- Structure Name: The Garden
- Classification: Fortified botanical maze
- Location: Endor
- Affiliation: The Galactic Alliance
- Accessibility: The Garden is located just beyond a series of narrow, shallow caves which cannot be traversed by large vehicles or machinery. The maze itself is open and easy to access. Beckoning, even. No sentries guard it.
- Description: A series of sprawling green walls that encircle and fan outward from Ewok villages and associated Alliance structures. These walls are approximately 8' [2.4 m] tall and 2-3' [60-90 cm] wide, and are composed of various species of flora native to Endor. The plants that make up the Garden are suffused with the Light side of the Force, lending them a general hardiness and resistance to corruption. The walls form a series of maze-like paths, many of which lead to dead-ends, double-backs, and various hazards.
- Walls- The walls of The Garden are entirely organic, largely made from grafted flame-resistant fire plant vines anchored by native redwood trees. The walls twist and turn, some leading to dead ends and snares of entrapping vines, others leading to nests of Endorian flytraps, carnivorous stranglethorns, and ganga sap pits. One proficient in plant surge would be able to manipulate the vines and trees around them, but they are particularly difficult to burn, and their interlocking structure makes ripping through them a slow process.
- Roots- The roots of redwood trees stretch beneath the ground of the Garden as a sort of neural network. With the Light impressed unto the Garden both in growth and maintenance, these roots allow for Jedi - and perhaps others - to communicate with each other.

High - Jedi presence is high given the anticipated assault. There are several entrances to the Garden from the outer perimeter, none of which are guarded, but all are watched. Various traps and dangerous plants wait within the labyrinth.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
After catching wind of the Sith Order's plans to invade Endor, the Galactic Alliance set to work in bolstering the planet's defenses. Thus, the Force saw it fit to fortify key positions and structures - including the largest network of Ewok villages - using the forest moon's native flora.
The Garden was created through an intense group effort of plant surge and meditation by the Jedi of the New Jedi Order. Thorny vines and wooded roots have been woven together to form thick, organic walls that are both incredibly sturdy and fairly flexible. These walls grew to surround the perimeter of Ewok homes and related planetary structures, sprawling outwards as they evolved into a botanical labyrinth. Redwood trees and fire plant vines were primarily used in the construction of the walls, the latter for its natural resistance to heat and flame.
The Garden is continually fortified by the meditations of Jedi, who both support its general health, as well as manipulate the botanical walls. Those not engaged in meditation patrol the Garden, but do so with care - this living maze is rife with dead ends, traps, and hazardous plants. Even a servant of Ashla could find themselves ensnared, entrapped, or returned to nature itself.
The Coruscant biodome's seed vaults were instrumental in procuring enough specimens to conduct this extensive project. Under the steady hands of Jedi, these plants propagated into a natural defense system that was both reverent to nature, and deadly to the unwary.
