The Jen'ari Empire Chiss Resources (Dominion of Hex Q, 18)

Darth Vyrassu

Immortal Jen'ari Sith Emperor

image0.jpg

The Jen'ari Empire continued to expand it's territory across Chiss space when Imperial agents discovered the gas giant of Mobus. The gas resources could be used for Turbo lasers. The Jen'ari Emperor informs his Dark Council that the planets Klasse Ephemora and Mobus for the resources. Darth Animus begins readying the Jen'ari Imperial Armada and scrambles thousands upon thousands of Sith Troopers loading up for deployment. The Sith of the Empire begun getting ready in their own way. When the time came, the Jen'ari Imperial Armada shot into hyperspace. Within a few short hours the Armada exited Hyperspace and begun assaulting the Chiss space station over Mobus.

Behind Mobus is seen Klasse Ephemora. While a the Sith fighters are attacking the station, hundreds of Chiss fighters are sent out to counter the Sith Fighters. During the dog fight thousands of Sith Troopers and Sith are sent to the city in the gas cloud planet to capture the Chiss leader and take control of the system. The Sith Troopers and the Sith quickly land on several platforms scattered around the city and begun the ground assault.

Darth Rowe calmly sitting in a seat in the Lambda shuttle waiting to land. As she waited she looked out the window to see the space battle going on. Once she entered the planet Rowe closed his eyes focusing on the force feeling the Sith troopers and the other Sith. She was mentally and physically prepared for this. The Emperor wanted the planet for it's gas resources so she would not fail him. Rowe could see coming into view. It sass very nice actually. Much different than Jena'tes. The city was huge, built upon a floating platform. Around the city off the platform Rowe noticed gas mining machines. Those will be great once the Empire owns them she thought to herself. Rowe felt the shuttle land on the platform. Rowe stood up as the ramp lowered. Once the ramp was lowered Rowe walked down the ramp to already see several dozen Sith Troops setting up a perimeter. One troop walks up to Darth Rowe. The Imperial Army is in place and ready to begin the assault mi'lady. Rowe looked to the Sith Trooper with a nod. begin the assault Sergeant. Rowe looked to the building in front of her as she reached the hilt on her belt calmly pulling it off and hitting a switch on it. A red glow illuminating Rowe's face as she swung her crimson lightsaber and pointed it at the city, several Chiss troopers come rushing out and begin blasting at the Empire. Sith troopers return fire as Rowe swings her lightsaber around defending herself from blaster bolts.

Rowe begins pushing forward waving her Sith troopers forward. Rowe using her lightsaber to deflect bolts back at the Chiss. As Rowe pressed forward she would watch Chiss drop dead. Rowe continued her focus to defend blaster bolts back at the Chiss troopers. Once Rowe was close enough she swung her lightsaber cutting down one Chiss soldier then another. Rowe noticed the Chiss inside the building sealing the doors so the Sith couldn't get in. Rowe leaped into the air doing a front flip over the Chiss soldiers. Once her feet were on the ground she quickly spun around cutting down the last of the Chiss troops. Rowe stood up and looked to the Sith troopers. Let's move. Rowe turned to the doors and raised one arm while the other held her lightsaber at the ground. With the force Rowe ripped the doors off their hinges and crumbled them then threw the doors at the Chiss right inside the doors killing them. Rowe then stepped through the open doorway and looked left, then looked right. Rowe didn't know which way to go. She closed her eyes trying to sense life forms in any direction. She found life in both directions. Rowe opened her eyes looking both directions. The Sith troops rushed in setting up a perimeter on both sides of the halls awaiting further orders.

