- Planet(s) Chosen:
- Name of the Government: The Kaminoan Hegemony
- Relationship With Overlord: Prior to the Planeshift, the Kaminoan Ruling Council was a direct member of the Confederate Parliament and participated in its legislative body through Prime Minister
Kama Nu and Kaminoan governors. After the rise of the Hegemony, sparked by galactic convergences, Kamino has taken on a more passive role as a client state.
- Type of Government: Technocratic electocracy
- Symbol: The symbol of the Kaminoan Hegemony is a stylized Kaminoan face bearing ancient markings on the forehead. It is usually depicted in a deep teal color, outlined in white.
- Role: Before the Planeshift, Kamino was a prominent member of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Its people were known throughout the galacy for their many technological advancements across various fields, such as weapons development, astronautics, and genetics research. Post-Planeshift, however, Kamino found itself in a precarious situation. Kaminoan diplomats and military officials worked closely with the Shi'ido and Croke to establish a secure dominion of the Rishi Maze. Despite no longer residing in Wild Space, the Hegemony maintains strong relations with the CIS thanks to its proximity to two hypergates in the Maze, though it does self-govern as an independent state.

- Leadership:
Kama Nu (prime minister)
- Capital: Tipoca City, Kamino
- Notable Assets:
- Important Members: n/a
- Government Stability: Medium. While the Hegemony does not face much turbulence by way of internal strife, it is still navigating the political and economic aftermath of the Planeshift. Kamino once offered nations like the Empire and Confederacy a variety of genetics programs and cloning projects, services that have now become much more difficult to maintain.
- Wealth: High. Cloning, Kamino's most famous entrepreneurial endeavor, has generated an impressive amount of wealth for the Hegemony. Private and government contracts undertaken by Kaminoan Engineering, the Hegemony's nationalized conglomerate, directly stimulates the economy. Tibanna gas refineries on Casna Aure and Casna Besh are quite profitable, as well as raw mineral extraction on Korasa.
- Freedom & Oppression: The people living within the Rishi Maze are relatively unoppressed and enjoy typical freedoms that are conventional and fair by galactic standards. Scientific progress is loosely regulated, enabling the scientific community within Hegemony space to make profound discoveries through means that other powers may find unethical. Cloning, for example, is a widely controversial practice that is highly respected on Kamino, even to the extent that a monk-like order of cloners exists among the population. In terms of personal freedoms, citizens in the Hegemony enjoy political franchise, though under its electocratic government, they may not participate directly in their governance beyond electing their preferred candidates to the Ruling Council.

- Biomolecules
- Foodstuffs
- Plasma
- Raw materials

- Military Strength Rating: High
- Military Force Name: Kamino Security (KamSec)
- Military Force: Kamino Security, despite its name, is a large military force that defends the entirety of the Rishi Maze. It is headquartered on Kamino with sizable presences on Lao-mon and Crakull. Small outposts are located on several worlds in the Kamino system as well, namely on Bora Vio and Miyuu. The Hegemony's military is almost entirely fielded by clone troopers and Kaminoan officers, though a small percentage of active troops are Shi'ido and Croke, two species with natural shapeshifting and illusory abilities that often sees them enlisted in KamSec's Special Tasks Group (STG).
- Military Role: KamSec enforces a system of martial law throughout the Rishi maze, acting as both a defense force and law enforcement agency.
- Military Installations:

The Kaminoan Hegemony is a nascent government that established itself as the political and military authority of the Rishi Maze following the Planeshift event. After emerging in the Maze, far from Wild Space, the Kaminoan Ruling Council hit the ground running to explore their surroundings and triangulate their new orbit. Making contact with the Shi'ido of Lao-mon and the Croke of Crakull was an early success in charting Kamino's environs, and shortly after, the three species began extensive diplomatic sessions to decide upon a proper course of action moving forward. There were many debates and proposals, but in the end, the coalition decided that Kamino's infrastructure was better suited to serve as the Maze's capital. Rather than govern the region on its own, the Kaminoan Ruling Council expanded its membership to include planetary officials from Lao-mon and Crakull.
After restoring communications networks and defense grids, the Council focused on securing the outer edge of the Rishi Maze to prevent marauders and pirate fleets from raiding remote military installations and mining sites. The Hegemony's Special Tasks Group (STG) was formally established with the singular goal of protecting their new domain with the use of lethal and often clandestine actions. Together, the Kaminoans, Shi'ido, and Croke carved local raider gangs from their worlds. When the last known outpost was destroyed, the Ruling Council celebrated by formally christening the Kaminoan Hegemony and declaring Tipoca City its capital.
Today, the Hegemony operates much like the planetary government of Kamino did for centuries before the Planeshift. Its location on the far reaches of the known galaxy make it an unlikely target for most predatory factions, and those who do consider attacking the Rishi Maze now face a triad of species working together under a unified banner. Relations between the Hegemony and Confederacy are not as strong as they once were, but the Ruling Council participates as best it can considering the incredible distance between the two nations. The Hegemony keeps close tabs on neighboring powers, namely the Galactic Alliance, of which it is skeptical. The Hegemony continues to grow legions of clone troopers to support its military and accept contracts from a vast diversity of clients across the galaxy, making use of the Lao-mon and Kamino hypergates for transportation.
