or not he'd accept it.

It was true to an extent that Kay Larr had not called fourth the meeting but rather been informed of it's happening in as much the same fashion as the others had been, though she had learned of Veiere's intentions far sooner, she had not had the time to watch over the proceedings while at the same time delegating with worldly affairs. This was not to encompass an entire nature but to offer something to a select few, a few who were chosen not from the governance of Commenor but by the Force, and their sensitivity to it's calling. Around them, the tree's kept their congregation a secret from the rest of the land, their voices held in by the surrounding forest who's lush green overlay clouded out all would-be distractions and laid the setting for what would be a very in-house discussion between those that he trusted, having associated with them all at least once and knowing of their history with Kay, there was a great difference in speaking to friends compared to addressing a group of unfamiliar faces.

"Nice to see you too, Stardust" Veiere grinned faintly as he stopped by her side, responding to her first with a warm smile pleased to see that she had accepted his invitation, "You're about to find out why the need for subtlety shortly, I assure you" he dipped his head briefly before stepping off towards the rest of the group, his voice lifting so that they might all turn and take notice.

"As for the rest of you!" he stopped before them all, standing now within the center of the clearing, the great building at his back and stardust still off to his side, he encouraged her to join the others with a passing wave before welcoming them all. "Thank you for agreeing to meet me here, this is a place that is going to be very important in Commenors future years. As you can see, the building behind me is quite extensive and though it is still under construction, it will be ready for our use in just under two months from now...". He smiled, turning to glance over his shoulder for a moment to remind himself of what was being accomplished here. He'd be lying to himself if he tried to hide the pride that he had for what would soon become the home of the Knights of Commenor.

"Outside of the Ruchuck sector, the Galaxy is fierce, it is a place of chaos and war..." He reminded them, his tone having changed, the enthusiasm dying a little as he announced the facts, "There are many powers beyond our reach and beyond our capabilities of defending against should they wish to bring harm to the people of this World. The Sith, the Jedi, rogue members of either Order for whatever their reasons, they alike many of us are capable of great things...-And incredibly destructive things...-It is for this reason that I, with the approval of our Queen will be settling in these woodlands, a place of training and education for practitioners of the Force, but further than that, an Order of Knights that will one day stand at the forefront of Commenors needs, to protect and serve for the people in any way required...".

"And...I want you all to be involved. I will not be doing this on my own but some of you will help me...-Some of you will want to help me because in doing so, you will be providing for the people here of Commenor and in that, there is great pride. Integrity in giving to the people who are not always in the position to provide for themselves. Whether that be protection and security, supply or medical aid...-Or even war if it is to come to our doorstep...".

Stardust offered a smirk as she was now curious of what he meant, she followed his movement and came closer to the group her eyes looking them over. Definitely a bunch she knew and respected save for [member="Bradshaw Ku"] who seemed to be a bit...how could she put it...he looked like he just had to stay awake through five hours of fighting only to get a hour of rest before being told to advance...least that's what she saw noticing those speckled god bits in his eyes...

Her attention was back to him now, her arms subconsciously crossed a pose that she simply just did when stopped and listening. She had been curious if the building as she glanced back marveling at its structure before she looked back at to him again. At the mention of war she bowed her head and went silent, she had been busy fighting recently with the first order though now had stopped to take care of a few things....both in her world and now this meeting.

However she stood straighter, he wanted their help with these...order of knights, she looked to him waiting for him to finish as she nodded and looked around. For her friend and adopted sister...who she didn't know if she had her memories back of star yet...for this was the closest she had to a family and she wanted to keep them safe, so with a confident toneshe spoke

what's the first things that need to be done Veiere, I'm ready to assist you in this project with however you need...

Bradshaw Ku

Crown Prince of Commenor
[member="Lady Kay"] took notice of his, well, less than energetic demeanor. To put it one way. She asked if he was alright, but still having little experience with opening up to others, at least, in ways that weren’t angry, and frankly too proud to admit that he’d been losing sleep over silly nightmares, he tried to perk himself up and said as convincingly as he could, “Yeah, I’m fine. Just a lot of late nights…” he gave his best sleazy smile, “if you know what I mean.” In truth, he hadn’t had any of those late nights in quite some time.