The attack had come too soon. Animus had been mustering the might of the Jen'ari Empire for combat in another sector. They had received word that the Chiss renegades the Empire had been tracking had relocated their primary base of operations. Before Animus could redirect their forces, his comrade [member="Darth Rowe"] had launched an all out attack with what ships she could muster. He admired her ferocity and drive to support the Empire, yet at times it was a bit troublesome. Animus had little choice but to act to provide support. Mustering what ships he could in a short amount of time, he launched a full scale assault on the world of Mobus.
His fleet of twelve cruisers and frigates exited hyperspace in the middle of the assault already underway by the remnants of the first wave. Animus sent word and the first wave fell back to rally with his ships, some of their hulls still trailing smoke from their combat damage. Animus moved them to the rear of the formation, as he turned his focus back entirely to the Chiss fleet holding position near the gas giant, and the space station where combat even now was underway. Grimacing, Animus began to issue orders to the fleet. He needed to get in there and support the ground troops before it was too late, what this system represented to the Empire couldn't be lost.
"All ships full combat alert. Deploy all fighters in a forward picket formation, and send word to [member="Nicole Callix"] and Dark Eagle Squadron to deploy at once. They are to punch through the enemy formation and get to the space station and city below. I want to have aerial superiority well established by the time we get our dropships underway. Have all vessels deploy in the Cannae Formation, with the Titan at the head. We will draw them in and crush them." As his orders began to be relayed to the rest of the fleet, the first officer of the Titan approached Animus, bowing his head respectfully before he spoke. "My Lord, the Chiss fleet outnumbers us four to one, the formation you are planning...it cannot be done with those odds." He froze in place as Animus turned to regard the man, his helmet revealing nothing to the young man. Finally Animus turned back to the front of the bridge, watching as waves of starfighters streaked by the bridge into the distance. "Let me worry about greater tactics, Commander. Your only task is to follow orders. Is that clear?" The last words were accented by Animus dropping his hand to the saber at his hip, the warning clear to the Commander. He bowed his head and stepped away from the Dark Council member, and Animus returned to the battle at hand.
Bolts of blue and pure crimson began to streak back and forth through space, impacts flaring against the shields of the vessels they struck. At this distance they were being fired blindly, but as they drew closer the accuracy would become much more prominent. The battle would truly begin soon.

On one of the cruisers in the space battle, Necrin stood in the bridge looking over the fight that raged outside. He was going to stay in the space battle in the start, then move to the ground assault as it became more stable in space. This attack was on his people, his inferior people. They were better than most humans, but still fools to not submit to the power of the Jen'ari Empire. And the leader of the chiss on this planet, Ray Zolic, was the biggest fool of them all. Even lower than a gungan. He actually believed he could oppose the Jen'ari. He would soon see how wrong he was.

The battle was raging, and neither side seemed to have a clear upper hand. Now it would be good to know Battle meditation, he thought. It would help his troops a lot. But what he could do, was to feel for weak Points in the defense of the chiss. He closed his eyes and felt out. As was expected, a flaw in the defense of the Space station was hard to find. The chiss were thorough when they did pretty much anything. But nothing was without an error. And after some time, Necrin saw where it was. The lower right flank of the Space station was almost unguarded.

While he was feeling for the error, [member="Darth Animus"] had come out of hyperspace, bringing many ships With him. They were still outnumbered, but their chanses improved. "Commander, secure a line with Lord Animus, now", he said in an angry voice, making the Commander not even dare speak. He did as was asked, and retreated back to his position, not even trying to mask his fear. "Lord Animus, I have found their weakness. Attack the lower right flank of the station, and prepare for counterattack."

"Prepare my ship. If things go as planed, I'll leave for the planet soon."

Nicole woke up with nothing but pure adrenaline this morning, she knew this was the day they started the battle for Mobius. She had rolled out of bed following the same routine she did each morning, that was until the very end, instead of putting on her dress uniform she stepped into her flight suit, it was at that point that she was given orders, she quickly ascended into her fighter, in the time since she had been appointed to the dark eagle squadron she had ascended very quickly through the ranks, and even though she wasnt the official leader of the squadron she had become de facto leader, everyone looked to her when it came to taking the lead she was always the first.

Nicole took several deep breaths as she slid her helmet on she would hit the starter and smile as the engines hummed to life, she felt at peace, her mind clear as she checked in with a simple "Dark 5 checking in" as she did she would slowly ease forward on the throttle and as she moved forward she would pull back on the stick easing the fighter into the air. she would take point in the formation saying "Hang on guys its gonna get bumpy just follow my lead we will get through it.

