The Shadow Keep's Courtyard

Let it never be said that the Shadow King was never without mercy, or compassion. For a while now the Shadow Empire as sat back, bothering not a soul. We watched, and we took care of our own, but now is the time to act. Now is the time to let loose the monster that is the empire set by our king, Romeo Sin, and spew fire into the parties who would dare challenge us, and our superior forces.
Let the Judas Queen know, there will be no mercy, no quarter, and no parley. Let her recognize the mistake she has made, and accept the punishment following behind her. Make her understand that she has painted a target on he back, and let her know who will bow to whom in the end.

This was the message given to his men, to his fleet, and armies. His hatred knew no end, and for too long he let the galaxy fall before him as he watched safely from his home. His friends needed him, and his allies called for him.
Already alliances had been made, already Romeo's anger was fuelled to a bursting point. He sat in his throne, his eyes moving across the reports given to him about the One Sith, and the Primevil. The newly risen Queen had let loose a monster she was not prepared to face, and the Shadow King would make her kiss his boot, and become his servant. He would do what it took to exact his vengeance on the woman who had nearly killed him.

"Prepare the balcony...I will be ready in short moment.." He spoke to his servants who watched, idle, and loyal to only him, and his word. Tucking in the datapad under his arm, he stood from his throne, and slung his cape off.
He made his way to his room, laid the reports on his bed, and began to place his armor on.
In times of war, one did not wear fancy clothes, but the armor he would die in if it came to it. His facial expression showed no emotion, but resolute hatred, and anger. His eyes burned with a fury, and his actions would destroy armies. Slowly, each piece of his armor clicked into place. Each phrik plate clacked against one another, and his mask sat beside his reports, ready to be taken up, and placed on his face.
But this time it would have to wait.
This time, he would show his face to his people, to his allies one last time before all hell was broken loose, and his father, Ikora, and the rest of the galaxy feared his name again.

Let no one stand higher then his majesty, let no one stand in his way. Honor, and glory be to our king, as he takes up arms against the enemies of our land, and burns them down to nothing. Hear his words as he rallies us all to arms, so that we too may revel in the glory bathed in flame, and blood. The force will guide us, strengthen us, and our Shadow King will lead us to victory.

It will never come back to this, never will we fear of another attack, never will we be afraid of the SIth, and their ilk. I will stomp them out, and blast them with the fire of Sin...they will cry my name for mercy as I drop the final swing of the blade...

Crucius Sin

A Sin That Shifts
Crucius grinned at his hot-blooded nephew. Unlike Romeo, the Shifting Prince had only a phrik breastplate and his sword for protection, and he reveled in the feel of his tattered longcoat whirling around in this foreboding wind. The rain sloshed on the armies before the terrace, and his voice was gentle, but with an undertone that might have shown the Shifting Sin's excitement at the idea of the impending bloodshed. All because of the actions of a woman who would name herself as yet another queen of this galaxy.

"You've never had anybody spit on you before, have you? Only Crucix, and his little pet Harukos, and they want to utterly destroy all of this. Even Valtiel is a force of pure rage, rather than any sentient being. She's unnerved you, badly, when you thought maybe there was somebody you could join forces with. Ha."