As for the tea, he had been wondering what was so great about his mother’s favorite drink. Even [member="Darlyn Excron"] seemed to like it. Plus, if it had any caffeine, it couldn’t hurt. He nodded his head, “Sure, I’ll try your drug of choice, might as well see what it’s all about.”

[member="Veiere Arenais"] welcomed the group, and then in more serious tones, described the threats to the planet and the need for a place to educate force users, but also serve Commenor, and protect it. Unsurprisingly, the parts Bradshaw paid attention to weren’t Veiere’s call for a place of education or any of the other myriad of options he listed as ways to serve the Queen and Commenor. It was his allusions to war that caught his attention.

When Veiere finished, Bradshaw called out, “If I’m going to be fighting in a war, someone’s gunna have to give me a lightsaber because I’m feeling real left out, right about now,” he joked. He was tired and more stressed than normal, but it would apparently take more than that to completely kill his unique sense of humor. Though, he had been feeling increasingly weird about still not having a lightsaber. Shouldn't he have a lightsaber by now? He wasn't sure how these things were supposed to work.

Kay excused herself briefly to get [member="Bradshaw Ku"] some tea. It just took her a minute before she came back with another cup and handed it to him. Brad worried her, and in more ways than his playboy ways could. She spoke quietly to him. "Give it a few minutes to finish steeping."

Her attention was then turned to [member="Veiere Arenais"] while he spoke. Again he called her Queen. That was rare, for she knew how he had felt about her taking the throne for herself. She still hadn't told him the details of it, nor did she plan to. Yet Veiere had a certain gift for getting her to divulge information to him that she'd rather not share. Perhaps it was because she loved him.

Her memories have still not all been given back to her. The only ones that had were of herself and Veiere. Her only memories of [member="Stardust Raxis"] had been from after Kay's return from captivity.

Bradshaw caught her attention again when he had mentioned needing a lightsaber. What about his Father's? It was gifted to him after Shaw's death, but perhaps, given that he was so young, he had lost it after he was taken away. She really didn't know. But perhaps it was better if he built his own anyways.

"No one's fighting in a war yet, Brad. But it doesn't hurt to be prepared."

Sorel Crieff

Ready are you? What know you of ready?
As Sorel approached the planet, she considered what she knew of her destination. It was a key trading outpost and spaceport, and as such was considered as prestigious as the Core planets. It was known for its chrysopaz gemstones and apparently its local brandy.

But she was not here as a tourist or to imbibe the local liquor. Instead she had been asked to attend a conclave.

Until recently, such invitations were loosely pushed her way. If she had time between training Padawans and missions, she would consider such opportunities and invariably decline them. But that was then and this was now.

Now she was the Grand Master-elect and her presence was less desirable and more mandatory. So sheet on a brave face and landed her ship at the prescribed coordinates.

She was delighted to see the construction of a praxeum nearby and saw this as a good omen. So, stepping off her ship, she walked into the clearing and took in those assembled, offering her customary bow as she approached them, her dark brown robes flapping as she walked forward, a genuine but fixed smile on her lips.

[member="Lady Kay"] [member="Bradshaw Ku"] [member="Stardust Raxis"] [member="Veiere Arenais"] [member="Ardgal Raxis"] [member="Darlyn Excron"]

Well that was disgusting. Darlyn's head was immediately drawn to [member="Sorel Crieff"] as she approached, a beacon of light compared to his darkness, Brad's darkness, and even the light of [member="Veiere Arenais"]. A genuine, completely lightsided Jedi. It might just be Exar Kun's lightsaber on his hilt making his opinion more lopsided than usual, but he almost would've preferred she didn't show up. Still, there must be a reason, Veiere was the one in charge of the Praxeum, so he'd assume she was supposed to be here, for now.