It was then that all hell broke loose, explosions left right and center, there was at least 3 squads behind them. Nicole had never seen something this back but she was calm under pressure. she spun and knew she had to focus only on what was around her, she couldnt worry about the fleet at large for if she did she would be shot down, all of this rushed through her mind as she continued to fight through the lines of enemies

Xi Rel, in her full get-up, her twin Tremor Blades in her back scabards, vas leaning agenst the bulkhead on Darth Necrin's bridge, looking prety bored. So far, during the actual ship-to-ship fleet batle, she didnt have much to do. Her atention vas catched by Necrin's intent to board the station.

"Need a extra pair of blades?" she asked, flexing brifly. Finaly some-place vhere she can make a real diference.

Bipedal creatures were weak. They were tactless, they held no strength above the aid technology bestowed onto their weak forms. They were cowards, always running for their lives, always afraid. They never fought, never won, there were only false facilities of triumph or defeat. Bipedal creatures were civilized...that was their unbeknownst and most troublesome downfall, urbanization and the utter reliance on technology to aid them in all things. The galaxy was ruled by these weak bipedal creatures, not by the superior predators of the jungles, the forests, the deserts, the oceans. To get ahead in the galaxy, one merely had to appear as though it were bipedal, give the falsity of security and compliance to a society that bestowed its self on the righteousness of weakness.

The oily, bipedal mass of muscle didn't know it's purpose in all of this. It didn't need to know a purpose or to have a purpose. Its mind was too simple and too animalistic for any proper motivation to drive it forwards. The creature of midnight shadows had few thoughts on its mind, and those were simple thoughts, blank, predatory thoughts honed from generational instinct and behavioral adaptation from across its species. Hunger. Kill. Hungry. It didn't think of the war, of the battles, or even the unjustified loss of life. Such things eluded its grasp, it ran from such thoughts which would break it's feeble and animalistic mind Ever since Lothal, the creature had grown a taste for human flesh, for blood. It had first tasted it in its uttermost time of weakness...and it hungers for it now. Not just human flesh and human blood, though of any creature. It hadn't joined this...'Jen'ari Empire' out of need to survive and wage war. It had come into the fold of this sith conglomeration to satisfy its hunger through constant warfare.

A vibrosword was clenched in the slippery, liquid grasp of the 'Thing,' a weapon from which to fight. It didn't need the weapon for the protection of its body, the creature was a weapon that far surpassed any conventional weaponry. Though it did what it had been told and took the weapon. Although simple-minded, the creature's mind could make connections between complex matters quickly. It had realized this was some sort of melee weapon due to the lack of a trigger.

Soldier's rushed past the giant mass of black liquid which had been transformed into and torn into a bipedal form of a grotesque nature. It's unflickering, emotionless, white eyes watched each soldier as it ran off of the transport. Making the connection, it followed suit after the soldiers, it's large body pushing some soldiers out of the way as it walked past the soldiers, running past them soon after. Blaster fire of red and blue bolts met the creature's body, impacting it and cauterizing it. There was pain from the creature at the cauterization of its bare liquid form, though it continued to run towards the five people who were firing upon it. And then, it lunged forwards, it dived towards the five offenses. In a blur of motion and floaty, oily liquid, the creature sliced the vibrosword through the form of a soldier, removing its head from its body. The next slice of the weapon pierced the light armor of another soldier, stabbing into the body of the Chiss. Suddenly, there was a burst of white-hot pain against the Thing's head, a red blaster bolt exiting the other side.

Though it didn't die. In response to the sudden outburst of burning pain, the creature turned towards the soldier who had harmed it. It's black arm shot out from its socket, wrapping it's self around the neck of the soldier, followed by the crunch of bone as the body was thrown into another soldier forcefully, causing an impact in the nearby metal wall. Then there was the last enemy soldier in the creature's direct vicinity. The man's face was alit with alarm and fear as he tried to aim his gun at point-blank range. The idiot. The bipedal mass grabbed the gun forcefully, aiming it towards it's user. A short and thin strand of black liquid shot out from the creature's arm that had grabbed the gun, pulling the trigger...causing the air to be showered with a vapor of red. Blood.

