The map and timelines will appear a bit different now. I'm forcing a new system into place which will serve as a drop-in replacement for a wiki-esque article system.This is big news for content management here at SWRP. I've put the word out to the Factory Judges that I'm looking for wiki moderators, but no official plan is for action yet.

All the rules, the map, and the timelines have been moved to this new system. It's all very raw and very unrefined, so I urge patience and low expectations.

The reason this happened:

I found the reason the "Manage Pages" function wasn't working for Factions accidentally today, and fixed it by implementing this new system. So that's a long-lived bug we can now lay to rest.

I think this is a huge step forward for SWRP and look forward to continuing to develop it. More updates as the weeks go by!

This map, while Star Wars, is custom and unique to Chaos.

We used to use a official map but I wanted a hex grid, and to use a hex grid, I had to rebuild the map from the ground up.

That sentence is simple, but the work in photoshop took the better part of a month to complete, with a couple hours put in every night with binges on the weekends.

Holy... that's some dedication, [member="Tefka"]. I don't think I'd have the patience to make a whole ma-- wait no, that's a lie. I've made risk maps from scra-- no, that's a lie, too. I traced those... Yeah, I don't think I'd have the patience to make a galaxy map like that, I'd probably use the wiki one as a source and trace that.

That is really awesome! I am a bit amazed you are willing to pay the billls of the forum, working on the map, and dedicate so much of your time to this forum in any other imaginable way, not even talking about the drama you've had to deal with...