Adan was preparing for this war with some queen that Romeo has announced, he just had six cybernetic implants put into him so this was a very good time to find out how much his abilities have improved. He has gotten taller from 6'7 to 6'10, and gained weight he now weighs about 320 lb, so he was a huge man, monstrously huge. He was putting on his armor, it consisted of a chest plate and forearm plating with gloves and his cargoes with boots that had shin plating on them. Under his chest plate he wore a black short sleeve shirt that was cushioned. Over it all he wore his signature black leather trench coat and his black grave keeper hat. He had to make his armor bigger for the increase of size. He looked at his wife "So how do I look? You know with the implants in me and this armor which I probably wont need, this weight of this armor is damn near non existent which means one of the implants is already working." Romeo's eyes looked at his uncle, his face a hollow expression. When the last bit of armor snapped on, he walked next to his uncle., and looked out the window, watching the rain fall. "You havent seen anything yet uncle.." He looked at his blood made flesh. "You think my father is a cruel tyrant...wait till you see what I have picked up from him." The armor made Romeo look like a true warrior, the small battle skirt waved gently behind him with what air blew into the room.
His eyes shifted down to where the attack had taken place, it had only been a few days since it had occurred. He had it left alone, as a reminder to himself that no one could be truly trusted. "My father will have his reckoning soon, but not till this..this Judas Queen bows before me, and kisses my boot." He said in the most cold tone anyone had heard come from his mouth. He probably looked a lot like his father in his prime days.
"She has made a fool of me, I will make a servant queen out of her..." He turned on his heel, and grabbed his mask, holding it under his arm, and clipped his lightsaber to his belt.
"Tell me something though...what would you have me do..take this attack, and bury it? Ignore her, and her ilk?" He said without looking at his uncle. "Cause I cant. She has threatened my children now, she has threatened my family...she will now fear as I have come to learn of it."
He began to walk again towards the door, and stopped just outside it. "And people of the galaxy will either fear me, or respect me. I care for neither, I am who I am, and nothing will stop this...but if I dont come back from it..and you do...swear to me, my daughters will be safe.."

Graxin did not appear in person. He was not going to participate in a war for revenge; that would lead him down a path not unlike that which the Council of the Republic thought he walked. To allow righteous retribution to fuel his actions would mean to accept the Dark Side. To accept the Bogan was a failure equivalent to the loss of an entire system. There was no greater failure.

He did, however, appear on the Holocoms for the moment. "Shadow King." The Archlord rumbled. He was adorned in great Phrik pauldrons, his expression was masked by his characteristic helmet. "The Reformation understands your problem. A foreign entity has threatened your people."

He paused for a moment, and steeped his fingers. Graxin had become a Jedi Master through diplomacy and devotion, rather than war and medals. He knew his way around a disaster. "I advise you to act with caution before you rush off. Acting brashly will result in the deaths of your people. You have no idea what this woman might have for defense." His voice lowered. "Fielding a fleet might very well bring the death you hope to prevent."

"However, I will not deny you support. A Hades assault cruiser has been tasked with delivering you a number of droids. You may pick three unit types from our manifest and use them as you see fit." The Archlord tapped his fingers on the edge of his throne. "Again, I advise caution. An emotional response is what brought about the current state of the Republic. Do not repeat their mistake."

Romeo listened very carefully to the man he had sworn allegiance to, his eyes watching every movement the man made, he was a mystery to Romeo, but a honorable man..to an extent. The Ession Reformation was not all the goodness it was cut out to be, Romeo knew this was a very aggressive group of people, and that if his actions ever even hinted at Sith leaning, they would begin to glass his planet. Romeo still had much time before he had to appear before his people, and somewhere inside the words the Jedi had just spoken, the king felt like he was being told to attack, but attack because they are a threat to everyone, and not just you. Basically to attack with a clear mind on his shoulders.
"Yes Lord Graxin...I..I understand." Romeo knew one thing...he had saved this man's mother from an assassin once. Maybe that was why he allowed Romeo mercy.
"Then I shall go over a very detailed plan with my generals on exactly how I will wipe this threat clean of existence. By the way...I understand you wish to attack the Primevil...this woman has proclaimed her Concordant allied with them...funny how it seems our goals tie into one another." He bowed before the man. "Your offer is most generous, and will not be wasted. I must inform you as well, that I have in due time, a few ships coming your way as a token of my alliance to the Ession. I feel its the least I could do."

War, it shall begin.

Shifted from unknown causes, the Knight had his guards under a shin plate. Right at the front of the rally hall was a man, of a Vahla descent. Unknowingly to Ulfric he was Romeo Sin, the known King of the Shadow Empire, an ally to the Reformation. He sat right upbolt and strolled without sound, then hangs his hand by a side railing. He wasn't ready for such missions - war and stuff, though he had experienced itself when he was on his growing years right before he waned into Ession. He was crouched a bit on a slow pace, then waves his hair. The proclaimed Shadow King spoke up with his own rally, and with the Reformation's rally, too. His shoulders were broad on both sides, whilst the winds were breezing while war is nearly coming. He stepped near the Archlord of the Reformation, former Jedi Graxin Rade, who is right near him, then bows unto respect.