The naval battle was well underway now. Animus could make out the outlines of the Chiss capital ships in the distance now, and hundreds of smaller vessels flying in a huge mass between the two fleets. The Chiss starfighters were generally better armed and armored than the Jen'ari strike craft, but the Imperials had numbers on their side. Occasionally a barrage of capital ship weaponry would stray too close to the growing dogfight, and dozens of smaller craft would be blown apart in the crossfire. It was an unfortunate waste, but unavoidable at this distance. Animus stood unmoving on the bridge as the Chiss fleet approached, ignoring the looks of worry many of the bridge crew threw his way.
He had reorganized the Jen'ari fleet into a large wedge shape, with the Titan and every frigate in the fleet making up the vanguard, and the cruisers placed on the flanks further back. The Chiss fleet, made up of mostly corvettes and frigates themselves were focusing all their fire on the Jen'ari front line. As he watched, a fresh barrage of blue turbolasers raked the side of the frigate nearest the Titan. Animus paid the vessel no mind as it detonated in a ball of flames, showering the area around it with debris. The Chiss fleet continued to press towards the Jen'ari formation, intent to break the center and divide the Sith fleet in two. Just as Animus intended. As the Chiss vessels began to draw close, Animus turned and began issuing new orders to the fleet.
"Order all vessels in the center lines to begin pulling back with reverse thrusters. Continuous fire into the Chiss fleet as we withdraw from this position. Order the cruisers to hold their position and await my orders. Have all bomber squadrons launch from their carriers now and take up positions behind the cruisers for cover. Send in another wave of fighters to make sure those blue skinned rabble don't break through to help their capital ships." Before Animus was even done talking orders were being relayed to the rest of the fleet. Moments later he felt a slight vibrations through his boots as the Titan's reverse thrusters came online, and she and other frigates in the center of the Jen'ari fleet began to withdraw. Across from them, the Chiss capital ships accelerated, eager to capitalize on the seemingly retreating enemy center. They drew closer and closer to the Jen'ari fleet, coming to near point blank range with the frigates and Titan as they continued their mad dash. All the while, the cruisers on the edge of the fleet remained silent, with hundreds of bomber craft waiting in reserve.
Only too late did the Chiss leadership see their flaw. Their ships began to pull off from their attack, transforming from a neat orderly attack wave into a mob of vessels. Without saying a word, Animus raised his gloved hand into the air, before slamming it closed into a fist. At once, the cruisers opened up on the Chiss fleet, and bombers roared into their midst, unleashing their payloads, while at the same time the Titan and remaining ships in the center began to move forward towards the Chiss fleet. In the blink of an eye, the Chiss pursuit of fleeing enemies had become a trap for them, surrounded on three sides and with countless bombers in their formation, tearing them apart while their own over committed fighters were being pinned down by Jen'ari units.
The tide had turned at last. "Send word to the gunships to prepare to deploy for the second wave."

Darth Rowe decided to take the path to the right and continued walking with troops behind her. Rowe came around the corner just as a bolt nearly missed her head. She immediately ducked and started defending bolts with her lightsaber as the Sith Troopers returned fire. Rowe kept pressing forward keeping focus on deflecting blaster bolts. Rowe then quickly raised her hand up. Black smoke like tendrils rose from the ground. The black tendrils grabbed all the Chiss troopers soaked into their skin. The troopers begin screaming in pain as they started getting Skinner, dropped their weapons and throwing up. They eventually died. Rowe had just performed Dark Tendrils on the troopers. Rowe lowered her hand and lightsaber looking over the dead bodies as The Sith troopers halted their firing. Rowe could feel through the force several troopers gathering at a door leading outside nearby. Rowe started to the door only to get blown back by an explosion. Numerous Sith troopers were instantly killed. Rowe had landed on her back. Rowe got to her feet and edged to the corner of the massive hole in the wall. She peeked around the corner seeing numerous dead Chiss and past that, there it was. The one thing that would stop her and her troops dead in their tracks.

