Ain't found a way to kill me yet
With the Mandalorian Empire's emphasis on environmental protection and rebuilding of Mandalore, I would like to do a thread for rehabilitating the planet Kalevala.
Kalevala is a canon planet that is not on the galaxy map (yet), but it's in Mandalorian space. You may remember it from the Clone Wars TV show; the New Mandalorians once resided there. The planet consists almost entirely of arid, toxic desert, and presumably, ruins of the New Mandalorian settlements, which would be close to a thousand years old by this point.
The goal is to transform Kalevala into a lush, temperate planet, first by removing the toxicity in its earth and providing suitable soil for plants to grow. Then we will add flora and fauna via permaculture, without any large-scale agriculture. The idea is to make Kalevala as naturally bountiful as possible.
Any Mandalorians, or even non-Mandalorian scientists, interested in this project?