Listening to Veiere, he could tell why [member="Lady Kay"] was fond of him. He was quite good with words, not that he had much doubt. The two had very little interaction, but their few chance encounters had been rather well received. He listened to [member="Stardust Raxis"] affirm her commitment to the project, and turned his head at [member="Bradshaw Ku"]'s words. A lightsaber eh? Darlyn chuckled and shook his head, before walking over to the boy. He plucked his yellow blade from his hip, flipping the hilt in his hand a few times before showing it to Ku. "You'll make yours soon enough. First I want to be confident you won't get yourself killed with it, and that means showing competency with basic combat. And lately my guards have been making you look like a blind two year old flailing at nightmares in the night."

"When you can handle that, I'll let you learn how a lightsaber is made. Deal?"
Brad worked well when he had a goal, something to focus on. He'd give the boy a goal, and he was confident he would be able to achieve. He hadn't been let down yet.

[member="Ardgal Raxis"]

Bradshaw Ku was naturally the first to speak up and in such a way that only the boy knew how to do so well. Of course the youth would jump straight on to the subject of the lightsaber, Veiere had seen this in so many students of the past, most typically the males who yearned for the excitement of a Jedi's life, not realizing the dangers and the real nature that was their job, putting their life in harms way so that others might not need to. He was about to speak up in response when his thoughts were interrupted by the arrival of another vessel, this one of foreign origin to Commenor though not so much to Veiere, he knew it's make and had seen many of them before, most notably however was the passengers presence within the Force itself, she of whom was highly recognized within the Silver Jedi Order, a former common-place of his on Voss, though they had not run into each other within the Academy there mayhaps by the fault of Veiere's.

"Welcome to Commenor, Master" Veiere called forward to Sorel Crieff of whom was the first of visitors not already heavily involved in the World's efforts, his eyes soon returning to the rest of the group, offering them a warm smile in his appreciation of their presence and agreement to meet with him there. "Unfortunately, yes...-Conflict is a difficult part of any Force Practioners path, we are often guided by the Force into these times with the ability to help those who cannot defend themselves, there given a choice of doing so or not...-It's a morale choice and one that will represent Commenor as well as the Force Praxeum here in your future, Bradshaw..." Veiere singled out the younger man with a wary glance, soon gesturing for them all to follow with him. "Come now, let us see what's become of the building...-Watch your head, much of it is still in construction...-Though I hear progress is going nicely...".

He would lead them up the steps towards the Praxeum should they agree to follow, the large double doors twice the size of he, a bold view the entrance to this place that it might speak volumes for the enormous potential the Praxeum held within. Pushing these doors open, the floor of polished stone lead them through to a great open hall, of which had yet to be filled with decor, still a mess with the supplies and tools of construction workers, the roof above them hollowed out though the surface in tact and keeping the interior dry. Lines of wires carrying electrical currents spanned across the beams above, tracing through to the walls and being carried off down both wings of the structure, the Residential Wing to the left and the Training Wing to the right; ahead of him was the to become the head of the Praxeum itself containing the ceremony hall as well as the conference chambers of which the Masters of this neutral Order would work in collaboration with Lady Kay, the Queen herself.

"To my right the floor will take us to the Training rooms of which there are plenty, it spans both floors and will house the future of our Order in which all members will prepare themselves for whatever path might lay ahead of them. To the right, the residential and living quarters, the mess hall, the lounging suites and the Archives on the second floor will play host for all other needs. You're all free to wander, I'm by no means expecting you to stick with me. Go and explore to your hearts content and keep in mind that we still have a deal of time ahead of us in which this Praxeum will be finished..."

Lady Kay said:
"You weren't summoned by me, but by another. And the honour is all mine Mister...?"
"Ardgal Raxis," He said with a slight nod. That did make them something of distant siblings through "brother" and "sister" hood that was claimed and adoptive--or something that made it a wobbly web of connectivity. He didn't know, and frankly to this guy, it didn't make too much of a difference. He was still learning how to stop being Subject 13 and how to be Raxis'alor, family man.

He nodded to his godkillers who fell in line after their commander, Virgil was a slight bit behind him, keeping her respectful, but close, distance that she preferred. Ardgal looked the place over, to most it would appear to be just a causal observation, just by his expression, but the warrior's analysis chip, he was calculating the building itself. It looked like she had good bones, the building could probably stand up on its own from a blast or orbital bombardment--even if just for a few moments. That was where the rub came in, though. He didn't see any defensive turrets, and his advanced scanners weren't picking any up either.