Rowe got back in cover. What the hell, they killed their own just to try and kill us. Rowe pressed a beacon button on her belt indicating her location. With any Imperial pilots flying over the city would get the beacon to see Rowe and her Sith Trooper squad was trapped. Rowe saw out the hole [member="Nicole Callix"] fly by. Hopefully she would see Rowe's beacon. From up there Nicole could see 4 Chiss Imperium AT-AT Walkers and 6 Chiss Imperium AT-ST Walkers. They were focused on the building Rowe was in. Rowe then felt it in the force. MOVE NOW! Rowe and the troops retreated into a room across the hall just as another explosion blasted the already hole bigger. The AT-AT had fired again trying to kill Rowe and her squad.

Nicole had been trained to a great extent since she had joined up with the Dark Eagle squadron one such training was how to recognize a beacon of the council. As such as soon as the beacon was set off she locked onto it, seeing it meant there was big trouble, being as she was past the area and there wasnt time to pull a full 180 she simply pulled back on the stick and once she was upside down she spun the fighter so it was the right way up. Flying low overhead she engaged one of the AT-AT's, she knew that one hit from them and she would be down for the count, she circled close over head continuing to attack, within a moment she had taken one down but out of the corner of her eye she saw one of her squadron mates in flames, in this moment she knew they couldnt handle them without bomber support, so she set up a comlink with [member="Darth Rowe"], as well as one with [member="Darth Animus"]. "requesting a bombing run at my location have already lost one fighter and we need to pull back, My lady you may want to retreat it is gonna get messy"

"Understood Dark Eagle Squadron, however at the moment I have no bombers to spare. It would require me to sacrifice some of our naval superiority at this time, and put at risk our forces both on the ground and in the station. I can only spare a single squadron of interceptors. Use them wisely, I will divert bombers to your position once I am able to." The connection with Dark Eagle squadron was cut, Animus turning his attention back to the battle at hand. The initial trap he had sprung had cost the Chiss dearly, with many of their vessels being wiped out in the ensuing moments of chaos. Now however they were regrouping. A second wave of Chiss fighters from the space station had been scrambled and broke through the Sith fighter picket, and were now locked in a brutal dogfight with the bombers and whatever interceptors could be dispatched to engage them. The Jen'ari capital ships were now locked in a lethal point blank range battle with the Chiss fleet, whom still outnumbered them two to one.
Animus watched as another Chiss vessel erupted in flames before the Titan, destroyed in a combined assault of the vessel and three bomber wings. The bomber wings were even now coming under attack from Chiss fighters, veering away madly to try and escape while a handful of interceptors moved to counter them. The battle was beginning to spiral out of control the longer it went on, and without reinforcements Animus was unsure how long he could hold the line and prevent Chiss forces from reinforcing their ground elements. He needed to change the game once again.
"Send word to all ships to form a new defensive formation in front of the space station. Their weapons have been taken offline by insurgent teams, and now stand idle. I want to bring them back online and use them against the Chiss. Send word to all dropships still on standby to deploy the moment we have achieved position. If we wait any longer we risk our ground forces being overwhelmed. Ensure that a few of them are carrying heavy weaponry. It might help against those walkers down there."

As the battle continues on the ground, the Space battle was getting more intense every moment. After a few moments all Sith in the mission, on the ground and in orbit suddenly felt a cold deathly mixing with freezing temperatures. Out of nowhere the Retribution came out of Hyperspace. As it did hundreds of Sith Fighters exited the hangars of the Retribution engaging Chiss capital ships and Chiss fighters. As the dog fight continued, a Chiss capital ship somehow begin taking damage as it's Hull was crushing inward as it was under a compactor. On the bridge of the Retribution in the glowing ominous red lights, right before the massive windows stood the Jen'ari Emperor, Darth Vyrassu. He was only wearing his Signature Robes and Armor but this time he wasn't wearing his mask. He had his eyes close focused on the ability he was doing. Vyrassu was force crushing an entire capital ship with the force. Vyrassu was glowing a metallic dark red.

Vyrassu opened his eyes showing empty black eyes like a void. His gaze met the crushed capital ship to watch it fall to orbit. Vyrassu then mentally ordered his Imperial officers to fire everything the Retribution has on the capital ships. But at the same time Hundreds of Chiss fighters begun engaging the Retribution to try and take it down. Vyrassu's eyes still black as a void was watching the battle happen through the massive windows of the Retribution bridge. Vyrassu listened to the com chatter between [member="Darth Necrin"] [member="Nicole Callix"] [member="Darth Animus"] and [member="Darth Rowe"] Vyrassu was making sure everything was going perfectly. It was unlike Vyrassu to expose himself like this but his Empire was growing rather quickly and he wanted to see it expand first hand. He was impressed how it was going so far.

