Seems counterproductive. Your entire organization is based on semantics. An organization with no leader isn't an organization. If you get a leader you violate your code. And hell, even if your thing was still called an organization. Wouldn't creating an organization meant to destroy "Organizations" or governments. Whatever word you want to use. Be hypocritical? Here is another question. Your entire group is based on fighting oppression yes? Well wouldn't terrorist attacks that interrupt the status quo be a form of oppression? Think of all the people who don't mind the government and whose lives you'd be ruining by doing the very things you list when describing your organization. I mean, it just doesn't make sense. Wouldn't plunging the whole Galaxy into Chaos in a sense be imposing Order? Order = The arrangement or disposition of people or things in relation to each other according to a particular sequence, pattern, or method. If you made it so the only thing that ruled in the entire galaxy was Chaos, well you'd be arranging the galaxy in a particular sequence/pattern/method. Wouldn't in theory, the Galaxy staying as it is now? Mixed with both Order and Chaos, the two vying for control; be the perfect type of anarchy? If you succeed, you essentially create a new type of Order.

Chaos is nothing more than the clamor before order reasserts itself.

You will fail, like every other anarchist before you. Omni could not quash this by nearly eradicating all life in the galaxy. I highly doubt you can inflict even a nominal change. Sapient life in the galaxy will always tend to form governments and hierarchy. When you resolve to burn all of them down wherever they appear, you oppress the natural cycle of things.

I look forward to your arrest and summary execution.