" Greetings, my dear Archlord. " as he muttered on a cold-blooded pace while further on following the succeeding superior.

Crucius Sin

A Sin That Shifts
The Shifting Prince of Sin watched Romeo's exchange with the Ession Archlord with a sudden feeling of rage. This was the man who meant to threaten Eplistica if Romeo began to act on his anger? This was the man who would rather blinker his servants against the dark side than smash his enemies? It was all he could do not to spit right at Lord Rade, even if the guy was a hologram. Instead, Crucius thought to himself that the man had granted himself a title similar to that of a Sith...

But that wasn't what mattered. His nephew had just placed a great deal of trust on him. Protect his daughters if he died, keep the empire running... Easier said than done, as everything was. And this war he was about to begin, did he even understand what the Primeval were? They were not an empire, but a cult. Like the Yuuzahn Vong, but with Sith Sorcery. Destroying them would be like attempting to kill a monster with uncountable numbers of heads. This Queen would be safe in her walls while the Shadow Empire took devastating blows.

Graxin cracked a ghost of a smile. Romeo was a spitfire, and a man of power in his own right, but he was young. Not to say the Archlord himself lacked youth, but the Architects had shaped his mind. Filled him with centuries of knowledge so that he might guide the Reformation wisely. This carnal form he called a body retained youth, but his mind was truly ancient.

"We know little of the Primeval. They lurk in the shadows. They might be a legitimate threat, or simply a little cult one of my Knights could eradicate." His gaze flickered over to the young man that approached, though his eyes were hidden behind the helmet. "I have confidence that you are a fine king Romeo. As such, I advise you to wait before rushing off to war. A good ruler does not drag his people with him into a personal conflict."

He gave the shifting sin a brief moment of his attention, and his smile faded. He was not an omniscient being, rather a Jedi Master with a proactive view thrown into his position by vote of thousands. He was still self-conscious, at times "And I advise your family to take a similar action." He rumbled, and the object of his attention was clearly [member="Crucius Sin"].

The Shadow Empire was a holding that he had not wanted to harm. Ession's purpose was clear, of course, but other than being a breeding ground for latent Sith, the SE was of little concern. Their allegiance served to expedite galactic security.

"I thank you for the ships. We will need them in the coming conflict..." He turned toward [member="Ulfric Draycon"]. "Good afternoon, my young friend. Perhaps you would assist the Shadow King in his endeavors?"

Adan walked to the room where Romeo and Crucius were getting ready, he knocked and walked in seeing them both.

"I am ready for whatever you have need of me to do."

Adan was ready for war he enhanced his abilities for these type of situations. [member="The Shadow King"] [member="Crucius Sin"]

It would appear change was everywhere these days as Adan greeted him. He had become taller, and bulker. He nodded in response to Adan, and looked at his uncle then back at the Archlord. -So they know each other do they?- His uncle was full of secrets.
He stepped up to the holoimage of Graxin, and smiled. "My lord, I shall take your advice, and pace myself, as will my family." He bowed. "If you will excuse me, I have a speech to give, you may watch if you wish." He turned on his heel again, and walked around the image, and left the men to their vices. Where was his kids he wondered. Erika came sprinting out from now where, ready to pounce on him, but stopped as he saw him in his armor, and frowned.
"You're leaving arnt you daddy?" She said in a whimper, and lowered her head. Romeo felt a teat beginning to push it's way out his tear duct, but he held it back. Instead, he knelt to her size, and embraced her. "I am. I love you." Was all he said, holding back tears, and sobs. This was the cost of war, and being a king. This was too much, and yet there was still more that required sacrificing.
He rose up, and patted her head with a smile. "You'll always be my girl. I am so proud of you." He said, and took her hand, and escorted her to the nanny. He looked at the young woman whom seemed ready to cry herself. He laid a hand on her shoulder. "Take care of her, I will be back. I promise this." He reassured her.

Turning he took a deep breath, his royal guard stood attentive at the balcony doors, three on both sides. When they saw their king make his way to him, they saluted him, and stood so still they were like statues.
His eyes watched each one as he passed them, and found himself at the doors of the balcony. Outside the rain became a drizzle, and as he had requested, the people were away from the center of the courtyard.
He opened up the doors, and stepped out, his guard following suite behind him. Only his family, and close allies would be aloud in the balcony.

