Description: The Medallion of Darrick's Legacy is a force-imbued artefact that was made by the Sith Lord to serve as his personal force-enhancing item. It was made by himself through gathering the materials, shaping them, and imbuing them with the Force. It also serves as the signature artefact of Darrick and features his personal coat of arm's shape.
Other than decorative purposes, the medallion was made to enhance its wearer's force powers and boost their stamina by reducing the focus and energy needed to perform a force power, yet a huge drawback of its effects is the great false dark side signature it gives off, making the medallion's user appear as a darksider even if it is not true. The aura it releases is, in most cases, stronger than its wearer's force signature, and only high-level Masters are capable of sensing the true allegiance of the item's user behind it.
The medallion has been used to smuggle a person into the ranks of the Sith in the past, yet stronger level darksiders (high knight and above) were able to sense their force signature was fake. Besides giving off false aura, it also corrupts its users, tempting them to join the dark side of the Force. All of that has led people into trouble, making the medallion incredibly dangerous and pointless to wear unless its user truly is a darksider.
Like all other Lancaster family artefacts, it's been hidden in the galaxy and no clues to its location have been left behind, making it difficult to find.
