Rex was joined by a youngish woman called Vandra Zambrano. He had no idea who the woman was but she offered to join the corrupted, on one condition. That a blade was made for her. Rex looked at the woman for two seconds before deciding what the woman would need. As such he made two of these blades for her, knowing he had gotten it right.
The blade uses nanotechnology as well as songsteel. This was a creative choice by Rex as he added a ultra sonic vibration generator. But has turned out to be a useful one as it can block most lightsabres. The vibration generator itself can cut through quite a number of items but activating it removes any sense of stealth the user wished to have. The nanotechnology and the generator can both be affected by an EMP.
The nanotechnology is able to be an explosive. A problem with the nanotechnology is that it must cut the skin, that is the only way the droids activate. It can't affect the armour but once it has pierced any amount of skin it's affects are immediate. When Rex was finished with these two crafted blades he was some what pleased. These were definitely weapons befitting a member of the disciples of the corrupt.

- Loud when active - Due to the ultrasonic vibration generator activated it is rather loud and makes stealth useless.
- The armour is stopping it - The nano droids must be applied to the skin through a cut from the sword. They are no good on armour.
- Explosive nanobots - with the explosive nanobots it is possible that during an explosion the blade could also be destroyed.
