Titanic Conqueror
The Horde of Phobis is a radical group operating out of the outer rim with the goal of inciting anarchy, civil unrest and destabilization. While their numbers are made up of a variety of beings there is a small pod of Gen'Dai mixed in by way of Vaukhus' past exploits.
What do we do:
While the Horde of Phobis is a fairly small organization they are constantly growing to accommodate for greater reach across the galaxy. Their goal is to destabilize the factions and organizations of the galaxy they find corrupt or decrepit. Whether that be fighting expansion or seeding dissent is left to be seen.
