I have one question regarding the listed planets that produce Tibanna Gas, is it just restricted to those planets?

Because there are Custom planets that produce it too, and not all the planets are known, but I know of a few, and I'm not telling lol.

Custom planets would be considered a private Supply, usable as you see fit to either sell or horde

Indeed. There are tons of alternatives for fueling, so I'm really looking forward to what the other factions and people cook up in response to the shortage. This event is more about you know creativity.