When he got an answer from[member="Darth Animus"] he wasn't pleased. He couldn't send ships to attack the weak point. The one major weakness in the chiss's formation. But the anger he felt faded when he heard a voice behind him. [member="Xi Rell"] voulenteered to board the station. He didn't have many other troopers to spare, so it could be a suicide run. Necrin turned around and looked at her, wathing her through With the force. It was Madness to do it without reinforcements, but it had to be done. "Yes. We do", he said in a way making it obvious he was planning. He brought up a map of the battleships, and signaled for her to come. "It is very little defenses in this sector", he said, pointing at the part of the station he had felt. "We will give cover as far we can while you fly this route. We only have a few soldiers to spare. Chanses are you will die, either shot Down in Space or in the station. There will be no reinforcments. On Board the station, you will have to find the defense Controls and shut it Down. Hopefully we will have more troops ready then." He didn't ask if she would take the mission. She already had when she offered her blades.

Suddenly, Necrin felt a chill go Down his spine, and a moment after, the Retribution, the flagship of [member="Darth Vyrassu"] came out of hyperspace. No doubt he was on it, and Necrin began to feel a bit sorry for his species. Not because he cared about them, but because they didn't know what they were up against. Things happenedfast now; a chiss ship exploding, their fighters switching targets. If there was a right moment to execute his plan, it was now.

"Captain, give me a map of the ground Assault"

Xi regarded the dark lord for a elastic moment, her mouth opening sligtly, her tongue pasing over her uper teeth... so... he vas sending her in alone? At first, she vas under the impresion he wuld join in. But - no. She maked a heroic efort to limit her smirk to just the korners of her lips.

"Tipical... send in the aprentice, vhile the master sits on his hands. Why am i not suprised...?" she thoght.

Stil, she didnt mind. More chalenge for her, ment she wuld grow in power faster, if she survives. She felt his Force touch on her. He vas... evaluating... her. So be it. She let out just a smalest hint of her ireverence, back at him. A warrior to the core, Xi konsidered anyone not leading his forces from the front, to be... just a tiny bit cowardly.

But out-loud, all she did vas give him a cazual 2 fingered salute, before she glided-of the bridge.

She maked her way down to the hangar, going over his brifing in her head. Infiltrate the station. Make way to the Defense control areas, and disable them. Fortunatly, covert infiltration vas something Xi vas very, very good at. And her ship, the Blade's Fury ( http://starwarsrp.net/topic/138092-blades-fury/ ) vas specialy designed to slip thru, undetekted. Just ahead of the hangars, she brifly maked a stop-over by the ship's armory. She decided to pick up a few extra things, that she anticipated she may need. Shaped charges. Ion grenades. A decent-length of polymer rope. Smoke grenades.

"Sure you dont need a blaster of some kind?" the armorer oficer asked her, eying her twin Tremor blades suspiciusly, "Thoze vont do you much good agenst Chiss ranged weapons."

Xi smiled. "Dont wory... they vont have a chance to use them." viciusly, bloodlust in her eyes. The man grined: "If you say so, lady..." , meazuring her out.

Giving the man a hooded orange gaze, just a touch seductive, in response to his obvius interest, Xi turned and left, after all the ekuipment she rekuizitioned was in her backpack. She maked her way in-to the hangar, vhere her ship vas alredy being preped, no doubt on Necrin's orders.

"She all ready?" she asked the tech.

"All ready. Good luck." vas the reply.

Climbing in, she sealed the canopy, and eazed-in the engines, gliding out of the hangar. As soon as she vas past the force-field, she activated the fighter's cloaking device. The modifyed R41 vanished in-to thin space, the cloaking efekt brifly flickering acros its hull.

CLOAKING SISTEM ON-LINE AND OPERATING PROPERLY

...The on-board AI reported, in its tipicaly precise, robotic female voice.