The warrior took a few steps forward, "Master Arenias," the biot said beginning to tap on the touchpad on his left gauntlet, "Its a rather nice structure you have on hand here, my complements for your handywork and hiring on good craftsmen," he met the man eye to eye, "As a token of good faith on behalf of myself, RMIA, and the Mando'ade, I would like to offer you a small gesture of our goodwill," his touchpad beeped with a red light, a holoprojection appeared of several assets, "20 squads of our Hellstorm tanks, 20 more of our Icarus-class anti-aircraft platforms, 50 Ultraguardian turrets, 10 crates of our K-40's, with Brimstone ammunition, and an open contract to more if and when you are ready, with my complements."

Clan Raxis had an Embassy on Commenor. Kay wondered if [member="Ardgal Raxis"] knew of it. She couldn't be certain. Not that it mattered at this moment anyways. Now was not the time for politics. Not here.

She smirked a little while [member="Darlyn Excron"] and [member="Bradshaw Ku"] had their discussion. At some point she was to let everyone know about Brad being her adopted son from long ago. But not now. Now wasn't the time.

[member="Veiere Arenais"] brought everyone in for a brief tour. She followed in behind, keeping a respectful distance while he spoke. The Praxeum was going to be a sight to behold when it was complete. She was glad that he found himself something to do while he was here, and it was something that he had a passion for.

When he was finished, Kay stepped up beside him and linked her arm with his. "You've done well. It's much bigger than I had imagined. Will you be spending most of your time here then? Or will we still be able to escape to the Estate on ocassion?" She wanted to be able to have some spare nights with him, especially after they are wed.

Bradshaw Ku

Crown Prince of Commenor
[member="Darlyn Excron"] responded to his comment after [member="Lady Kay"] gave him a cup of tea and told him nobody was fighting in a war. Darlyn offered to teach him to build a lightsaber only after he showed some competency in combat. Bradshaw involuntarily gritted his teeth at Darlyn’s description of his current fighting ability, ‘like a blind two-year-old flailing at nightmares in the night’. The slight didn’t bother him, the mention of nightmares did. Darlyn couldn’t know about his nightmares, right? He worried. No, there was no way he knew. It was just coincidence.

“Sure, sounds like a deal. But with an incentive like that, you better warn your staff to expect a grade-A-smackdown.” He said with a smirk.

Surprisingly, he did already own a lightsaber. Not one he’d built, of course, but one gifted to him after his late father’s death. Currently, it lay untouched and almost forgotten in an undecorated box in his palace suite. He’d kept it all this time and it was one of the only things that had traveled with him across the galaxy from one job to the next. He used to look at it more when he was younger, but as he grew, he peered into the box gradually less often because the emotional turmoil that it often caused grew as he did. And with him, emotion often ended with destructive results.

[member="Veiere Arenais"] then welcomed a newcomer to the meeting. It was someone he’d never seen before. Even with little training in the finer arts of the force, Bradshaw still noticed that this new woman had a very different presence in the force than Darlyn, or even his first impressions of his mother. She felt much more like Veiere, but, perhaps even more aligned in the light. Some sort of Jedi, he guessed.

He followed Veiere and the rest of the group into the half-finished building and listened to his explanations before he suggested they explore the rest. He decided to do so on his own, for some reason feeling uncharacteristically solitary.

He did overhear [member="Ardgal Raxis"] offer Veiere an impressive number and range of armaments, however. Now we’re talking, he mused to himself before disappearing down a hallway. Aimlessly, he wandered around the structure, ascribing little significance to the unfinished building before he came to what appeared to be, or would be, a small courtyard with the vague structure of a stone fountain at its center. Being unfinished, the fountain was dry, so he lifted himself up to sit on it, leaning his back against the central shaft.

He tried the first sip of the sapir tea his mother and Darlyn seemed so taken with. The verdict? It tasted like tea. Though, he did notice there was something more pleasant about it than most of the teas he’d had, which weren’t many.