Romeo looked out at his people, left to right, right to left. He stopped at a microphone device that had been placed for him. It would connect to various speakers that had been laid out everywhere. He had never seen so many people waiting to hear him talk, those who could not be here would see the whole thing on their news networks as cameras all focused on him. He was hoping the One Sith, the Republic, and Mandos were watching this. He wanted them to know, the Shadow Empire would push back if shoved.
This next part was for them all. He hoped the Queen was watching too, this was for her personally.

" Of course, my dear allegiance. " Ulfric spoke after the Archlord after an order. Unknown causes, unknown enemy. Oh how the world has been. He stood up, with hands by his hips and handed his hilt sliding into his pockets. Smokes fell from both sides of the chambers. His scrutinizing eyes follow and gazes upon different strangers, then wander. There he accompanies Romeo Sin, right in front of him.

The rain came back harder now, and Romeo grabbed the mic, adjusting it some for ease of use. The cameras recorded, and flashed pictures of him, the world was either watching in wonder, or they did not care, either way, this was going to go down.
"A few days ago.." wish him luck, "a woman approached me, in this very spot." The noise stopped, only his voice, and the rain could be heard. Why did it have to be raining now?
"She..." He looked around, he wasnt used to so many people.
"She came here, lied to me, and then stole from me!" He began to shout. He was finding his voice.
"She attacked me in front of my home!" He pointed at the wreckage.
"And she thinks she can get away with putting my people, you, in danger!" His voice was low, and his eyes burned hot red.
"She thinks she is a queen, but I say she is a coward!" His placed his mask on, and the HUD hooked to the speakers so that he would no longer need the mic. "She runs! She hides!" He jumped on the balcony's edge, his balance was excellent, and he didnt have to worry about falling off,

"Too long we have stayed here, behind our walls, watching the galaxy fall! Too long we have done nothing, and hoped someone else would step up to the plate, and change the galaxy!" He raised his arms up. "Today, I stand before you, and I say no more! No more waiting! No more standing in the background, while the galaxy falls because the Republic can not do what is needed!" He stepped to the left, and dropped his arms. The rain increased, and the wind blew more. "The Sith will see the fleet of the Shadow Empire, and know that reckoning comes their way! We will stand by the Ession Reformation, and aide them in their campaign." Noticed how he didnt say a campaign for what? "We will turn the chaos around! We will give order! We will give safety to all!" He raised his hand up in a fist. "I will find this queen, I will bring her back here, and she will bow before the people of Eclipstica, and beg them for mercy!" He lifted his other fist up into the air. [member="The Queen"] more than likely was laughing at this. She probably felt nothing threatening in his words. So he smirked, and looked into the cameras. "BEHOLD! MY ANSWER TO THE QUEEN'S THREATS!" He pointed at the middle of the courtyard, and it parted in the middle. This revealed a rising platform, and on it thousands of soldiers stood, all in professional attention.

The Drakon Regiment

He lifted his hands up, and from behind the Shadow Keep, and fleet rose out of the moutains. His fleet he commanded personally. There was the Shadow Empire, then there was Romeo Sin. He looked back at the cameras, and his face lowered, and as the sun was slowly eclipsed, he pointed his hands to the sides, away from him. When all was dark, and the lights began to turn on to give light, Romeo's arms shot flames out to the sides, and lit the torches ablaze.
"You have chosen the wrong king to make an enemy out of Ikora....prepare youself.." He said in a tone so cold, it made him flinch on the inside. He was becoming more, and more like his father with every second.
Romeo hopped off the edge. His back was turned to them. Did his people agree with him?

"ALL HAIL THE SHADOW EMPIRE! LONG LIVE ROMEO SIN, KING OF SHADOWS!"

Was shouted as he walked back into the keep. He smirked under his mask, and did not remove it.

-Down with the Queen.-

Adan stood in the room waiting for Romeo to finish his speech. It was quite encouraging and powerful. He would follow his friend into war and hell itself if he needed to. "Nice speech bud." He said this in a respectful way. [member="The Shadow King"]