"Thanx for the info, Captain Obvius." Xi replyed sarkasticly, as she piloted her ship tovard the space station, making sure to stay wel-clyar of any dogfights or fire-coridors of larger ships. Even cloaked, her ship culd be detekted if she got to close... and of corse, while cloaked, the shields wer down. Even a glancing hit from a big capital ship culd destroy her.

"I realy have to get the techs to stop the AI from doing that..." she thoght. Ever since the failed Commenor mission, she vas angling to get the AI's personality altered, but didnt get around to have the techs do it yet.

She maked it all the way to the under-side of the space-station vithout being detekted. Then, cuting the engines, she continued on thrusters, making for one of the auxiliery hangars. She stil keped the ship cloaked, as it pased thru the hangar's force-field, so as not to alert the controlers to seal it. But once it vas in, she de-cloaked, and opened fire vith laser canons at any and all Chiss personel in the hangar. Once she turned the insyde of the hangar to ruble, killing a dozen flight-techs on duty, she also destroyed all the ships in there, and the controler sub-station overlooking it, killing another couple up there. Now, nobody wuld report a intruder-alert. They wuld be aware there vas a disturbance on the station, but not precisly vhere. That wuld give her the element of suprise, as she maked her way thru it.

Landing her ship in the far korner of it, she climbed out, and drawed her blades. Time to get to vork.

Nicole listened intensely as her orders were given, she saw the squadron of interceptors drop into the atmosphere, she knew it wouldnt be enough but she had to try and hold these walkers down, soon as the interceptors were near enough she would say "shape up everyone, this is gonna get bumpy stay close, we are gonna have to take down the AT-ST's first and then we focus on the AT-AT's, they should be easier to evade" As she spoke she spun and began to descend, she would circle around the AT-ST's, very quickly most of them were taken down, the last few attempted to retreat Nicole caught them in her sights and took them down. "Now the AT-AT's" She said and began to circle the legs of the bigger walkers, hoping to draw them to fire on one another.

While Rowe was running she felt the cold death like presence. He was here, the Emperor arrived. As Rowe ran she heard the explosions. She looked up to see a crushed Chiss capital ship fall through the clouds past the city. HOLY KRIF she thought. She felt it in the force that the AT'ST's were down. Suddenly blaster fire came in her direction. Rowe quickly ignited her red saber, the crimson blade in a blur as it deflected bolts as the Sith troopers behind her returned fire. Rowe used the force to push one into a wall killing him. Rowe then turned her sights to an elite Chiss guard with a electro staff. Rowe ran at him and swung her saber at his head. The guard quickly blocked it which Rowe met with a turn and kick to the chest putting him back a few steps. Rowe does a rounding flip over the guard to cut him in half, but the guard was quick by pulling the staff over his head and down his back blocking the saber attack. The guard then elbows Rowe in the face and causes her lip to bleed. Rowe wipes the blood from her mouth then re-engages the duel as the Sith troopers keep blasting back and forth with the Chiss troopers, [member="Nicole Callix"] was handling the AT-AT's and [member="Darth Animus"] was handling the space battle now along side the Emperor.

The sudden arrival of [member="Darth Vyrassu"] had turned the tide of the battle. The Retribution was a powerful vessel, and its mere presence had changed the tactical standing. Animus watched as the flagship of the Chiss fleet was crushed by the might of the Emperor's force powers, imagining the destruction happening within its halls. It interested him that a single man could hold such power, and this was not even the Emperor at his finest. The wars to come would truly be a sight to behold.
The opening the Emperor had opened created had freed up portions of the Jen'ari fleet, portions that could be used well in other locations. "[member="Nicole Callix"], I am sending two squadrons of bombers to support your position down there. I recommend you escort them in, several Chiss fighters have broken away from the battle to head down there. The bombers will likely be the only help you get for some time." He cut the channel before a response could be sent, focusing all his efforts on combating the Chiss threat at hand. He could only hope the bombers would achieve their mission, and that [member="Darth Rowe"] would be able to continue the push on the ground.