The lively beauty of the Illaria Woodlands and the rising buildings of the new Conclave surrounding him all pointed toward brighter futures, and in doing so, stood in stark contrast to the haunting nights and growing turmoil that seemed to point, for him, toward darker days ahead. What it meant, he didn’t know.

She followed into The building being constructed, she looked around in awe at the place as she gave a nod and smile. Definitely this place would make a good home for force users wishing to learn about the force, a safe place to not be discriminated as dark or light or in between but as a student and teach of the force

She glanced to the newcomer and gave a smile and nod before she looked forward again, she had to admit as she moved away from the group this place was calm. She looked out to the forest that seemed to just stretch on and on and on....she could see herself in this place teaching groups of students the basics of the force and lightsaber training....

However she spied someone she didn't know...ans seeing as he was here she might as well introduce herself, she moved to the fountain as she looked at it and spoke too [member="Bradshaw Ku"]

not a bad little place Huh? Surely it'll be a grand sight when it's finished...oh my manner...i am stardust raxis queen of imahalyan and you?

To say that [member="Ardgal Raxis"] had taken him off guard was an understatement, such a claim to support Commenor with such a strong addition to the military went beyond anything Veiere had expected. Turning to look to the man, he bowed his head in thanks and soon gestured to [member="Lady Kay"], "The additions to Commenor's forces will do wonders for our defense, I'm sure they will be put to good use by Kay's number one" He smiled before taking Ardgal into a different area for discussion, "I'm glad you've accepted the invitation to come and see this place for yourself, I must say. I want there to be an air of understanding between peoples both of the Force and uneducated in it. I want our students to know how to best defend themselves and the people of Commenor by confronting hard truths. Not everyone appreciates those capable in the Force for what they are capable doing against society should they be so violently inclined. It was my hope that you might help me from an outsiders perspective given your experience...". Kay didn't seem to have recognized him though there was the hope that she'd open herself to the chance of being able to relive that friendship knowing that Veiere himself had put so much faith in Ardgal, a man of whom had killed a number of Force Users and yet was being welcomed into the Praxeum of this new Order by the one who had brought it all together himself. In Veiere's mind, there were no justified risks around who Ardgal was and the integrity of his character where Commenor's future was considered. "At least think on it, you need not answer right away my friend" He added, nodding as if to excuse himself where Kay linked arms with him and they sought a moment to themselves.

"Much of my time will be spent here during the first few years, it's true though no more than you do in the Capital. Every chance I have to slip away will be spent with you in the nights, worry not" He grinned to her as they began to walk, the compliment in their positions was that at the head of both organizations, they could afford to take some time out for themselves while the others all explored the rest of the Praxeum. "What are the chances that you might join us here during some of our classes?" He glanced back to her, a genuine curiosity upon his face as he hoped that she might agree, "There's a good deal of potential here and you could learn a lot from the others...-Or I could continue to teach you in private if that's what you'd prefer. Either way the facilities here are going to be most excellent for the cause...".

Kay had never met [member="Ardgal Raxis"] , so there was no memory loss there. Today's venture had been their first meeting. Though she was quite surprised that the Mandos were offering her anything. Perhaps it was to make up for the betrayal of some of the clans. Either way, she wasn't going to turn it down. Her Head of Engineering would check them all out to be sure that they were in good working order before they could be put to use.

As she walked with [member="Veiere Arenais"] , she knew that he would spend a lot of time here and she was glad for it. Although she could imagine herself having to come down here in the middle of the night and finding him asleep amongst a library of research. Veiere tends to overwork himself like she does.

To his question on her joining the classes, she hesitated somewhat. Having her secret revealled wasn't something that she was comfortable with. And Veiere knew that. "I don't know.....I don't know everyone, nor if they can be trusted. There is still a big fear around Force Users in general and some of our alliances and trade deals would be lost if they knew my secret....It's my ace up my sleeve in case someone tries to hold me hostage or something." She wasn't going to allow herself to get captured as easily as when Prazutis hunted her down. If she had used her abilities beforehand, she might of had a better chance. It was hard to say.
