They had everything they needed for a journey of great importance and adventure. To get something and crystals... one could never know what they might find on a world like this and Matsu wasn't going to turn down more crystals or a chance to explore parts she hadn't before... well with her new training and abilities like she had worked on learning with Corvus. Matsu was leading the way into the temple and stopped looking. "Looks like they have started to get in there and unearth the tombs near the caves. How much do you like tomb raiding."
They had everything they needed for a journey of great importance and adventure. To get something and crystals... one could never know what they might find on a world like this and Matsu wasn't going to turn down more crystals or a chance to explore parts she hadn't before... well with her new training and abilities like she had worked on learning with Corvus. Claire looked a little worried as she looked into the opening of the tomb. If she was by herself there was no way she would be going in there, Claire was smart enough to know that some of the most dangerous animals in the galaxy like to live in dark places like this. But Matsu was there and she didn't seem worried at all. It couldn't be that dangerous with Matsu by her side right? "I've never done it before but I could try it."

Matsu looked at her while the girl seemed nervous and she offered a smile on her face looking over the cave entrance. "Good it is always good to try new things." She was walking towards the opening and bringing her hand out while she pulled light towards her palm to create a small glowball to guide them while she entered. "on't worry, most of the dangerous creatures don't remain around these places. The jedi have been clearing them away for years and they have moved on."
Matsu looked at her while the girl seemed nervous and she offered a smile on her face looking over the cave entrance. "Good it is always good to try new things." She was walking towards the opening and bringing her hand out while she pulled light towards her palm to create a small glowball to guide them while she entered. "on't worry, most of the dangerous creatures don't remain around these places. The jedi have been clearing them away for years and they have moved on."

Claire was happy to hear that. "Well in that case we've got nothing to worry about." She said as she followed Matsu inside.

Matsu did just that heading into the cave and providing a light from her hand as she made a small glow ball. Leaving room for the padawan herself to walk and seek out things. "Alright come in and focus your mind. Let the force guide you in here and see if you can find anything."

"Yes master." Claire nodded and closed her eyes and focused her mind on the force. Claire sensed that light-side of the force was strong here. She could feel part of it calling to her further inside the cave. "Something's there... further inside."

Matsu nodded in acknowledgement as she could feel it with a bow of her head. "Lead the way." She said it but stayed there ready to look at some of the things on the wall. "You can feel it, I will follow as you serch and if something comes after us we will handle it." There were creatures but they didn't come after most things for fear or understanding.... Didn't mean they still couldn't be a problem if you weren't careful.

Claire headed further inside, the cave didn't seem all that dangerous, in fact it felt pretty peaceful just being here. "Is this what it means for a place to be strong with the light-side...?" Claire wondered aloud. Eventually Claire started to notice small crystals dot the wall, Not big enough to use but it was a good sign that they were going the right way.

Matsu gave a bow of her head to them for that. They had been working hard and she could give over a few od the things. "Yes it does, some places really strong in the lightside of the force prove invaluable to jedi and can help them focus." She found plenty of the things that were there with her attention going back towards the different things. She was interested in seeing how the padawan reacted, some jedi felt it differently and some could innately listen to the force resonate in crystals.

The energy was getting stronger the further they went, eventually it got to the point where it was getting hard for Claire to sense anything else, it made her feel extremely relaxed. "We gotta be close by now... But these crystals are only a little bigger then the others... Think their behind a wall or something?"

Matsu could sense it and she was looking at the crystal. "it is possible, where you sense the force is leading you is what you are looking for. If there is a wall of ice I can show you how to move it aside safely and carefully. The crystals though do get larger the deeper you go in as they have been untouched." She was holding one of the crystals and rubbing it to smooth and shave some parts out of it for a saber.

Claire approached what appeared to be a opening that had froze over. "Hey... over here. I sense something behind here."

Matsu looked at where she was headed and gave a nod of her head while motioning. "Alright now the best way to handle ice is with heat and fire but rather then wste your lightsaber. Focus the force to warm your body, into your core with tapas and then take it more. Make the heat radite off of your skin into convection to melt the ice under your palm." The jedi master was standign there and working on it as she held her hand against the ice and it started to steam and melt.

As Matsu was melting the ice wall Claire listened to Matsu's words and memorized them. "Alright... let me try." Claire said as she stood next to Matsu and started to focus the force into her body. It took longer for Claire to use the ability then Matsu did but Claire soon felt the heat radiating off of her, Claire put her hand on the ice and with the two of them using the ability together the ice wall melted away and the crystals they were looking for was on the other side.

There we go, she was practicing it and working to make the ability something she could use. With tapas good for places like this, convection was good for preventing being covered in ice and snow while she could feel the crystals and finsihed revealing them for the padawan to seek and find her own. "Alright now reach out with the force and find the one that resonates with you most."

Claire entered the room and sat in the middle of it to meditate. Each crystal felt different in was in someway but they felt similar too. Some of them called to her more then others but only a little. She wasn't sure what she was going to pick. Then she heard a sound that surprised her enough to snap her out of her trance. There was a sudden humming in her ear. What the...that sound... Where's it coming from? Claire closed her eyes and listened. It was coming from her right, from a sky blue crystal coming out of the wall. She walked up to it and as she did the crystal glowed brighter and she could feel it's energy more clearly. "This is it... This is the one. It's... beautiful."

"Two blades... That's a interesting idea..." Claire thought about it. Maybe it could help her with her combat short comings like her lack of physical power. However Claire wasn't sure she was ready for that yet. "I'll defiantly keep that in mind. I'd love to try two someday after I get better with one."

"That is usually a good plan." Practicing with one blade was always a good thing before moving to two blades. She could work with that while standing there and offering a raised eyebrow. "Now have you studied how to construct your lightsaber?" She didn't wan to rush the girl but there was a lot they could still do while gathering things here. THe jedi master offered a smile on her face though.