A pair of Chiss soldiers makeing there rounds, pased thru a hexagonal-shaped coridor. Xi, suspended above, in the celing, bracing her-self vith her powerful arms and legs, waited for them to pass under-neth her. Then she droped down, right in-betwen them, and to the back. She hooked both her iron-hard arms around each of there necks, grabing both men in a twin choke-hold. Before eiter of them culd reakt, she puled back, and twisted simultaneusly to both sides, in a sharp, fast jerk-back.

Two broken necks later, the pair of corpses kolapsed on the floor.

"Four..." She thoght, keeping a runing count in her head, as she moved on, jogging ligtly down the coridor. That vas the 4th patrol she dispozed-of, ever since she leaved the hangar. So far, she vas doing a very good job in staying un-detekted.

But that wuldnt last. As she reached the end of the coridor, in-to a wider chamber, she started geting senses thru the Force. Behind all those doors, a larger force of Chiss vas. She didnt sense any partikular alertnes from them, but they wer there... and ther wer so many of them it wuld be imposible to stealth-dispoze of them, vithout them fighting back, or raizing the alarm.

But there vas no other option. It vas bound that eventualy, she wuld get spoted, and it looked like that time has come.

She sneakd-up to the edge of the bulkhead in the next room, and take a kuick peek... computer stations, turbolifts, and a grup of seven Chiss troops, and two vhat looked like oficers, standing around, vhat looked to be a brifing. The troops wer armed vith rifles, vhile the oficers had sidearms. None of them noticed her skulking over here... yet.

But that vas about to change. Picking one of the smoke-grenades from her pack, Xi tosed it past the corner, and in-to the center of the group. The Chiss wer startled, as a thick blue-grey smoke started filing the chamber. The oficers started barking orders, and all weapons came up.

Thru the smoke, they culd hear the soft sounds of metal-on-metal... Xi's blades un-sheating. But they cudlnt see anithing. Xi on the other hand, vith the aid of the Force, culd see them as clyarli as they wer marked vith a florescent light. There vas no warning, as a smoke-clouded shape of a woman burst thru it, and slashed the first trooper acros his armored chest. The Tremor Swords vibrating, ultra-chrome edge sheared thru the armor like it vasnt there, opening the man up from left sholder to right ribs, blood gushing out. Vith a death-scream, he vas down. Another one lifted her weapon to her sholder, trying to track the attacker... but a blade come from the smoke, taking the barrel of the Chiss woman's rifle off. The weapon exploded in her hands, taking both her fists vith it. The Chiss woman screamed, faling to her knees and cradeling her stumps vhere her fists wer, before a blade sliced below her chin, taking her head of. A gush of blood spurt-up, some of it this time ending on Xi Rel's face.

"This is vhat i live for..." the Bladeborn woman thoght, licking some of her victims blood of her face. Then she pivoted, ducking low, to avoid a burst of fire from another trooper, and stabed both her swords in-to his gut. Using him as a shild, she turned tovard one of the oficers, and shoved the trooper off her blades vith her leg... right in-to the officer. Both men tumbled in-to the wall. Xi vas on them in a heart-beat, slicing them up. More blood on her. The smel of it vas driving her wild by now. Eyes blazing vith the joy of killing, Xi drawed on the Force, re-bounding of the wall and jumping up, above another burst of fire, from the last two troopers, and the second oficer.

She landed in the midst of them. Ducking low, she slashed out both blades, in a cirkular motion... taking the legs off the oficer and one of the troopers. The screams wer delicius. The remaining trooper vas fast enogh to jump over the blade, and rifle-buted her in the cheek, making her reel back a step. Xi only smiled at the pain. It feled good, as wel as the taste of her own blood in her mouth, now. She culd feel one tooth lose, too. The Chiss man aimed for her head, but she kicked the rifle out of his grip, vith a snap kick, then beheaded him vith both blades, in a cross-cut to the neck.

Puting the two screaming, leg-less Chiss out of there mizery, it vas over. Covered in her enemys' blood from head to toe, Xi moved over to examine the terminals. Maby one of them wuld kontrol some aspekt of the station's defences. But no... they wer just local-grid maintenance terminals. But the map on one of them vas useful. Xi vas able to locate the shield generator section. That wuld be her next stop.

Picking one of the turbo-lifts there, she headed up.
